Samsung Galaxy Tab A with S Pen 8.0" Vs Galaxy Tab A7 10.4"!

Hey, what's going on guys, hopefully you all are chilling right now, but before we get the video started. Do me a huge favor hit both the like and the subscribe button? I would. I definitely appreciate you for doing that right now, but today we're going to be talking about two budget tablets which I actually love. Furthermore, I want to talk about whom who they're for what they're good for what like the performance, the battery the processing chips, what kind of features that they offer? Also, the software that we're going to be getting and talk about the hardware a little as well, so um make sure you guys stay locked in with me, but um we're going to jump right into it. First thing that I want to talk about is the tab, an uh 7 from Samsung Galaxy, lineup and um. Another device, which is itbeing got these both these do have a lot of different variants.

So if you see um, a bunch of different variants ignore those these. These two are the ones I'm talking about. So this one is the 4g model with s pen on here you have the option to use s pen, you also have the option to use your sim card. You could put it in here and use it with data. Just like a phone.

You could use it just like a phone where this is the Wi-Fi version, so I'm going to get into all the specifications. All the know, I'm saying like uh, you know all the the specifications of these things and the different um features that they offer so uh. Let's just get started, I'm gonna talk about the 10.4 inch tab, an um which is the Samsung Galaxy tab, a 7 which you guys know well and love, and we're also going to be talking about the Samsung Galaxy tab, a plus 8. So this is also known as the um smp205, which is the model that has the s pen and the 4g uh LTE in it. So um, it's not the one with the two gigabytes of ram and 32 gigabytes of storage.

This is not that one with the um the low spec processing ship. No, this is the higher spec version, so I just don't want you guys to get confused matter of fact, I'm going to leave a link down below, so you could see exactly which model this one is. But first, I just want to talk about the overall build quality of both on the um Samsung Galaxy tab, a plus eight right here, the tab, a plus eight. It does have a nice solid, build quality. It was released in April 2019 a matte finish on here, so you're, getting like um a matte finish on this guy.

This is probably my favorite finish on a tablet right now. It's just. It feels really comfortable, really drippy in the hand. Furthermore, it's also eight point it's 8.0 inches, so it feels really, really comfortable in one hand and um. You can definitely um use this for one-handed operation, so um, if you're the type of person that likes to use um things with one hand, I would probably go with this guy more, but let's just get into in a little more detail.

This is an IPS lcd. It also does have an eight point. Inch display 1200 by 1920 as well and for the PPI it's 283. So it's a little more dense when it comes to the pixels. Now it has a 4, 1 and 200 William hour battery as well.

It could record in 1080 30 frames per second, and it does have um two different colors gray, and it also does come in um, the black color. So this is like the black color. It's like an anthracite gray color. It's not really black um. So just keep that in mind.

It won't be like that real black color, it's going to be like a charcoal, anthracite, gray color. So now, let's just talk about the um. You know the same simple things: the main things about the Samsung Galaxy tab, a7 that you guys all know well right now, um. So this thing does have android 11. It did get android 11 on here.

We do have that really nice color, that is uh. It's like a gray color, a steel gray, color um, 7 040 William hour battery on this one, as well as a 10.4 inch display really nice weight. You can use it one-handed if you wanted to, I mean I, wouldn't I wouldn't recommend that you, because you might drop it or something like that, but it does have an eight megapixel on the back um on the front. It has a five megapixel as well. They both look work really well, and it did get the android 11 update um on Samsung, one UI 3.1 is on here so um. It's really up-to-date.

It's pretty snappy um as well, so uh both of these tablets um, depending on the type of person that you are you may you may be um. You know I'm saying split. You may be in the middle trying to figure out which one of these tablets is the better option for you. So that's what I'm gonna talk about um and my just based on my usage. I'm not gonna talk about what anybody else thought or what anybody else said, but just keep in mind.

There are um different models for both of these guys, so we do get the all metal um design on here, 2 000 times 1200 for the pixels versus the 1200 times 1920 on this guy, so you could obviously the size see the size difference um is, is there's a size difference depending on what you like more there will be a size difference. There will be audio on both of these things. So as far as the audio quality, we are getting that as well and um. Now, when it comes to the processing chips of both these guys three gigabytes of ram on this one um, let me see- and it does it it's its got that, like I said that 1920 times 2000 um ratio on here. So it's going to be a really really really uh solid tablet in that regard, but you're also getting some decent storage on here.

You can move apps to the SD card on this one right here, but um. The only thing that I um- you know, I'm saying I don't really like about the a7- is that you can't do that, but on the um, the only Samsung Galaxy tab, 8 plus, you can actually um the 18, the 8 plus 8. You can actually move your apps to the SD card on this one, so uh it's supposed to be getting the android 11 10 months ago. It got the android 10 updates, which I really did appreciate from Samsung for doing that. We are up-to-date on the march uh.

First up, um 2021 security level with this guy as well and as far as the storage on this one, it's pretty decent, but we do have a SD card slot which we can expand the storage, and we can move apps to the SD card with the 32 gigabyte model on this one. You could also take phone calls with this. One and um use the s pen to take notes, but for this one it's just the Wi-Fi model and um. You know it's not going to be um for people who are like truly trying to get a lot of work done. This is more for people who are using the tablet, casually um 224 pixels on here versus the 280 that we had on the tab, a plus 8.

