Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Review - My Favorite Tablet | Affordable Tech |

Hey, what's up guys Daniel here in the tech studio, the Samsung Galaxy tab, a7 might just be the best entry level tablet on the market right now it even undercuts the entry level iPad by over a hundred bucks. So what makes this tablet so good? Let's get into it now. This is an affordable tech review. So I will be comparing this to my previous tablet: the Galaxy Tab, a from 2019. I was able to grab the a7 on Amazon for around 230 bucks for the 64 gigabyte model and in it, we have a 10.4 inch 1080p LCD screen an 8 megapixel camera, which is not that great. It's still a tablet: snapdragon 662, with three gigs of ram 7, 000 William hour battery 64, gigabytes of storage, plus micro, SD, expandable storage.

Thank you, Samsung USB, fast charging up to 15 watts and if you're wondering the a7 is not compatible with the s pen. Sorry, the a7 definitely feels like a modern tablet, whereas the tab, a from 2019, has those stupid, big, forehead and big chin on the top and bottom that I just really hate it makes it looks really outdated. I hate it. Hey the a7 has a slick and uniform bezel, which looks great now. This is a tablet, so you're not going to see zero bezels like you do on Samsung's phones, but it's a good size.

You also get four speakers on this thing and this thing gets loud now unless you're a psychopath you're going to get a case for your tablet. So the design of the tablet doesn't really matter too much because it's going to depend on your case. As I said before, I'm coming from a tablet from 2019 and the difference in speed between these two things is ridiculous. So let's do some speed tests, I'm going to open the YouTube app on both tablets. At the same time now the Kindle app the a7 is literally twice as fast now you all you all gotta see this okay watch watch me open the Spotify app okay watch.

No, this is not slowed down. The pictures still have not loaded in yet and a full 44 seconds later everything. Finally pops in 40 44 seconds to load one app. Are you k? It's wild that one gigabyte of difference in ram can make the a7 twice as fast. Even the play store is a chore to open.

It feels like I'm, pushing the tablet to do something it doesn't want to do like I'm bothering it or something basically me every morning, but this is how the tablet is all the time. At the time when I bought the tab, a was around 150 bucks on sale. So the difference in price between these two is not that great. The difference a year makes is pretty significant. So as a tablet, you can do all the tablet things such as reading comics playing video games, duo with friends and family.

You haven't seen in over a year because of Ovid sulk in despair. Art things subscribe, so you never miss a new video add on a keyboard for around 20 bucks to turn your tablet into essentially a Chromebook with screen splitting and multitasking. There's actually not too much to say about this tablet, which is actually a good thing, because it just works. It does everything you ask of it at the speed that you expect with no issues whatsoever and isn't that what you want in a tablet is: isn't that what you want any piece of technology to just work and be reliable? Is that too much to ask its kind of crazy, but there's something special and rare about technology that just works reliably? So Samsung has slotted this tablet between 200 and 250 bucks. I believe that if you're going to spend less than 200 bucks on a tablet, you're going to get crap like tab, a don't, do it doesn't do it now.

The other side of that is the entry level iPad, which starts at 330 bucks and in typical apple fashion. You get less for more check out the link in the description below to see just how similar the a7 and the entry level iPad actually are. The gist of it is. They are essentially identical, and I can't recommend a tablet that is identical, that costs 130 dollars more just because it has an Apple logo on it. So the galaxy a7, the perfect entry level tablet a tablet for the people.

If you may the people's tablet- and I highly recommend it quick update- I am doing a coding boot camp right now, so my uploads are going to be much more sparse. I will, of course be doing the affordable tech reviews, as well as adding in some programming and coding content as well. If you ever want to find out what it's like to become a web developer or software engineer hit that subscribe button, so you never miss a new video. Thank you guys. So much for watching, and I'll see you guys in the next one peace.
