Now, if your new make sure you subscribe and get notified for more videos, but if you're already part of the crew so hello, so today we're going to be taking a look at the Samsung Galaxy a30 after one year, and I'm going to talk about five reasons why I still think device is still worth it in 2021. It's just been a really solid device. Uh, there's a lot of things that I like about this device. So what comes in the box is very nice. You do get uh some pretty cool things in here, so it does come wrapped in the plastic sleeve.

It tells you that it's the infinite! U display! This is one of the first phones that I've ever gotten with the display or the teardrop notch, because it was last year. That's when that they released this device on these devices. With that and released that that that display, the a30 is one of the first, the phones to get that display, looks really beautiful. Dual display, I'm sorry, dual cameras on the back as well, and then you do get your wall break right. There remover slot uh card for your tool right there, so you can remove the SD card and expand the storage on the left side right there.

You even get a pair of headphones, which I never open, but these look really quality, or I really want to listen to these right now. I just feel like they're gonna. They look quality they're almost cheap, because they're branded by Samsung right here you know everything that comes in the box is pretty solid, yeah guys. So I'm listening to the headphones right now, and they sound perfect. Now I just like that they include the headphone jack on here.

It's at the bottom perfect placement for a headphone jack as well on the right side. You got your power button, and you know it's going to be accompanied by the volume rocker on the same side. Now I know that looks like metal, but that's all plastic. When you, you do get facial recognition on the front of here. You can see that right there.

It's looking at my face. There we go, we got a match. We also do get some pretty fast, a really fast fingerprint sensor on here. So let me show you that, but the build quality, that's what I want to touch on. It's very solid.

I do have a screen protector in here, but the build quality of this device is really, really solid. It's got this uh plastic build on the back, which almost mimics glass to one. Actually, it looks really, really good. The only thing is that you could tell it's not glass because uh it has like aluminum here, but it's actually plastic as well. But one of the things I like about this device is the overall build.

It's a 6.4 inch amulet display on the front. So that's another thing guys. The amulet display is absolutely beautiful on this device. When you put up the colors to full brightness, you can see that the oranges, the pinks kind of just bleed out of the screen um. The blues are very, very high and contrasting colors as well, we'll get into the cameras in a little more detail, but the overall screen display just looks absolutely gorgeous.

It's a very high density display, and it's going to give you 400 pixels per inch, 403 pixels per inch, so you're going to get all your games on here in game launcher. That's where you would access all the games and well we'll get into the gaming in just a little guys, but overall guys, I can't complain about the performance of this device, we'll get into that a little more detail, but the panel I just don't want to discuss. It's going to be perfect. I'm listening to music right now! I don't know why and um. So basically we're getting a plastic design on here, but this display is gonna, be absolutely gorgeous guys, and it's going to be a 19 by five nine aspects: ratio on the display panel.

We do get uh, it's like. I said before: it's a super AMOLED panel, guys so um. You know it's perfect uh. As far as the display full HD, plus uh, with the water drop notch and gorilla glass 3 on the front, so I really like the build quality of this. Even though it's made of plastic, it still feels really solid in my hands and there are no scratches on the back, and it makes the phone look still really premium.

You get gorilla glass, protection on the front, facial recognition on the back for security uh. You know the fingerprints there as well. It's not a bad placement. It still works really fast. So, like I said guys, the first reason would be the overall.

You know build quality. It's still really held up perfect. Over one year there hasn't been any scratches and the overall screen is absolutely beautiful. It's irresistible to look at, I mean um. You could get everything done on here when it comes to.

You know: um, looking at media, social media multimedia, you know music and things of that nature, so we'll get into the gaming on this device, and you know the processing speeds and everything like of that nature. Uh. As far as the speakers, they do sound pretty good. It's only a single uh facing speaker on the bottom um, I'm getting a notification on my watch. What's that? Okay, so the speaker gets decently loud.

So it's not the loudest one. I've ever heard in my entire life, but the speaker does get reasonably loud and um. You know it's very suitable for your daily use. Now. Another thing that's really great about this device.

Guys is, I just got an update to December 2020. I know a lot of phones are on November 2020. This one just got the no recent update. So if we go to software info here you can see it's on android 10 2.0 for the one UI, but we do get android 10 on here, which I think is really sweet. It did have android 9 when it first came out so for the fact that they're updating the software as well as the major updates on the android is really sweet.

You know I'm saying so. I definitely think that's pretty cool the thing about it. Are you get these bottom gestures? You? Don't you don't get the side scrolls? So that's the another thing that I did notice. So let me go back and see like I have a habit of trying to use the side scrolls. So when we go to navigation on this device, we don't have that thing.

You know what I'm trying to say. So, let me just see like I keep trying to go to the side scrolls, and it's just not there. So I kind of wish that this device did have that, let's see navigation, navigation, there we go, and so I'm just trying to show you guys wait. Why is it taking so long to get to the navigation all right here? This is what I'm talking about. So you got the navigation buttons, and then you got the full screen gestures, and then you got like uh.

Let me see more options here, so this oh yeah, so we could use this one. This is the one I want right here right slide from swipe from the sides and bottom, oh yeah. So this is more my speed right here. This is what I was looking for so yeah. They do actually have that.