So I just want to let you guys know that, but we do have uh AKG audio. We also do have Dolby Atmos audio on this guy snapdragon 662 for the processing chip um on this one. So, like I said, we're going to get android, 11 3.1 on this guy. It just hasn't, came yet, so I'll keep you guys posted when it does actually hit this device. Now for the um processing chip on this one, it's an Enos processor, Samsung's, um chip, they're they're, their very own, coming from their own lineup.

It's its it's its it's the 7904! So it's the 14 nanometer processing chip, but you can play graphics on high with this one. So you get HD quality, graphics as well as high frame rate when you're playing games on this one. It looks smooth as butter. It's really smooth performance is great. Um.

You're getting some, it doesn't lag. I just want to let you guys know it doesn't lag. It's not like the one. That's the US model, with two gigabytes of ram 32 gigabytes of restorative storage, with the MediaTek processing chip. This is the one or the snapdragon processing chip.

This is the one with the Enos processing chip, three gigabytes of ram 32 by different storage, internal storage. You can move the apps to the SD card as well um. So that's right. When it comes to performance um, I'm the type of person that um, I don't have any patience for phones that lag or tablets that lag or something like that um I have some patience, but not the most in the world, so I can definitely say this: one doesn't have um, it doesn't give me headaches or hiccups or belly aches, or anything like that. So um we do got that MMC 5.1! You know um memory. The card slot is the MMC uh 5.1 as well, so they give you a micro slot, like I said before, for that one. So I just really like the fact that they did that and um arena 610 for this one, so you're you're actually getting some decent performance as well.

Now you can't, you could do you could use hot spot for internet? That's what I usually do when I carry this around, that all metal design is really nice. The speakers are our quad camera. I mean quad camera. The speakers are quad um, one, two, three four! So there's four on the top two on the top two on the bottom headphone jacks on both of these devices. Now this one has a single firing speaker, but it gets really, really loud, but if you're gaming, you might want to put it at the top, because it's easy to cover up, if you have it at the bottom, so always keep it at the top um.

But, like I said, I can't stress how good this texture on the back of it, feels it's one of my favorite textures to feel when I'm using a tablet by the way um. I appreciate you guys for watching so far and making it this far in the video. I definitely appreciate that. Do me a favor hit the like button, if you haven't already done so, but um both of these guys are perfect tablets. I definitely like the know the quality they both have gyroscopes.

They both offer perfect sick performance um. You know so as far as the cameras for the um, the eight the a8 plus it's pretty much you're. Getting that eight and five same setup, they might have even used the same cameras, I'm not quite sure about that, but they're very um, comparable when it comes to performance, but you're going to get a higher resolution on the Samsung Galaxy 8, a plus versus the a7, because of the smaller screen. Everything is more condensed and um, better colors and saturation as well with this guy. So just let you guys know what I was um thinking my thoughts on these two tablets.

I definitely recommend them both. I definitely like the fact that you can move apps to the SD card slot. This one has a huge battery with those quad speakers on it. Metal design, which I really love, is cold to the touch. Most of the time type c charging on both of these things as well, so you can't really complain with Samsung for the money.

For both of these things. They definitely did a good job with the design performance and build quality. But let me know what you guys think these are both relatively affordable. I got this one refurbished for 139 this one's a little more money, but it's worth it'm going to leave the cheapest links down below for both of them, but um. With my experience with the tab, a7 getting android, 11 3.1. I definitely think it's overall, it's been smoother.

You get the edge panels on there. You get a minimized um notifications, streamline performance. Everything just seems a lot smoother flow smoother. So I like how they put the edge panels on there and uh. You know some really cool features that they implemented to make the software on the one UI 3.1 on the Samsung Galaxy tab, a7, just a little more streamline. Now.

As far as the um, the tab, a plus eight it's gonna, get the 3.1 android um, not the android, the um one UI 3.1, as well as the android 11, so they're working on that it's probably going to come out soon when it do I'll, let you guys know, but these are two tablets um that still um I use to this day, almost every single day um. You know the speakers stand out for the a7 plus and that huge display, but the features that you're getting on a plus eight there you get that s pen, you get that eight point inch display, as well as the ability to use it on a mobile sim card, which is crazy. So um, you know I I I can't stress how good the of a value both of these tablets are for the money. So let me know what you think down below I'm going to get down in the comment section right now: I'm going to be down there right. Now I'm going to meet you there, and we'll talk about the tab, a7 and the uh I'll, keep messing that name up the tab, a plus 8 as well we're going to be talking about both of those tablets down in the comments section, but I'm going to get right back with you.

I'm also going to see you on the next video, but make sure you leave a comment. Let me know um what you think about these tablets. Hopefully you're chilling right now, hopefully you're having a good day um. I want you to enjoy the rest of your day. I don't know if you're spending time with your family- or you know things like maybe you're at work, but I want you to have a great day, and I'm going to get right back with you, but I'm going to check you guys later group peace.

You.
