Razer Phone 2 Review from a Hawaii IT and Gamer Perspective By Mekel Kasanova

All right, so it's been a while, since I've done the review video in the sense of doing a review, video for tech know, you guys have been wondering Miguel where you have been at well I'm already done the channel update and telling you guys, I moved new house new background and everything, so you should be used to that by now. Now what I want to talk about today? What this video is going to be getting into is my new daily driver, and this is something I promise you guys about two and a half weeks. Mainly three weeks ago, it's been a bad memory, has so much going on right now and even have the chance to even think about, but this is something that's becoming. It works for a while and is my impression is a review of the razor -. This is my daily driver love this phone I love everything about it. I really haven't run into any issues, but we're going to get right into it straight after this intro.

Now, when it comes to the razor phone ?, a lot you've seen a lot of videos or people doing panoramic views or doing all kinds of things they're talking about. Oh, you know the gaming phone from the non gamer perspective. Well, yeah, you can do that type of perspective, and it can be intriguing to some people to me as a gamer I want to know what this can do and now that doesn't mean I'm gonna, be playing for at night, or we're going to be playing punk G, although I do have a'm not really into for tonight and plug G and really play it on my Xbox or PC. Now this thing can have a lot of game me. I played a lot of games from another eating.

There's a lot about this phone every life, not my tackle is a perspective of someone who is hate IT? It's not did you guys know work for a hospital. Actually, if you compare the razor phone to the baseline note night, then you're looking at a tremendous difference when it comes to quality performance, just because the bass note night only has about six days of RAM the base. The only model of this I mean there's cult variation, of course, of the razor phone to come with a give of RAM eight gigs and an Android phone I know a lot of people when iPhone as believe two or four gigs of RAM, and it runs better yeah.

Well, look. This runs, silky smooth, I've, really not run into any real issues. I mean I will get it to that later on in the video, there are a couple of things that I have run into that have given me some issues here and there, but nothing that has stopped it from just working out of the box full throttle. You know it's, it's so good. I know a lot of people have seen a lot of reviews from people are complaining about the resolution of the screen not being like you know, AMOLED or Super AMOLED to the practice an LCD screen, not an issue to me.

I mean I've, said headed next. You know right next to uh the new iPhone as well as next to the Samsung line and okay. So I can see a difference, but to me that doesn't really make that big of a difference. It looks good, it's clear, it's bright, it does what I need to do. Love the other things too, when it comes to like the sound.

Oh, my god, like the audio on this thing, the front firing speakers to they rival the iPhone X s I phone next, the excess I just had the iPhone X I didn't decide to jump to the new one. These speakers rival that there that day of loud, even in comparison to like the iPhone I, mean in comparison to like the iPad Pro the newer one. Even you know the last two iterations of the pro these are louder like I did I'm blown away with how loud this place. Music is it's truly something I have not experienced in the phone I'm used to hearing teeny tiny audio this one I just and this can get into like the whole design and I suspect it, because a lot of people are not fan of like the boxing design of it. You know, of course, as you can see, it's a fingerprint magnet.

Well, you can get a case. I feel like the case, makes it too bulky. Um I'm actually got a deep red skin. It's my first time, yeah I'm not trying to be another one, those techniques that has a deer, and it's like. Oh, you need to get this deeper and scan over going to be paired up with a big, deep red skin.

This would be my personal life because I'm, like you know what I'd like to feel of this without a case and I want to see what it would be like witness, and so I decided to order deep grass game and spent like 15 bucks to be on the way. Hey, maybe I might have a sponsor I, don't know. Fingers crossed we've been doing a lot of things on this challenging anyways. The boxing designed a lot of people don't like a lot of their tech reviews. I've seen have been complaining about the weight of it.

They say. Oh, he can tease it with one hand. Here's the thing: I have big hands. As you can see, this phone I can grab it like that. I can easily access it either way.

Does the phone get hot and a lot of people have been saying he's burning to a touch? What you can't, if you are doing way too much like you've, been trying to do like so one YouTuber. He had it running and connected, so I can legato hd60. Yes, he's trying to run it also how to a TV. That's some insane stuff! I! Don't recommend doing that, but you can play comfortably I.

You know, I can't tell you how many hours I've been playing. You know Star Ocean space pioneer, which is another game. You, if you got, if you are looking for a good game to play, space pioneers, definitely know another evil. Angry sir, you know fire heroes, Chagall uh, puzzle fighter. You know, base rage of a BS straight into I.

Just I, don't feel issues with it. It just works. It doesn't get hot to me and out all the time. Furthermore, it's never felt like slightly warm is like all the fun put it on like a wireless charge, of course, with the glass bag. Furthermore, it's not really, but I mean that's.

What any of these phones are using class spectacle technologies days, but you know it feels good in hand. It doesn't get too hot one. Other thing sue I really like about is battery life.4000 Williams, the battery lasts from all day from when I wake up you just had got up, and I go to work like seven o'clock. No, you know 7:00 7:30 I'm heading out of house hitting at work to get there by E. So from that time, from the moment I get up to the next day, midday I still have battery I know my people.

