Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Accessories: Cases, Keyboards, etc. By Android Digest

What's going on YouTube, my name is Zach with android digest and if you have a Samsung Galaxy tab a7 now this is the 2020 model. Okay, if you've got this tablet here, I've got a lot of accessories to show you today, so you might be looking for a case. I've got four different cases. I've got two Bluetooth keyboards, and I've also got a stand. Someone asked me about this and they said hey. I want to know about a tablet stand.

You know something I could put my tablet on, and I got one for myself, and it's honestly been pretty awesome. So with all that being said, let's get straight into the video and let's get this video started all right. The first case I want to look at is a well-known brand Siegen. A lot of people buy these cases on Amazon. So this is not a book cover case or a flip case and keep in mind if you don't like this case, or you hate a case I talk about.

I do have time stamps in the description so feel free to skip around to any case. You want to look at or any accessory right. I like to go into detail sometimes, so that's a good way to get right to what you want to get to, and also I do have links for every item. I talk about in the description. So, if I put this case on this case, it has a nice bumper.

So that's a huge bonus. You have a nice bumper on this case. I've got to say this is excellent protection. If you drop this on its face, you're going to have all of this bumper all the way around your screen to protect it. Another awesome thing this device.

It doesn't have a fingerprint sensor right, so not having a book cover that can be a benefit for some people. You don't have to open it every single time. You can just double tap and get right to work, so you do still have access to your ports. Furthermore, you have access to your headphone jack and your speakers have plenty of room to get the sound out and the case is very smooth. Okay.

This is a very smooth case, so it doesn't have a lot of grip or texture. The grip you're going to find is on the sides here, and you've got these plastic buttons and the buttons are very responsive, which is a plus. So this is a perfect case for protection if you're wanting something very light, but you're not wanting a book or a flip cover case right. So this isn't the heavy-duty case that you're going to find. I know poetic has a poetic revolution case for a lot of devices.

So it's not like that. This is sort of something that's a middle ground case, but it's still very protective, especially if you find a tempered glass that does work with it. So, honestly, I do like the look of it. It is pretty plain it is black, but there are a lot of color options for a lot of cases I'm going to be talking about today. So if you're, someone who wants a lot of color, don't worry a lot of these cases, I'm talking about even though they're all pretty much black or dark, just remember to check the links in the description and when you go into them, you will find some color options there.

Now, let's say you are wanting a book cover case. If you are wanting a book cover case, and you want a thin and light case, this is definitely the way to go. This is actually a case made by final. If you open up the case you're going to find there are some small bumpers here. They don't go quite as much up as that spy gen case, and it's just a nice.

It feels just like a nice leather. I know it might not be real, but it is does feel very nice. I really like the texture. Furthermore, I feel like it's a nice drippy texture on the leather, and it's very lightweight, so the tab, a model, the 2019 model. It did not have a smart wake feature, so a lot of people were staying away from book covers, but this model it's good news, that it does actually make your screen go black, and it does wake it up for you, which is an awesome thing.

So any book cover you get, will wake up your screen, so it's very lightweight. I love the texture, you know, and it does have two viewing angles. This is one of those basic ones where it magnetizes here on this little flap, just magnetize it- and you have one angle here, and you have one angle going the other way. So it's a perfect case. I really like it and I think it's good for those who want a good lightweight case now, if you're wanting a book cover case, but you're wanting a few more viewing angles.

This is a great option for you that inflame has made again. If you don't like the color, there are some other options available, you're going to notice this case it just magnetizes clothes. It's got this little flap here that keeps it shut and when you open it up, the screen turns on- and you also have this here, which is sort of like an anti-slip material. So you'll get multiple viewing angles right. You can get six or seven or eight different angles.

There are probably about three or four good viewing angles that you're going to get out of it now. This case also gives you good access to your ports and your headphone jack everything's good there. Now, as far as bumpers go for protection, it has a small bumper, so it will help if you do drop it on the face, and let's say the book cover does come open. You know you do have a little of a bumper there to help out with drop protection, and I think in most cases the book cover would be closed. If you were to drop it now, the fabric or the material on these feels amazing.

