Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G (Cloud White!) - Quick Unboxing, Comparison vs. Cloud Navy

Hey how's it going everybody. Today I've got an unboxing for you of the white, the cloud white Samsung Galaxy, s20, Fe 5g. I promised you guys I'd unbox this uh. Last sometime last week I unboxed the navy, the cloud navy version of this very same phone. You can go back and check out that video, if you want to see me just kind of walk through the OS and the settings and so forth, but this phone arrived last Wednesday from T-Mobile. This is the unlocked version from samsung.

com, and this just arrived today, Monday and uh. It's interesting how much quicker the T-Mobile one arrived than the Samsung one, but I really liked the white one I wanted to check it out and samsung. com was uh the only place I could. I could do that, of course, Amazon had their pre-orders as well. You got some freebies some goodies if you got it from Samsung.

So without further ado, the cloud white galaxy s20 Fe 5g on the back here it says, unlocked by Samsung and some permanent information. Of course, it's a white box as compared to the black boxes that the regular s20 and note 20 etc. come in nothing. On this side and on this side of the box, it says: Samsung, galaxy, s20, Fe 5g on here we've got serial number info, and it says made in Vietnam. So let's do this here, and so I've got some thoughts already on the s25g that I'm going to share s20 Fe 5g.

Excuse me that I'm going to share in a future video, some good, some not as good overall, very good phone for the price, of course, but you are going to sacrifice a little as compared to some proper flagships from Samsung. So here it is, got the phone straight away, file that off to the side, we'll take a look at it in a little and on the inside of the box. I had this little piece of paper. If you remember from my unboxing of the cloud navy version had that piece of paper there as well a little odd, not sure what that's about and, of course, this uh booklet in here that's uh, often difficult to get out there. We go and, of course, inside it same thing as the cloud navy, s20 Fe you've got various booklets.

It says that it's unlocked and some terms and conditions etc. File. Those off to the side got this protective cardboard here, and you've got your fast charger. That looks like the fast charger from the s10. It's USB a to USB, as opposed to USB, the USB like the s20 and note20, and here you've got the cable for that wall.

Charger, like I said, USB-C the USB-C, nothing terribly special there and that's about it, no headphones or anything in the box. Of course, this phone does not come with a headphone jack. So that's that let's take a look at the device here. It is very, very nice. I really like the silver metal chassis here.

Let's peel off this screen protector. So it's its a very flimsy one. I think it's meant to come off, but it might not because there's a little hole here for your thumb, for the optical fingerprint scanner take that off and on the back going to remove that it looks glossy with the thing on, but it's of course matte. So you actually do see some color here when I'm not sure if it's showing up on camera, but there's a slight hint of different colors as the phone you kind of twist the phone here side to side up and down. You can't tell quite as much in the cloud navy that that's the case.

There is some plastic on the sides that I'm going to peel off here. So I can give you a better look at that metal, chassis and there's that some more plastic here I will get peeled off for you giving you the full unboxing experience. This is what you're going to have to be doing. If you get one of these phones as well, it was the same with the T-Mobile version, all the retail packaging, and there is yet more plastic here on the sides to peel off. Of course, you really don't know this from the reviews on YouTube, of course, reviewers receiving review units that likely don't have the plastic on them still some more, and I actually appreciate that from Samsung.

It assures you that the phone is brand new, because it's very difficult to put something like that back onto the phone somebody was trying to sell it after opening it without letting you know that it was opened. So here it is now looked uh if you want to check out, like I said I already did an unboxing of this phone. The T-Mobile version here in this cloud navy so check out that video I'll link it in the description and uh you'll be able to see just uh what it looks like when the phone launches it's uh, nothing really out of the ordinary. It is running one UI 2.5 out of the box, but let's take a look uh to get a tour of this hardware here, as I said, this is made in Vietnam here on the bottom, a little of Samsung branding, very, very faint. It's not polished, for example, like it is on the matte finish here on the back of the note, 220 ultra, but still very, very nice, and on the left side, completely clean, no buttons or anything did I peel off all the plastic.

I think I did if I didn't I'll get to it um and then on the right side. Of course, your volume rocker and you've got your power button here, and I do have a little more plastic to peel off it never ends. I tell you guys first world problems huh, and I believe that that is it. That is it so, no more plastic, I don't think so. The volume rocker power button and, on the top of course, you've got your sim tray, which doubles as the micro SD tray as well.

You got your noise-canceling microphone on the bottom speaker, grille, USB c port and the main mic and again as uh as I mentioned, no 3.5 millimeter headphone jack on this device, and it does not come with any headphones so um again, I've already done the unboxing I've powered it on, etc. So I'll link you in the description to uh my unboxing of this cloud navy version. I just want to give you guys a quick look at the white uh version, because there aren't many videos of that online, but uh there. You saw me get inside there with the optical fingerprint sensor, so very smooth device. Overall, I've got some thoughts on this.

Some pros. Some cons like I said that I'll talk about in a future video as I get these ESPN notifications, so uh yeah. If you want to check out that previous unboxing of this cloud navy go ahead and check that out real quick I'll, compare the colors for you, I will tell you uh, just an uh sort of sneak peek at that future. Video dust and fingerprints both show up quite easily on the cloud navy and uh. You probably have heard other reviewers talk about that as well.

It's not a huge nuisance. You're going to have to wipe it down here and there, and I have a feeling that it's going to be a lot better, a lot easier to hide on this white version. You see compared side by side. This is all navy blue from the platonic back to the metal chassis, whereas the cloud white here is a pretty true white, even though it uh sort of refracts different colors here. But the chassis is a silver color, obviously same thing around the camera housing it is a navy metal, chassis on the cloud navy and, of course, silver on the cloud white.

Alright, so that's that guys, uh unboxing of the cloud white, which there aren't many videos of online right, now thought I would share this with you. I just got this device today unlocked and once again, if you want to see my full unboxing of this device, I did it for the cloud navy, and I'll link that in the description, this is a T-Mobile version. So I hope everybody's staying safe, and I'll see you in the next one. You.
