Samsung Galaxy S21 5G vs Galaxy S10 Comparison By BigRafTV

What's up everybody, it's bigrofftv, and I'm back with another tech video all right now. Today we are going to be getting into this all right. If you all can see that this is the Samsung Galaxy s21, let's fix the focus. Ah, there we go Samsung Galaxy s21, all right, just got this in today: galaxy very thin box. You all know what that means all right. This is the Samsung Galaxy s21.

This is a 128 gig model and uh yeah go ahead and get into this man. This actually is not my phone. This is not my phone. This is for my wife all right recently, I shockingly I know you all are going to be shocked. I switched back to apple.

I wanted to give apple another shot, so I switched over to the iPhone 12 Pro max always said. If Apple made a blue phone, I would give it a shot, and here we are all right. So I'm trying apple again we'll see how long I'll last my two week, trial period is all already over as of today. So I'm I'm team apple for right now, but uh it came down to do I want this or do I want the s21 ultra and I decided I'll, give apple a shot right now. This is my wife's s10.

This is what's replacing this she's had this s10 since it launched, so we're upgrading her. Ultimately, I couldn't pass up the deal from T-Mobile this phone. I only had to pay the taxes and fees for because we're going to be able to trade this s10 in for eight hundred dollars, which made this free. Ultimately, so that's why we went ahead and did the upgrade all right. So let's go ahead and get into this man, galaxy, s21, 5g, all right, my wife didn't want to make the journey back to apple with me.

She said the hell with that. So I'm on my own, but let's go ahead and get into this s21 all right boom and boom all right boom open it up. This is a cover I guess, for some protection inside the box. Let's go and put that to the side, and here is the phone s 21 5g. This is the regular s21.

All right feels pretty good feels pretty good in the hand all right man that actually feels perfect. Let me take this here, take the s10 out of its case and, let's do a true size, comparison. Ah, they're about the same size. The s21 is slightly taller, just not just like. Not even that much.

I think the screen sizes are 6.1 on the s10 and 6.2. So it's its really not much of a size. Difference she'll be able to use this one easily all right on the front here. The differences for her are going to be the punch hole. Camera is on the right hand, side there and on the s21 is dead.

Center is dead center there. All right, then, on the buttons. The power button on the s10 is, on the right hand, side with your Bixby button and your volume knobs on the left-hand side on the s21. There are no buttons on the left hand, side and all your buttons power button here and your volume knobs volume rockers are there on the right hand, side all right. Let's go ahead and get the tape off of here.

Take that off the back and let's get a feel for this back man feels pretty good feels pretty good, not even on the front that feels pretty good. Now the difference is you see that blue this one is glass, s10 is glass. This feels like glass. This feels like glass, but it is not glass. This is actually a glass stick.

You know I'm saying, but this is a hard kind of plastic. It feels pretty smooth feels like glass, definitely doesn't feel like the plastic of old school phones. So that's pretty good. All right, I'm not gonna. Take that screen protector off of there right now, because we don't have another one I might have to go to Best Buy and get her a screen protector for this phone.

She has a case that is similar to this one coming tomorrow for this phone, so I don't want to. I don't want to mess anything up. This isn't my phone to be. You know flipping around and doing any damage to. So, let's see if it's got any juice there we go got a little got a little juice there all right get that booted up.

What else is in the bottle? Okay, T-Mobile man, it's been a while, since we got a phone on a carrier, usually we've been buying phones unlocked, but man to get it for free other than paying the little taxes and little fees. I think it was like 60 or something like that. That's all we're paying for this phone just got to send them this s10 in so what else is in the box? Nothing! As you can see, there is no no charger which to me isn't a problem, because we have so many of these. If you can see that right there we have so many of these wireless chargers in the house. We don't even use the plug-in chargers anymore.

So that's no big deal. The only time we will probably need is if we go on vacation somewhere inside this box. This is the usual paperwork that nobody ever reads put that there and then oh, it's more paperwork in their same ejection tool. I will need that because I need to set her phone up for her, so I'll put that down and then cable. This is an USB to USB cable, which is, I definitely will need that definitely going to need that to set up pull everything from the s10 to the s21.

So let me go ahead and get all her information in their get this phone set up, and I'll give you a tour all right. So we're back in here is the s10 got everything transferred over here's the s10 screen unlocked. I haven't set anything up. I haven't given her phone, so she can set it up, but here's a comparison of the two screens. Furthermore, I definitely think the s21 screen looks a lot better.

It's a lot! It's a lot more vibrant! This s10 looks darker. I didn't change any of her settings. I transferred everything exactly the way that so that it'll mimic this. So if you see the settings at the bottom, I transferred everything just so we'll mimic this, and I think the s21 definitely is an improvement trying to go to the settings. I don't know how my wife's phone is set up.

I don't really be messing with her phone like that uh, let's see the display all right. We got it on dark right. There dark, brightness and everything adaptive brightness motion smoothness. Okay, so we kept that motion smoothness on adaptive, so you can get that smoother.120 hertz so kept that, like that, that's pretty smooth uh screen mode vivid, okay, that's natural, and then let's switch it back to vivid sod avid yeah. I like the vivid better.

I'm sure! That's that's what her settings were already like. So that's vivid and then yeah. Everything else is the same. It is really smooth. I don't know if you all can tell let me see on the s10 if it is the same or if you can see a difference, all right, let's open! How do I? Okay, okay, boom yeah? You can see a little of a difference you can see.

Did I turn something off I did boom? You can see a little of the difference just by how they scroll the s21 scrolls a little better. That looks better than me, but yeah man. I do like that when you scroll to the left, this is normally where Bixby is, but there's no connection. Let me put back on the Wi-Fi real quick see if that does anything. The sim card is now in this s21 and not in the uh.

It's not in the s10, so you scroll from the home screen to the left, and it's Bixby all right, a little big speech inside there, but then on the s21 boom, and now it's the Google. You see that that's dope that is dope to me. You scroll to the left side on this s21, and it's the Google that's dope. That is very dope to me. I just think it's a lot smoother.

I think she's really going to enjoy this and the best part about it is. It was ultimately free. Ultimately, free can't beat free pay, a little pay, a little taxes and get a whole new phone. You can't beat that I do think the screen is a lot better on this s21, as it should be, considering it's the new phone all right. So here's me this is the camera.

Here's the camera. Let's turn the camera on here front facing oh yeah, oh yeah, for sure definitely better on the s21. Definitely, but I just wanted to show you all real, quick. First look man they feel to me. Let me take this cord out of the s21.

They feel about the same as far as weight. She is losing the micro SD card on here, but she never really used that anyway. So that's not going to be a big deal for her, but man the weight. Even though this is a plastic- and this is actual glass on the back, the weight feels very similar. Maybe this one is maybe the s21 is slightly lighter, but it's not that much of a difference.

It's really not look at the bottom. Oh, there. It is no headphone jack, no headphone jack. You see that headphone jack right there, headphone jack on the s10 s21, no headphone jack, not a big deal. My wife has the galaxy buzz that she uses when she needs some earbuds, so we've already converted it to the wireless earbud side.

So it's really all good, but that's pretty much it mans, that's gonna, do it! I just wanted to show you all a quick first look at the s21 show that we do have one in the house and yeah go ahead and get this to my wife, so she can enjoy her new phone but anyway thumbs up.
