Samsung Galaxy S21 in Pink | Phone Unboxing

Hello, hello, hi friends, so today I'll be unboxing, the new galaxy s21 as a long time, Samsung Galaxy user. I've had the three, the five, the seven most recently, the nine and now the 21. I'm also going to compare it to previous models of Samsung, galaxy phones and just overall reacting to opening the package etc. So I got the galaxy s21 um, because it's the smallest and cheapest out of the s21 series, and I got the light pink color because it's distinguishable, so it lessens the probability of my phone getting confused with other people's phones, and it matches other things I own, and I think it's just adorable. So my initial reaction is that these phones are becoming more and more similar to apple for three reasons: one there's no longer a headphone jack, so you have to get Bluetooth headphones, like galaxy pods, whatever the Samsung equivalent of apple air pods is also in the s9 model. You could put in a micro SD card, but now there's no place for that.

I think in galaxy 7 and prior to that you could also remove the battery. You could just buy a new battery on Amazon and put it in, and that was great for when the battery that you've been using was just dying on you a lot. So I'm kind of sad about that um, the one pro that I like that apple pioneered. I guess, is that now there are three cameras which I'll make a video about it later, but right now I'm waiting for my you know, screen protectors and everything else to arrive, and I don't want to remove the plastic film, so yeah, there's a plastic film on the front in the back right now, um, the back is supposed to be matte colored. It's made out of a plastic material, it's not metal and the matte material.

Just basically, you know you can't see fingerprints anymore, which is cool, there's also a film covering the front of the camera. So I'm not going to demonstrate the cameras right now. Um, one thing that I really dislike, so the cord it came with, is a male USB to mail USB cord, which would be fine if people own USB wall plugs or something. I know that some computers now have USB female plugins, but the computer that I'm using is a couple of years old, and it doesn't have an USB-C female plug. So I guess they're just subtly telling all of us to also upgrade her computers.

It doesn't come with a charging brick that you could just plug into the wall, which is just annoying. I wish they put in like an extension that was UPC to us b, like a female USB to a male USB, so I could just use my normal wall chargers anyway, um. So now, I'm using Samsung switch to move everything from my previous phone to my current phone. My only complaint while doing this is that, while I plugged both in it, drained the power of my old phone and charged the new phone and then the old phone ran out of battery midway through the Samsung switch exchange. But after an hour I was like wow.

This, like Samsung switch works great. I have all my apps photos and contacts on my new phone. All the apps are exactly where they were on the last phone. It's really wonderful, and then I want to show you guys a really cool feature that I think a lot of people don't know about which is galaxy themes. It's just a really cool way to personalize your galaxy smartphone experience.

I stick to the girly ones, they're pastel colored, but that's just that's just me, there's a lot of really cool themes that are for free and some even cooler ones and a lot more options. If you're willing to pay like you know, two dollars per theme or whatever. So here's a side-by-side comparison with the s9 versus the s21, the s21 is obviously bigger, bigger screen with just this tiny black dot at the top for where the selfie camera lens is overall, I'm pretty happy with it. I'm excited to try out the cameras, um, I'm a little peeved that I have to buy new accessories to go along with the phone, but I'll get over it. Overall, it seems like a pretty cool upgrade, so yeah I'll be following up with a different video later, with a more thorough review after I've used it for a while.

But thanks for watching my video, please like comment and or subscribe and have a nice day.
