Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite Unboxing & First Impressions!

Hey guys how's it going in this video, we're gonna, be doing an unboxing, and I'm going to give my first impressions on the Galaxy Note. Endless phone is potentially going to give us the power and capabilities of a Galaxy, Note n plus, while having the form factor of a mid-range err. Galaxy a 51 to cut down on costs, I personally paid five hundred sixty dollars for this device, and I'm expecting it to be in that 550 to 600 dollar range, depending on where you live and in front of us here we have the global model, which is the SM n, 7 7, 0 F, dual SIM, and we will be unboxing. The Go color, with a hundred twenty-eight gigabytes of storage and eight gigabytes of RAM, ok box right on top, that's the first time, I've ever seen that put our device to the side for just a second here see we get in the box. Now I purchased this from a third party seller, so I'm not sure where this shipped from. But if you know where this plug comes from, please do let me know in the comments, but nonetheless we were provided with a super-fast charger which gives us 25 watt charging.

We have our type C to type C cable, let's check out the earbuds, and we get the same earbuds that come with the Galaxy S 10 light and I do have some experience with these, and I can tell you that they do not sound as good as the AKG earbuds that come with the Galaxy Note 10, but they sound significantly better than the earbuds that come with the galaxy a 51 and the mid-range Samsung phones see what else we got in the box. We have a sim ejection tool. Hopefully we've got a case here. Yes, we do get a case. Have our Quick-start guides, which I got this case a bit later, but now, let's take a look at the Galaxy Note 10 light Wow.

So right away, you see all those glows, all those nice colors, all around the phone, a similar glow, color and setup as the original Galaxy Note, 10.1 or 10. That I'll show you on screen now kind of give you a comparison of the amount of glow on the glow color here and just from taking off the wrapping of the phone. We already have a very healthy amount of fingerprints, but first impressions in the hand this phone feels extremely premium. It has a very similar feel to the galaxy s 10 Lite, which we just reviewed they're built the same way, but this one feels just a little heavier, and it gives it just a bit more of a premium feel, and I'm very impressed by that. But a couple very noticeable differences on the bottom is the addition of that S Pen, which will definitely get into a little later and a headphone jack as well, which is very nice to see.

So, let's go ahead and boot up the note 10 light. We have a six point: seven inch, AMOLED display 1080 by twenty 400 pixels 22 9 aspect ratio. We have the 9810 Enos processor here and again, eight gigabytes of RAM and 128 gigabytes of storage. Something else I also just notice. Is that the note 10 light actually has a rounded form factor opposed to the boxy form factor of note devices that were used to having just like we can see here with the note 9 and the note 10 plus and the note 10 light has much more rounded corners.

We also have a six point. Eight inch display on the note, 10 plus and a six point. Seven inch display on the notes and light and I also noticed right away that the note 10 inch camera is significantly smaller than that of the note 10 plus, and it's the same hole punch that we find on the galaxy a 51 and at this point I just don't have any idea why Samsung does what they do, because the S 10 light and the note 10 plus have the same larger camera cutout on the front and the mid-range your galaxy. A 51 and the note 10 light have the smaller hole, punch, cutout, and it may not seem like much, but I really do feel like it's a lot less intrusive with your screen. All right, so I've been playing around with the note 10 light here for a bit I'm very excited to show you guys some things, because this phone is the real deal so raised awake, facial recognition just like backing into your phone easily and as long as you're looking right at the device, it'll unlock right away.

The in display fingerprint sensor is good. It's not the fastest I've used, but it hasn't failed. Yet every time I've tried and everything I've been doing on the phone is just superfast. Super responsive, every app just opens and closes buttery smooth. Switching through apps is just so fast, so smooth convenient.

It is just such an enjoyable experience to just go through using the phone when everything is just running. Super smoothly really liking the overall performance here now. The next thing I want to show you is some YouTube content and also some audio from the bottom firing speaker, since we do not have a dual speaker setup on this phone. It's a stunning premium, appearance, the Galaxy Note here so that bottom firing speaker, while is just the one speaker. It is super loud plenty loud enough that you would ever need a speaker to be, and the sound quality is okay.

