Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Unboxing, Setup & First Look

Hey guys welcome back hope, you're all well jack here with another classic unboxing this time of the new Samsung Galaxy Note 10, in that famous Aurora glow color that Samsung's now doing so in this video we're going to go ahead and unbox, it takes a look around the phone and set up for the first time. So, let's get started we'll take a look around the box. So on the front there we have the s-pen in blue with no turn on the bottom. Turning to the side, nothing there on the back, we have a list of the specs, so the 6.3-inch screen the cameras, the 256 gigabytes of storage, the new superfast charging. So this supports up to 25 watts with the adapter included in the box, and then the wireless power share an ip68 certification on the other side, nothing on the bottom, just details for serial numbers and stuff like that. So we're going to go ahead and cut the Box open and peel off the plastic.

And then we just need to cut this seal here and then flip it back over, and we can slide the lid off the box, and you can see there. The note 10 sat on the top, so we'll go ahead and put that off to the side and just take a look at the rest of the box. So we have a little Samsung piece of paper there. Then we have the new superfast charger, so you can see I'm in the UK. Here we have this charger here and then the type C connection on the end there.

Then we have the adapters, so you have USB to type C. So if you want to transfer all your old data, and then we also have the s10 app sorry note: 10 replacement tips in there, but we'll get them out later. Then we have the headphones. So these are AKG tuned headphones with that new type-c connector, as we no longer have the headphone jack, we can get those out now you can see the new type-c, connector and then AKG on the headphones there. Then we also have the new type seeds type C charging adapter there, along with a micro USB to type C adapter there.

So you have any old tables. This is really useful to adapt it to type C. So we go ahead and put that all off to the side and then in the top there. You also have the instruction manual so bear that in mind it's in the top lid there and there will be also the sim ejection tool. If you need to use that, so we'll go ahead and turn on the phone.

So the new power button, / Bixby busting- is now on the left, so nothing on the right-hand side. So what's that's turning on? We will go ahead and peel off the backing here. So you can see that really nice, a roll will grow color. So there it is and then on the front you have the pre-installed screen protector which I'm going to leave on for now. But whilst it's booting up we'll take a look around the phone, so you can see the new left-hand side.

Has the volume rocker the power button, / Big B button, which you can remap I believe on the bottom? We have the microphone speaker, the type C and then the new S Pen on the right hand, side there's nothing so no power button there anymore on the top. We have the microphone. This port here is not an IR blaster. It is part of the speaker, then the SIM card, and then here we have Samsung the new cameras. So three cameras the ultra-wide the standard and the telephoto, along with a flash, no time-of-flight sensor on the standard, note, 10 and then flipping back over.

You can see that we have the hole, cut, hole, cut, cut out for the camera, so go ahead and set this up, so we'll hit let's go, and then we will hit agreed to that one and next, then you can transfer your all data across. So do this by Wireless with our Samsung devices, or you can use a cable to transfer from an iPhone or Android phone, but we'll hit skip for now hit next, and you can connect to your Wi-Fi if you want, but we're going to go ahead and skip just so we can get this set up as quickly as possible. Then we'll hit scroll down and hit except to all the Google Terms. Then you have the face recognition. Fingerprints, patent, pin password that you can set up so go ahead and set up the fingerprints as that is new to the note 10.

So it has the under display fingerprint scanner. So I've set a pin, it continues, and then you can see it's asking us to place it on the fingerprint scanner they're so much higher up compared to the s tens family. So you can see you need to really press quite hard, just keep placing it on there, and then it's going to go ahead and ask for the edges of your finger so hit continue and then just scan the edges of your finger. And then that's done, so you can add more if you want, but we'll hit next, and then it's going to ask if you want recommended apps, but you can skip that sign in to your Samsung cat. If you do have one sign in that we're going to hit skip for now, and you can see that all the things you're missing out on they'll hit skip, and then it's all done, and we hit finish, and you can see we're launched in to the new one UI on the note 10.

So you can see that whole cup there really proud of it. They've got a bright wallpaper on here. So taking a look at the s-pen will clicking it out. You can see it is in that blue color there, and you can see as soon as we put it pop it out for the first time we get the new air actions, so we can go ahead and hit try out. So we can try some gestures, so we'll go into the camera, and then I believe you swirl it to zoom in and out.

Oh, there you go there's a list, so you can swirl. Oh, so you can zoom in it's going to take some getting used to, but you can see can do you mean by point one there so not sure how useful they will be, but it is nice that they've tried to innovate a bit there, so the new S Pen there, and it makes a little noise when you put it back in.
