Razer Phone Review (Android Game Device)

It's time for an upgrade and I don't mean a hair piece for my bald head. It's time to upgrade my ancient mobile device. Recent games are more spec hungry and my Galaxy S7 is showing its age, so today, I'm doing something a little different I'm reviewing my latest purchase of the razor phone, a piece of a device that promises future Android gameplay adventures the razor phone is available now for six hundred. Ninety-nine dollars plus tax. So, let's see if this purchase was worth eating cup noodle for the next year, first up design, this behemoth of a device is not your typical, rounded aerodynamic. Fanciness.

No here we have a blocky square. That looks like something from 2012 with an aluminum body. This monstrosity feels both premium and sturdy. The extra heft is noticeable yet still feels ok in your hand. On top of this, we have bezels something missing from recent phones, and it's also needed for the speakers which we'll touch on later altogether.

This phone distinguishes itself from other mobile devices and well it's not the most eyeball. Pleasing look I actually really like the premium quality and the fact that it stands apart from the crowd. If this phone was a character in an RPG, it would definitely be the damaging thank you send into a group of enemies. Next up, specs and display this eye-catching device hides some pretty impressive internals the Snapdragon 835 processor may be going out thanks to the release of the 45. Even still, this phone is future-proof, graphics, blast to an Arena 540 and everything else is multitasking smooth with its eight gigs of ram.

Yes, eight gigs of ram store all your games in at 64, gig, internal storage or hoard them all in an extra 256 gigs through external. The specs are great and should last the gaming market for a couple of years and possibly beyond all specs aside. Let's talk about the most bombastic aspect of this phone, the IPS LCD quad HD display this display is phenomenal. Now I will admit it's not. The AMOLED displays you're used to solo's won't be as Bleeding bright, but instead they'll look more natural, even so bow down, because we are not worthy of its high refresh rate.

This freaking phone is a refresh rate of a hundred and twenty Hertz. That's damn-near PC monitor specs, it's the same screen, Racer uses in their gaming laptops, and this is exactly what this phone does best. Ultra Uber game. Terrific gaming playing my favorite games at 120, Hertz 60 frames per second is a gift from Asgard. I hadn't realized the true capacity of mobile games until I cranked up the specs and witnessed action blasting gameplay.

Not all games are optimized for this display, but even at 60 Hertz you can still enjoy its quality prowess games like Final, Fantasy, 15, Pocket, Edition, look, beautiful and others like arena. Valor is as smooth as butter. Razor has Herald this device as a phone made for gamers with these specs, and this display I have to say they did not disappoint a quick comparison reveals this device has the PC Lewis of mobile phones. Finally, everything else. The razor phone runs the most bare-bones stock Android, and it's all the better for it.

It also comes with Nova Launcher, prime for those interested in customizability. The four thousand William battery ensures longevity and the quick charge enables zero to fifty percent battery and around 15 to 20 minutes. The camera is 12, megapixels sounds good, but admittedly it's not the best camera on the market. I rarely use my camera anyway, but for others that may be a turn-off, but above all else, this ear jumper scene device has two front-facing speakers that will make your grandpa turn down his hearing aid. These Dolby Atmos stereo speakers provide sound far superior to any other mobile device watching Netflix at high refresh rates in HDR and surround sound, creates an immersion.

Unlike anything else, this aspect basically makes up for the lack of a headphone jack again. I, usually don't use headphones, but others may be disappointed. This phone is geared toward the gamer, and it excels in every way, but those looking for a more well-rounded device may not be impressed with what it has to offer. It also only works on T-Mobile and AT&T network. So, let's talk about.

If this phone is your next device I'm not going to rate this phone, because that would be a disservice. Instead, I'm going to go over, why I purchased it? Why I like it now? Why I think you should consider it? I bought this phone for its massive gaming capabilities. The refresh rate makes for an immersion and gameplay I've, never seen on a mobile device. The specs make for a phone that I don't need to upgrade anytime soon, and the speakers make me feel like I'm in a movie theater all this combines for a device that is perfect for me and this YouTube channel. However, its disappointments lie in its camera, and it's not so bright and colorful display.

However, I am completely satisfied with this purchase for what's no buyer's remorse I'm. Looking at you, Wii U, the seven hundred dollar price point guarantees more bang for you, but, however other devices such as the pixel to provide a better camera and similar specs ?, the refresh rate. So if you were in the market for a new phone, and you're an ultra Uber, gamer geek, who wants to show off to your friends, then this just might be the phone for you or, if you don't mind, spending the extra cash for a device that offers a tad bit more than it might not be for you. It really depends on what's important to you when it comes to a smartphone purchase. As for me, I can't wait to redownload as many games as possible just to experience the fantastic beauty that this thing pumps out.

It's a beefy, buff steroid-induced mobile device. It's time for me to go grocery shopping. Let's see cup noodle water, ok, grocery list complete.
