Samsung Galaxy A21s VS Samsung Galaxy A51 In 2020! By Matthews Tech

What's about said it will be comparing the galaxy a 51 to the galaxy, a 21s. The 851 goes for around 270 280 in the 21s, for around 220 I will put the links down below so let's go ahead and jump into it, so these are kind of close in price a little. So let's go ahead and narrow it down, so you can make the right decision. So for the hardware, it's pretty much the same here you have pretty much the same kind of setup. It's a plastic design here and the a51 is slightly thinner and lighter than the 21s. The 21s actually has a bit of a weight to it because of the five thousand William battery as compared to the four thousand William battery in the 851.

So you definitely unnoticed that a weight there, but two very beautiful bones. You get the psychedelic shifting color as well as the gorgeous camera setup. One of my favorites. You have the physical fingerprint scanner on the a21 s, and you have the in display one on the 51 which they're both very fast. Obviously the physical one is going to be faster than the in display one, but the in display one to me is just much more cooler.

You know it is pretty fast, so it works 100% of the time. If you do it right so for hardware pretty much the same. Those are the differences you have the headphone, jack, USB type-c and a single firing speaker as well. So let's go ahead and get to the display. So this isn't a scent you different.

So on the 51 you have a 6.5 inch, Super AMOLED display, so 1080p display four or five for the PPI one day.21S you have a TFT display. It's a 6.5 inch 720 by 1600 274, the PPI big difference in display quality. The Super AMOLED display on the 51 is just much better of the blacks are deeper. The colors are very vibrating on the TFT display compared to the 51. It does look a little washed, and it's just not as colorful, and again it's not 1080p and the pixel density is much lower, so they both have the punch hole now I, really like the punch hole in the middle and I like that.

They just both have punch holes and steadily not, but the fifty-one punch-out is just a tad bit smaller than the 21s. That is one thing. I noticed as well, but both pretty good displays, but again you're paying more money for the 51, but I definitely think it's worth it. If you watch a lot of media content, then, if you're into a lot of content, I would definitely go with the 51 here, but for everyday casual use. They're, both fine, like I, said the punch holes in the middle, and you have one only left on the 21s and which I really like alright.

So let's talk about software, so we have Android 10 on both of these guys right out of the box. When you are 2.1 on the 51 and when you eye 2.0 on the 21s, it's not the same. You're missing the Bixby, you know Bixby on the left hand, side, and you're also missing the Samsung edge, and you're also missing secure folders only a 21 head, so it is a stripped back version of one UI. So do you know that you're going to be missing a couple of features now in the 821, as you have the exhaust 850 in the Molly chief 52 and on the 851, you have the exhaust 90 60 Kevin and B Molly G 72. So basically the 851 is just gonna, be the overall smoother experience, and it's going to be better off for gaming as well, so that now both of these phones have micro, SD card support as well.

On the 51 you have 64 gigs of internal storage and 4 gigs of RAM on the 21s you have 32 gigs of storage and 3 gigs of ram, so a little more RAM and a little more storage on the 51. So overall, while the 821 s is not laggy by any means, it's definitely. You know not as fast and as fluid as the 51 all right. So let's go ahead and talk about the cameras on here. So surprisingly, you have a quad camera set up on the 21s as well as the 851 s.

So only 21s, you have a forty, eight megapixel wide 8 megapixel ultra-wide 2, megapixel macro 2 megapixel dead center shoot in 1080p, and you also have a 13, megapixel selfie camera that shoots in 1080p only 851 you have a forty, eight megapixel wide 12 megapixels, Archer Y and a 5 megapixel macro and five megapixel depth sensor and shoots in 4k, which is a big dip. If you're really into the video. You also have 32 megapixels, selfie camera, so much higher resolution photos, and it shoots in 1080p. So again, the same theme here overall pictures are gonna, be better on the 851 color. It's just much more.

Accurate dynamic range is better just a bit more attention to detail with the photos, but I have to give it to the 21s. It's protect. Some perfect photos for this price range. So I wasn't disappointed with the photos when I was taking them. So definitely for this price range.

It's perfect. It competes with a lot of phones in the $200 price point, but, like I said, if you just want the overall better one, then the 851 is definitely step up better. So both these phones have NFC, which is really nice for your mobile payments. Alright and here's a big difference in where the 21s actually comes in first place here. So you have a five thousand William battery on the 21s 15 watt, fast charging and on the 51 you have a four thousand William battery with 15-block fast charging.

So it's been really hard for me to kill the 21s, especially as kind of like a light user I'm, not a hardcore gamer. So it's just very, very hard you're, looking at around 9 to 10 hours of screen on time and usually on the 850 One S you're, getting around 8 to 8 hours and 30 minutes, maybe 9, but yeah. So I just had a much better battery life experience on the 21s just with the massive battery size, so that is very, very impressive area is reason to get the 51 or the 21s over the 51. If you just want a phone, that's just going to last a really long time on battery. So that's pretty much it.