Furthermore, it's not amazing, not the best I've ever used, definitely better. On the Galaxy Note, n plus, you will certainly not be disappointed with just that single bottom firing, speaker and I, know I keep bringing it up, but that's smaller hole, punch, I, think it definitely makes a difference. It's just less intrusive on anything you're doing, and it's definitely appreciated so good screen. Ok enough, speaker, great performance, but the main reason you pick up a note device, of course, is for that S Pen, so the S Pen of the note 10 plus definitely has a glossy or color to it, and it might just be personal preference, but I actually prefer this s-pen with just that simple matte finish, and we do have a white tip on top instead of the black tip and then to match the siding of the note 10 light. We have that silver top opposed to the blue top on the note n, plus S Pen and really overall same exact form factor just slightly different colors note-taking is a breeze hold down the button double tap.

The screen bring up a note jot down whatever you need to jot down. If you want to erase it hold down that button again, go ahead and erase, and again it's just a super responsive phone, so you're not going to have any sort of lag or latency with whatever you're doing, but it has that mouse-over type feature where it shows you where you're going to be pressing. So you can get really precise with your presses, and it doesn't matter how small the thing you want to tap. It is very easy to hit anything with that S, Pen and I especially enjoy using the S Pen when playing games, because when you play games, your fingers can really get in the way of what you're trying to see and being able to just tap in any specific spot, with all of your screen being able to see without your fingers blocking it. A great example of this is in start of your valley, where you have to tap right next to your character, to perform an action, and then you can't even see your character when you're playing the game.

Rather, if you have yours pen, you can tap where you need to tap. You can see your character and everything you're doing it's just a better overall experience, and it's thanks to that s-pen. It's just a huge addition and just very happy to have the s-pen here, especially on a device like this. That is more affordably priced. This will definitely be a more viable option for a lot of consumers and I.

Think a lot of people will definitely be interested in this device because of that S, Pen, okay, so I was pretty confused when the S 10 light didn't have DEX support, but the note 10 light not having DEX support either. That is really strange. This thing has 8 gigabytes of RAM. The performance has been off the charts on everything, I've been doing with it, and they just choose to not put DEX on it, probably to make consumers still buy. The note 10 plus and the premium flagship devices if they want DEX but again no DEX support on the note 10 Lite is a head scratcher and, as promised earlier.

Here is the clear case on the note 10 light. It definitely has a good amount of lip on it, so placing it on a table shouldn't be any issue at all, and you can of course, still see all of those really nice colors access to your S Pen is perfectly fine, no issues there at all cutouts for all of your ports and headphone jacks and such a nice click responsiveness on the buttons. But all things considered initial impressions here on the Galaxy Note end, is poor impressed with this device. Everything it is offering for the five hundred sixty dollars that I paid for it screen size is plenty large enough for what you need to do. Super smooth and responsive experience, great performance on everything, I've done with the phone for the couple of hours I've played with it, of course, that s-pen support and everything I've done with the s-pen has also just been super smooth and responsive.

No issues at all. Superfast charging 4500 William hour battery, probably my only negative up to this point- is not having deck support on this phone. Eight gigabytes of RAM excellent performance and no DEX it just really does not make sense. Didn't get a chance to talk about the camera in this initial video, but going to be somewhat similar camera to the s10 light, which we did review and had very positive feedback on that camera setup and even though I've been super impressed with this s10 light. I think at this point in time.

The note 10 light is going to be a better value for your money, just because of that open alone, just having that added functionality to your device and just the little things like having the headphone jack and that smaller hole-punch camera on the display on the front and then on the back just having a cleaner. Looking camera square. In my opinion, just feels like there's just extra space here on the s10 light that isn't really necessary, and it's just kind of there to get us warmed up for the new Galaxy s.20 devices coming here very soon. But everything about this device has just felt very premium and just definitely feels like it's worth your investment and even though this does pack all that extra functionality and features the 51 is still the budget King here at $300. But if you've been wanting to pick up a note device and haven't been able to afford one of Samsung's most expensive flagships, then the note 10 light is definitely gonna.

Be a viable option for you. I am super impressed here with this note 10 light. But let me know what you guys think of the notes and light in the comments below and if you enjoyed this video then be sure to give it a thumbs up, and please consider subscribing to the Shane Simon's YouTube channel today and hitting that Bell icon for notifications.
