Samsung Galaxy Note 9 | Battery Life update

Hey guys welcome back to another video, as she managed a will. So this is an updated video on discussion on the Galaxy Note nines battery life. So if you don't like discussion, videos feel free to click off and go see some of the other videos that I've done on the Galaxy Note 9 now I've been covering the Galaxy Note 9 a lot lately, because I've moved it to one of my main SIM cards, and I've been regularly using this thing along with another phone. So back in October around the beginning of October I gave you an update on the battery, because I switched from the Enos version to these Snapdragon versions. So that is this phone. Now here we are at the beginning of December, and I'm happy to report that the battery life has improved even more now back in October when I first swapped, the phone or so you know, got that got this phone I think I got it in October or something like that.

The end of September I'm, not sure but I, gave you an update in October, and now we're in December. The battery life has greatly improved. The apps are still there, I think I have even more apps. I have been running a black wallpaper lately, and that's just you know. Just so.

I can get a better look at my eye. Contact but I know what there being an AMOLED display. That is going to save me a little of battery so, but I did it just to get a good look at this beautiful eye. Contact I'll. Try to remember to link this down below for those that want to purchase this eye.

Contact now running the black wallpaper does help a little with battery. What there's been an AMOLED display. My battery life I'm going to put up some screenshots. My battery life has not doubled, but I'm getting upwards I'm, starting to get closer to eight hours of screen on time on every charge, and I'm happy to report that I'm able to go over a full 24-hour clock. So, if you guys know, I really do not like to charge my phones just to charge them.

I've got battery packs battery cases. I got a bunch of stuff, but in reality what good is a phone if it cannot stay off of the charger. Furthermore, I keep my resolution at quad. HD I do not turn it down to 1080p and that's just a personal preference that I have I. Don't turn my phones down if, whatever the native resolution is that's, where I want to have it at, so I'll put up a screenshot of that too.

But you know overall man, and I'm taking a screenshots right now to load them up, so I can get them to you guys, but overall I think now this time around man I, don't know what it is. But my battery life is just sick on the Galaxy Note and what that's doing to me is I've compared the Galaxy Note to several phones, I've tried to pick apart this phone for a lot of things that I do not like, and you know sometimes I, don't want to gauge phones on what I do not like about it. I want to gauge them on what I do like, and this phone. Some people have already ranked it phone of the year, we're not there yet, but this phone obviously is in my top three of phone of the year, but the battery life folks I've gotten it, and it's to unlock version. So I don't know if that plays a part.

You know, but I got it. I'm super happy with the battery life. It's ridiculous, minim I'm, just surprised at you know how nice this phone and remember it's at the note, eight a long time to grow on me. I, don't know if you guys have been following my channel will remember: I didn't rank the note 8's phone of the Year 428 for 2017, but towards the end of 2018 I started to use it more and I. You know it just really grew on me.

I didn't even want to sell my trust. The second half of 2017 I didn't want to sell my Galaxy Note 8, but I wanted to keep it, but I went on ahead and sold it and got this instead and just took that money and got this. But reality is, you know, depending on what note you're coming from, if you're not coming from the note 8. This is a win from you for you, because some people might say that this is a total upgrade from the note 8 I still don't think so. The note 8 is a fantastic phone, and it's worthy to be purchase right now.

But if you do not have a Galaxy, Note 8, this phone should do some justice. Now, if you're in the u. s. , you make sure you want to grab the Snapdragon version now. I from experience got the excellence version, and it was pretty tough on battery I was getting like 5 hours, and I wasn't able to make it to a full 24 hours without charging.

I've already explained to you guys why you know I, that's a requirement of me of a phone to make it 24 out of full 24 hours on the clock. It's got a $4,000 power battery, so the note 8 got better. The more I used it, but it took some time so this phone I've had it since it launched what almost three months ago or something like that or three months I, don't know I've had it for at that time and Wow, Wow the battery life is easily pushing closer to eight hours of screen on time, and I'm excited about that. I'm excited about that, and I will continue to push this phone. The only drawbacks, I think I've found now as far as taking out the price and stuff like that, because you know I was an early adopter, but the only drawback I found is the front camera, and it's not that bad.

It's not horrible. You know what I'm saying it's not horrible. So with that being said, you know I made another video I made a video recently about why other people think this is the king and you guys know how highly I speak of the VIVO next s. I think that is one of the best phones on the market, but remember best is in the eyes of the holder. If you think that the phone is great, you could think this bone right here from ZTE is a boss.

If you think that fantastic, that's your boss, that's your king, but when it comes down to just bare-bones, offering everything throwing it all on the table, this is the phone. That's doing it! That's all some people in other videos saying Jay just won't admit that this phone is the king. No, it's not about that! It's just that I hate to keep saying this, but I've got more phones than most people who watch me, and it's tougher for me to make a choice like that people always ask the same question. Well, would if they were the same price, no they're, not the same price. So that's too hypothetical for me, and I'm, paying all these different prices for these phones.

So all in all, though folks, the battery life on my phone, this particular Galaxy Note, has been fantastic and, as I sit here today, you know, looking at this beast of a device wow I'm impressed with the improvements of the battery, the more and more I use it. The better. The battery has gotten- and it's faster around this time, didn't take as long as the Galaxy Note 8 to come around so when this gets Android, oh you--oh 1ui, or something like that, there are some leaks out there that one UI is open to beta for the US public. If you have, if you have to unlock version now, I, don't know how true that is. You know I'm, not even really gonna.

Try to your know, go into the betas and all that stuff, but I'll get it when I get it. But this phone is awesome man and I'm. It's not like you didn't know. It was awesome. Yeah, I put out a lot of videos on it.

I've put out a lot of videos from several phones that I have you know. Because I want to give you updates, I. Think the real reviews are views like this. Not me doing all these fancy animations and all that stuff and unboxing. All that stuff is great, but the real reviews come like this I just sit down.

I tell you my experience, and you compare it to yours. If you had it the same amount of time as me, Oh Jay, my battery life is this. You know it's like we're sitting down talking, so this is a real review to me. You know, saying, like I could do an unboxing all day and tell you all the battery life will be this. This is what the battery life should be, but in real world testing.

This is important to me and that's why I post updated videos like this every 30 days, every 45 days. Something I do this to keep you in the loop to let you know hey. This is what's happening. How was yours and that's the question I have. How was your battery on the Galaxy Note 9? She managed a will.

I see you guys in the next video leave a comment down below take care.
