Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 vs HUAWEI Watch GT 2e: Which Should You Buy?

Hey guys today we are going to be checking out the Samsung Galaxy watch, active 2 and the Huawei watch gt2 e. So if you are looking at which smartwatch or fitness tracker to get well, I'm here to point out some of their pros and cons. Now, at first glance, you'll notice that the watch gt2e is much bigger than the galaxy watch active 2, but they're almost the same when it comes to display size. The former has a 1.39 inch AMOLED display and the latter has a 1.4 inch AMOLED display. But what makes the Huawei watch bigger is its casing, which is really too big. For me.

Both watches have two buttons on the side gorgeous colors on their displays, but the galaxy watch active 2 is better because of two things: one. It has a touch bezel that lets you switch through apps and two. The touch screen optimization is so much smoother. Meanwhile, on the watch gt2 e, it's super laggy when I swipe through the display, I'm also on team Samsung when it comes to the UI, because it's just look better more user-friendly, and you can customize more on this watch as far as fitness tracking is concerned, both watches are quite comparable. They have over 80 exercises come with built-in GPS, and there are also guides that can help you run better.

I also get quite comprehensive details apart from the basic ones such as elevation speed and the average cadence when I run there's also auto workout detection for both these watches. So I don't have to worry about forgetting to lock my runs. I can't really tell which is more accurate, but they're almost the same, so I'll. Take that consistency as a good sign, but when it comes to health tracking features, the Huawei watch gt2e is actually more appealing to me. I like how I can immediately see the information on the watch when I go to my heart rate and stress data, but on the Samsung's watch I'll need to tap another time.

It's also nice that this watch, let you measure your spo2 level, but the galaxy watch active 2. Doesn't they can both crack your sleep, but the Samsung watch once detected me sleeping for 3 hours when I'm in fact awake? So I'm going to say that Huawei is better at sleep tracking, app wise, I'm also going to go with Huawei health instead of Samsung health. I find the data on Huawei's app easier to digest and more informative at a glance while the Samsung app UI is a bit too basic and visually less interesting. You also need another app called the galaxy wearable to access the full settings of this watch. This also brings me to my next point needing multiple apps, for both watches I had to download Samsung health, galaxy wearable and another plugin for the galaxy watch active 2 and as for the Huawei watch, I had to download Huawei health, which required a new version of Huawei mobile services which isn't on Google Play Store, so I had to site load that app seriously guys.

One app is enough. Now, if we look at their smartwatch functions, the galaxy watch active 2 is a clear winner. It has a built-in mic and speaker, so you can listen to songs or answer calls directly on the watch. It also supports third-party apps, like Spotify, voice, memo and calendar. So you really get a lot of features that you'll find on the smartphone.

On the other hand, the Huawei watch will need you to transfer songs to the watch, and you'll need a pair of earbuds to listen to music. You can also reply to messages on the Samsung watch, but not the Huawei watch. You can even screenshot talk to Bixby and use Samsung pay on the Samsung Galaxy watch active 2. , the Huawei watch. Gt2 e is the clear winner when it comes to battery life.

I've been using it for over a week and I still don't have to charge it, but with the Samsung watch I have to charge it every two days. It's not like their battery difference is huge, though the Samsung watch has a 340 William hour battery, while the Huawei watch has a 455 William hour battery. Despite that, the Huawei watch lasts much, much longer, so it's kind of amazing the Huawei watch. Gt2 e is priced at 599 ringgits, while the Samsung Galaxy watch active 2 is priced at 1, 399 ringgits, which is more than twice the price of this watch, but with a heftier price tag, you are also getting more features, especially on the smartwatch site. However, if you are looking for a smartwatch that kind of lean towards fitness tracking the Huawei watch, gt2e is definitely good enough plus it has perfect battery life.

So that's it for our comparison. Video today, let me know in the comment section down below which watch you would buy and why, if you like, this video, give it a thumbs up and remember to subscribe to our channel KO, get your TV I'll see you in the next one.