I actually love it. It feels very premium now it's a little heavier than the final case, but it does still give you a few viewing angles and that's a big bonus, along with it just feeling very premium and having very free access to your ports and your headphone jack. So I love this inflame case it's great, and I would definitely check it out now. Another case, you've, probably seen from poetic, is a turtle skin case. So even though it feels or looks very flimsy, this is definitely going to be a very protective case because when you put it on you're going to notice, there is a very large bumper on this case.

So if you do drop this device whenever it does have this case on it's going to be very protected you're going to see, that is a very, very large bumper on this case right. So, if you drop it, you're going to have something to absorb the shock. When you drop it one of the drawbacks is you have to ask yourself? Do I like the feel of it right? Do you like the feel of an all rubber case? I personally don't it feels a little slippery to me in the hands this type of material. It does really get dust or hair or stuff like that. It can attract those type of things and if you like, the feel of a rubber case, I think you're really going to like this, especially with the material, how protective it is and again how easy you have access to your screen without that book cover getting in the way- and one last thing I forgot to mention is it looks like this case actually covers up your speakers on both sides of the tablet, so that may be concerning, for you, there's normally a speaker here in here, and it looks like this particular turtle skin case did cover up the speakers.

I know this isn't normal or poetic, and it doesn't mean you're not going to be able to hear your speakers. In fact, they have little holes in the corner of the tablet. I'm sure that'll, let some sound out on each corner of the tablet, but either way that may be. Concerning for you, if you do want your speakers to be completely open, this is still protective, but again it does cover up your speakers. So I think all of these cases are great options for you.

It really just depends on. If you want a book cover right. I really like the book cover cases. I think it looks really elegant, and it also gives you multiple viewing angles. If you don't have a book cover, you have to get something like a tablet stand right.

So I do have a tablet stand here, and it's actually a pretty cool stand again. The link is in the description, and it works with cell phones. It works with tablets. Now this tablet stand is actually adjustable. It comes in two different parts right, so, if you put it in there, you could just pull it out right, and it comes out very slowly and that's just fine, and you'll see it goes pretty tall.

So this is actually pretty cool if let's say you're wanting to get some work done, and maybe you don't have a standing desk available. Maybe you want to put this on a desk or somewhere to give your tablet a little more height. It's actually adjustable the different angles here. It just goes up or down, so you can get a different angle with your tablet, and then you could get a Bluetooth keyboard and start typing away. So you could get this at a better angle, but if you wanted to put this on a table or put this on your kitchen counter, for example, if you're doing recipes or things like that, this definitely gives you some height.

I really, really like it and I think it's a great way to have a stand for your tablet. Now, if you're looking for Bluetooth keyboard options, I've got two different options for you. One is by sparring, so I was very surprised. Sparring makes tempered glass screen protectors. I was very surprised to see them make this keyboard.

I don't know if they teamed up with someone or if they already had the team to do it, but this keyboard it does work pretty well. This keyboard has homed it. Has your recent apps button. It's got a search button and brightness button and these buttons do work with android. So if you actually just pair it up by holding the connect button on the back, you turn it on make sure this does run on batteries.

So keep that in mind. It's AAA batteries. You get this going and the batteries last for a good long. While I also had a pretty good typing experience on it, you'll notice. This is a little higher up than the keyboard.

So if you want a keyboard that gives you an angle, that's a perfect thing. Now you have to remember if you're looking at a cheap Bluetooth keyboard you're not going to get a lot of thickness on the keyboard, it's going to be pretty small. So if you are typing, and you're typing really hard, you might notice a slight amount of bending on the keyboard and that's just because it's a really cheaper, thinner keyboard right. So I do really like this keyboard. But if you do have a little more money to spin, I would recommend something a little more premium.

I do recommend the Logitech k380. I've recommended this in almost all of my videos for accessories, it's not because I'm paid to do so. It's because I've tried a lot of really keyboards like this out, and it's a good keyboard, but if you spin, just another 15 bucks or so or another 20 bucks you're going to get a really, really nice keyboard with a lot of travel, so this Logitech k380 it has good travel. I really love the feel of the keys, even though they are circular. It does run off batteries just like that sparring keyboard, but it does have the home and the recent apps the back button.

It has the media controls, and you can connect this to three different devices right, so you can have this for your phone and also your tablet, and you just hold the corresponding button to pair to the right device. So, overall, this is a great Bluetooth keyboard. I recommend this. It's probably my go-to! That's why I keep recommending it now in the description I have links to SD cards.
