samsung galaxy tab 10.1 student review! 📓 budget ANDROID alternative for digital notes

Hey guys its grace here and welcome back to my channel. If you've seen my older videos, you would know that I'm a pretty adamant apple user, but before then I was actually pretty big on using android products. This is my s8 plus. I also used a dell laptop and I did do digital note. Taking on a Samsung device, I used to use this Samsung Galaxy 10a 10.1 inch. It has 32 gigabytes of storage and an 8 core processor it retails for about 300, Canadian dollars or 220 us dollars.

When I bought this, my friend who works at a tech store did say that this tablet often went on sale for 50 off or more so, if you're interested you can look out for that. The interface is kind of slow, but I wouldn't say that it's laggy in any way. This tablet does have an expandable storage, but to me personally for just note-taking and basic video watching having 32 gigabytes was enough. Here's a comparison with my iPad 7th gen. It's definitely a little smaller, but still a nice tablet size.

I would say I have pretty large hands they measure about 6.5. In height and four in width, but the tablet size was not a problem. Unfortunately, this tablet is not compatible with certain stylus, so you can't use a fine tip stylus option from Amazon or things like the Wacom bamboo tip trust me. I've tried them all and retired them all, except for one. This is the dimples XL disc, tip stylus.

On one side it has a basic fiber tip for scrolling, and the other side has the precision clear, keep in mind. This stylus does not support palm rejection or pressure tilt sensitivity. How I dealt with, though palm ejection is. I would use a trifold case and use the elevation to my advantage. This one is from Amazon.

It will be linked down below, along with other products mentioned in this video. I would keep my palm resting on my desk to keep it off my tablet. As I wrote, this was very effective with the help of the trifold case for the actual note-taking app I used metabolic lite. It has a very similar look and function to good notes. Instead of bringing around my heavy laptop, I brought this tablet as well as this Microsoft.

Universal foldable keyboard it retails for around seventy dollars, but I don't think it's available for purchase anymore. I did look on Amazon for alternatives, and ratings showed that keyboards from the brand ottoman work super well and have affordable prices. I am looking for a keyboard for my iPad, so I'll definitely check them out and that's it for the video. Furthermore, I really hope this helps any students who are on a budget that really needed a YouTube video to give an android option for digital note, taking, especially because the trend right now is to use iPad pros and airs. Let's be honest, those aren't either wallet friendly and there are very little videos giving students, android options for note-taking, but anyways.

Thank you so much for watching. Please leave a like comment and subscribe to my channel. Here's my Instagram for when I'm not posting on YouTube. Everyone please stay safe and remember to always wash your hands.
