Visible Mobile Speed Test on the Google Pixel 4A

Hey guys, mike from tech reviews here and today, I'm going to do a quick video on visible service on the Google Pixel 4a. So if you guys have watched or followed my channel you'll know that I purchased a Google Pixel 4a uh when it came out, so I was lucky enough to get it when it first came out. Um but again, the sim card that I have in here is the visible mobile sim card. So I've been uh lucky enough to keep the visible mobile service due to the uh party, uh pay. It makes it rather inexpensive to have as far as the carrier so well. I think just like that right now.

Sorry about that guys. Let me go ahead and get that restarted for you. There we go it timed out. I think I have it set to two minutes, but anyways so again, uh. You know I've had visible mobile for quite a while already.

Basically since uh the service uh has been out, you know what I mean so again. I was I've been fortunate enough to have party pace. So again, I paid very little a month to keep the service, so you know, of course I have uh a T-Mobile as my main service, but visible mobile is my secondary service. You know, and I'm going to go ahead and test the speeds out for you again it's about 11 o'clock at nighttime. So again, this test can be indicative of the actual uh.

You know time frames that you know how fast it can be. So let's go ahead and take a look how fast it is at the on the Pixel 4a here and again no fancy editing in this video. It's just going to be a straight-up video. So, let's take a look here: I've seen some people's visible service go as close as like 70 to 80 megs, download speed, usually in my area, I'm seeing like maybe in the 30s, so I'm going to run a couple of tests here, just so that you guys can can check this out really quick upload speeds, finally doing a lot better, so normally on during the day, maybe like during peak times, my upload speed will be less than five megs on the internet. Let me try to zoom in there just a little there, but yeah download is going to be 36 and upload 12.6, which is really not bad. I mean again for what I'm paying a month, which is about less than 20 a month.

Okay, uh again! Let's try it again, and you know hopefully uh. This video gets a few views and again this is very indicative of where you live. You know a lot of people are going to kind of gripe about the service, but even if you don't have party pay or if you're, not part of the party pay plan, et cetera, like that your still only paying 40 a month, uh flat rate, I believe uh for the service. So again, you're getting unlimited calls texts uh, you know you're getting limited data. As far as I know, it's not capped but again uh again.

That could be uh under speculation there again. As far as I know, it's not capped, speed, um, but again, that's for me- and you know I'm sure some other people will correct me down here in the comments down below. But for the most part you know it gets the job done regardless. You know what I mean, and I know they piggyback off Verizon's network- that one has 30 downloads and three uploads on that one. So you can, you know that the visible is you know the upload is going to be a little.

Let's see if I can change um change servers here. I guess because it does allow you to do that. So I'm going to change it to the city. This one was actually a piggybacking off a server from another city. So let's try one that's a little closer to me and let's see if that makes any difference at all, wow.

Okay, there you go, you see that it jumped up to 40, which I wasn't even getting 40 in the last one. I was only getting maybe about 30. So but now it's kind of trickling down back to the 30s, and again it's still really impressive. It's still enough to you know download, music or apps, or you know, watch Facebook, video or YouTube videos, etc. Like that uh upload speeds again, I'm getting uh.

It varies on the upload. But to me, it seems like it's gotten a little better than from the beginning from when I actually had it. So, lets uh again, that was from where I lived the server. Let's, let me change it one more time, and maybe I will um do one more test. Let's see before it was for VAX, and then I switched to smart comm um see.

Let me see if there's anyone any others closer to me, not really. The closest one is San Antonio Texas. So let's try Verizon San Antonio Texas. Let's see, let's see again, I don't know how changing these little things work, but let's try that and then again you know we'll check it out San Antonio's not doing too bad Verizon San Antonio. So for the most part it's getting a solid 30, megs 30 to 35 I'm getting between 30 um.

You know 30 and 40. Basically, uh upload speeds have varied per test. You know the strongest I've seen is about what 12 uploads on that. So again, uh you know you're not going to get crazy upload speeds. You know, try you know if you try to live stream on this.

I wish I did. Try live-streaming on this once uh, which I was outdoors and in an outdoor area again not connected to any type of internet or anything like that uh. It really wasn't too bad, and I was able to hold the live stream with no issues uh. The people that were watching were not complaining whatsoever. So again guys uh.

You know again, this is going to vary where you live. I live in south Texas. You know I've heard that a lot of people complain about visible as a service. You know what I mean uh, some places. It's horrible up.

You know from one place to the other, so definitely uh. You know it will vary so again. These tests are a little. Indicative of you know what I'm doing here, but you know I just wanted to kind of share with you my experience with visible mobile. You know I can't complain about the service.

You know it seems to be doing pretty good. On my end, you know that it may not be the best obviously, but for what you're paying, which again is about 40 a month, not including party pay, you can actually get that reduced, uh or lowered speeds. We're not lowered speeds, but you can get lower payments when you, when you join a party, and then you get people to join your party so again guys uh. This is mike from tech review signing off again, if you, like, the video, give me a thumbs up. If you guys, like my channel, go ahead and subscribe, as always, we'll see you guys next time, thanks for watching.