So, like I said guys, the the build of this thing is nice. It feels perfect in the hand it's 165 grams of weight, so it's pretty lightweight, has a really slim uh, really slim flat, display uh 2.5 curve glass on the back, which is like plastic um fingerprints on the back, but the AMOLED display is absolutely beautiful. It gets really bright outdoors and the colors are super punchy. The the could get this thing in white, blue-black. You know it has that super AMOLED display, like I said before, with gorilla glass, 3 protection.

Now as far as the processor on this thing, it's going to give you an Enos um 70. So basically, what that means is. This is a pretty good gaming phone. You, can you? Can you have a gyroscope on board, so you can play all your games, four gigabytes of ram, 64 gigabytes of internal storage, and you can move your apps to the SD card with the portable uh storage? So I think that's something that's really cool about this device, and I mean you're going to get 64 gigabytes of internal storage. So you literally, can expand the storage as well and move it to the SD card as well, so you'll be able to get a lot of storage, so this is a good device for gaming.

I definitely can say it's good for gaming, and you know you won't have any issues when it comes to that. I also like the fact that this thing comes with a gyroscope on board as well. You do get um, you know, accelerometer compass, you know you do get the light sensor. The proximity sensor as well. So you can see the gameplay on here is pretty snappy.

I haven't had any issues with this thing whatsoever. Um so, like I said before guys, pretty good gameplay, um you're gonna definitely be able to game on here with no issues whatsoever. Uh, like I said before, but yeah the speakers. I don't have an issue with you got Bluetooth 5.0 on here. I think the screen is.

Furthermore, I got the adaptive brightness on. Let me see I like to keep the brightness all the way up on here, because the screen just looks absolutely gorgeous on this thing, but um like I'm showing you right now, the graphics on this thing are absolutely gorgeous. You won't really run into any issues with this thing whatsoever, so I just want to let you guys know when it comes to gaming, it's going to be really solid. Now, if you were to play pop uh pub g on here, you could see that we do get HD and at the high graph the frame rates are high as well. Okay guys.

So when it comes to gaming. On this thing, it's actually going to perform pretty decent you're going to see some really high graphic frame speeds um. The gameplay is going to be pretty decent as well. So um, that's one of the things I like about this device. There are no issues when it comes to the graphics.

Gaming is really snappy as well. So I definitely think it's going to be a pretty snappy device overall but like, like, I said guys, you're going to be experiencing perfect gameplay on here um. I really like the gameplay on this device. It's got android 10 you're, going to get your software updates as well. Um, four gigabytes of ram 64 gigabytes of internal storage, you're gonna, expand it as well with the SD card slot you'll get voice over LTE with this one, but overall guys the performance on here wasn't worth it wasn't: laggy it didn't it didn't stutter you could play games on high graphics and that AMOLED display was absolutely beautiful guys.

So I definitely could say that when it came to the graphics overall, I was really enjoying this thing, but let me know what you guys think about it right here: oh where's, that guy coming from man that's crazy. Now, when it comes to the cameras on this device, these cameras are actually pretty good. Um they're, not gonna, be like amazing, or you know like groundbreaking or anything like that. But the other thing I can say is this device does charge extremely fast, so we do get nice fast charging on here. We get super clear photos on here, as you can see.

Well, the camera is right. There is completely focused, take the photo right now, and you can see that once it focuses in guys wow look at the detail on here. Let me show you that I could even see the dirt on his um like the chest area and, like that's pretty crazy, like all those specks of dirt and um, I could even see the flaws and stuff like that. There's an option right here for scene optimizer. You can get your wide angle mode right here or your regular mode.

You could switch between your settings right here, and you can get more options like pro panorama and slo-mo ar emojis on here as well. We get focus right here, live focus as well, which is basically portrait and then, when I flip the camera around to my own face. Let me show you that guys, so it doesn't zoom or anything like that, but you do get a wide mode on here. So that's pretty cool the camera will zoom out. You can control the blur right here.

Um you get live photo when you control the wide mode as well. Video right here you can see full. You can change it to 1x1 or 19x6 teen. Let's go to the settings right here. It does have a whole ton of different modes in here, uh watermark.

If you want to put that on to preview the image as well, you could change everything here. You get the resolution up to 1080 by 1920 and 12 by 17 20 720. So let's flip this around and let's take a look at those settings right on the rear. Camera should be the same right there, the 1080 you could get full, and can get one to one as well. The fuller give you some higher quality resolution.

It looks like, but you could also change this as well. So some really nice settings in the camera there's no macro. It's just a portrait for depth shots and a wide angle which I think is really suitable, and then you could always you know like mess around with the wide angle. The focus on here is a little weird. As you can see right here, you have to be like really still and things of that nature, but um.

You know it'll eventually zoom in onto the image that you're looking at it just takes a while, but yeah. I really like the cameras on here guys and for the price. It's not bad, but let me know what you guys think about the uh Samsung Galaxy 830 after one year uh. I definitely like the uh overall feel in the hand, build quality. The overall AMOLED display looks really nice button placement headphone jack.

We do have a really nice um. You know battery on here and fast charging. The performance is absolutely good for gaming as well good design, good screen display. The only weak side is that it has a plastic body, and you know with the external processing chip over time it may have lag. But for me there's no lag here.

I got rid of the um that thing over here which would slow it down. So there's no real lag on this device after time with updates. They actually make it a lot smoother. So the one UI 2.0 is actually good experience in 2021, but let me know what you guys think, and I'll get right back with you later group peace. You.