It was screened on time, or you know an to two benchmarks and I don't care about all that, because yeah I'm, not about to the fact, is this last me for what I do now between gaming between streaming, music, podcasts and YouTube, it lasts me I've, had this phone for a month and a half I had no issues with that whatsoever. Now a lot of the things I have had a big issue with so far is when it comes to Wi-Fi calls now, for whatever reason, I put it on Wi-Fi if I do the Wi-Fi calling it does have some issues. Sometimes I've had people say: I can't hear you. There have been some issues also when it comes to like just making regular calls occasionally I think before I didn't update, I have issues where people say: oh I can hear you, maybe sound garble really far away, or you know. What have you now update that I ran on it fixed at like I, think it was a T-Mobile carrier update fix that issue, but that's pretty much? The only issue I've run it to with the razor phone to other than that.

It hasn't really given me any type of issues the camera is. A lot of people complain about the camera rate, so the default all the way up be honest. The default camera in comparison to like the Sam come Samsung camera or the pixel camera yeah. It's not on that same level, although by itself is still a solid shooter. You get kind of a more natural but realistic tone versus how Samsung cat has this glossing up effect.

When it comes to their pictures over saturation, you don't really get that now hands down the best shooter on the phone right now, it's still going to be the pixel 3xo. You have leaved the pics of two things, look so still the best shooter GPL on the phone, but as it is, I think it's fine. However, I didn't do one thing, I made sure I found the APK for the pixel phone of the pixel camera app. You probably can't see it the way, I install that, and so it's been a dramatic improvement and besides we have an Android phone. The whole thing about a drone over iOS we have an intuitive customization.

So what that being said, I just drew that on their same thing, the calculator app but on the stock Android one versus ease and razor one, but sometimes I go back, but it does. What I wanted you? The stock camera is cool, but I just prefer the pixel count right. It just to me is better now really time to call quality. ? Wi-Fi calling issues how's the sound, it sounds perfect. I've had people say that they remain.

You know, there's no difference between them. Hearing me on this phone versus hearing me on the note and of endemic nine or even the pixel. They said, I sound good. Some other things to come with it. You got the chroma app where you can customize the logo on the back.

You can change it. I know, you probably can't see it over like I have right now, but you can change it. There, multiple effects, she can do medium, low or off or high we're actually low medium high and then, if you have any type of impaired to like to do, the charging stay out, which I think is about 100 bucks kind of thing is absurd, but I'm probably gonna, confident way because I mean, if you guys are seeing in my videos. You know my razor head that love razor products- I'm, probably going to copy anyway, but you know you can go in there. You can change the chroma.

Have the chroma effects you can have grieving static spectrum. You can do a wide variety of things and then some other things you have with it. ? it comes with the stock Nova Launcher, which emulates really well stock Android. You know, and it is running 8.0 Oreo. We should have the Android Pi update for the phone which is supposed to give it.

But what that being said, I mean the stock OS I don't have any issue with I'm, not one of those people who care to just jump on the new Athene all the time, because if I wanted to I, have a pixel folder going to do something like that, but I think out of the boxes is, is really nice you don't. There are some things you are missing. You don't have a standard gallery app. You have Google photos, I kind of went in. Furthermore, you know I added a little something on the side using you toy town.

There are some hats that are missing, but it's not like I mean, like I said you can easily place it, so it is what it is, but for a way you can do out of the box when it comes with I. Think it's fine. Ah, the refresh rate, which is probably the biggest thing of why you want to go out to asphalt stock out of the box. It runs at nine Hertz. You can drop it out to 60 Hertz.

If you want to have even better battery life that it already do you're right at 90 Hertz, if you want, you know more silky, smooth animation, we're going to add four hundred twenty Hertz and a lot of the apps and games will take advantage of it. You're, probably along as being one of them and I just it's I, just keep it 100 yards I, just love it because my mom, and it runs 144, Hertz and so having this running, so I'm just happy. But you know you also have the fingerprints inside you have volume up and down rocker on the side here, and you know that's just about all you have with it, and you know I just want to do this, video off the cuff and want to do all the panoramic angles and cutaways and all this I want to talk about it as someone who is not only an IT professional, a power user, but also that's a gamer that can just speak off the cuff and tell you what my experience with this phone is like, because you can have a look I've seen enough videos, people who aren't gamers, who aren't ITV, who just talk about the specs and the average consumer and all this other stuff. As someone who is an average consumer who is ticket? Who is a gamer who loves Racer products, this phone is simply amazing: I love it I'm, hoping with some improvements with like well. If they come out with the razor phone three, you know even bigger battery more options for chroma baby chroma lighting around the screen.

You know more case variety options, because right now, you're really limited to cases I mean you can get this in this case from sign, but I'm, not a fan of huge cases, so, like I, said I'm going with the deeper a to see what that's like it is. A phantom magnet like I said otherwise, this opponent sturdy. It feels weighty, like the weight of it. I like the feel of it. It does everything I need to do and for work.

I've had no issues for personal use. Aside from Wi-Fi calling I've had no issues other neck. This would go for $6.99 at a time. These recordings about 650 at Best, Buy 650 on Amazon and 650 Microsoft Store. Normally it retails for on $7.99, but before it, even at full price for a discount, its ass on the phone I really highly recommend. But with that being said, what you get to me?
