Samsung Galaxy S10 vs Note 9 - Which is Fastest?

I want to do a very quick comparison here between the new Galaxy S 10 and the note 9, which is the previous Hainan flagship from sammy-boy. So we do have some differences here with the latest generation Samsung handsets. We have three cameras now, on the back. We have a new processor. Furthermore, we have more RAM ratings of RAM as well as better screen. Arguably, but the note obviously still comes with its own advantages like the s-pen.

It's got much bigger display as well. I have actually used a device for a bit, and you know it's got fantastic 4000 mAh battery. It's also a lot cheaper now as well. You can get them for about 500 to 600, so they have come down from when they first came out like which were really expensive, probably the most expensive Samsung handset ever, and so how do they do compared here? We're going to have a look at some apps opening and some benchmarking see if it's worth upgrading to the s10, obviously in Europe and the UK you do get all that was very close note, just a little of faster there, which is not what I wanted to see. Obviously you want to see the newest phone a bit faster, but not this tight is in the note, is still packing very good kind of setup, six gigs of RAM I think with the note and the last generation high-end Enos.

Well as we're going to say in Europe in the UK, we don't get the best processor arrangement. Unfortunately, you will have to import your notes, and you know your S series if you want the best like Qualcomm 855, which is a bit annoying, you know, probably, hopefully, Samsung will look into that in future because we are paying the same price or more, but nevertheless, let's have a look at how you do compare. We do have, as you can see some respects apps here on the table, so let's see how they do open or both of them are fully up today. In terms of patches using the official software, so you can see these are quite basic, apps and straightaway the s10 seems to be very nice and fast that with most of them dialer, so you can see definitely a speed increase with the new processor, which is good. You know you can definitely see an improvement that about the Play Store, so notes a little faster there.

Well, so we have. We have some inbuilt ones, so quite similar, I think incredibly for the inbuilt ones, not too much difference, but I definitely noticed a speed increase there with the s10. Obviously, I think it shares the same kind of respect as the s10 plus as well. She wants you have the big screen: let's have a look at the Wi-Fi, see, there are any differences, so we just go through this Wow they've made this really annoying. You should just go into the app and jobs a good'UN, but now you've got so much to do so.

Both from the same server have a graded, my internet, a little too I think about 100 now so slowly, but surely we're reaching the highs of 200 that I used to have Shames I'm available where I am at the moment, but you know she's got to make do so. This I think it's got you get up to a hundred down 20 up so not too bad. I am quite far away from the Ruth, though so good test here the strength as well, and you can see practically identical performance I mean literally identical for the download which is I. Don't think I've ever had that before no improvement whatsoever, but the upload still better. On the note proving that the note is still pretty much a beast here: let's have a look at the raw potential when it comes to the processor, so very funny, Andrew now, as you can see slightly higher clock for the new processor here, I'm going to fast-forward this, so you can see he is still very close when it comes to the benchmarking I mean literally like two or three percent behind the node nine.

In terms of the actual names, the processes we are looking at, the Snapdragon, sorry Enos, nine, eight twenty in the s10 and the nine eight ten. So you can see this probably just a small step up compared to the next one, which I think will be built upon the eight nanometer process, but I think, while weighs already on 7 nanometres with its carrying 980. So you know quite interesting time, so you can see something seems to be overtaken by most of the other companies. Also, I think the Enos has a book with sleeping I was reading, so that can lead to battery drain. But hopefully they will.

You know patch that and fix it. Given that is a flagship phone you can see very nice scores. Overall, it looks pretty good in terms of the multi-core breaking 10,000 there, but the note EC not too far off. Actually when it comes to its own multi-core. The single core does seem to have improved quite a lot, though, with this new processor.

So that is pretty good, but I don't think either of them are anywhere near we're getting with Apple so that you know that put a finger on a 12 now is it or an 11 one of the two very powerful stuff like when it's paired with iOS, but pretty reasonable benchmark here and the actual performance day today you can definitely see you know. There was a little of improvement. There isn't too much bank Enos, which we do usually get with Samsung, but I, don't think it's quite as smooth as what you're getting with the OnePlus 60, which is what I'm actually using at the moment, but we'll do a comparison with that. You know where to see how it is but yeah just acquittal comparison here, which one do I prefer out of these two I did use the note 9, as I said for a while. Well the only thing that which bugged me about the phone was I, don't think the camera was up to par with what you got with the p20 Pro and the pixel 2, and I use that for a bit, it's a good overall phone.

You know I think overall, it's probably a tad bit better I prefer anyway compared to the s10 because of the size as well as the battery well I think. Obviously the s10 does come with a slightly newer generation display, so you're going to get a little better in terms of viewing angles, and you do have the s10 plus as well. If you want the bigger display and the bigger battery, but person I think that probably better if Samsung kind of like made one phone now, instead of having the note series and the S series just have liked you know the S, that's 10 or s 11 normal, and then s 11, plus with the stylus or something it just seems to be getting a bit confusing really with the amount of phones is making but yeah. Just a quick comparison here, s 10 and the note 9, or we do some videos with the S 10. So do stay tuned for that hoping you're in the video, and I'll see the next one.

Cheers.
