So let's first have a look at the camera hardware. The phone comes with the 48 megapixel Sony mix 586 sensors, which is one of the tried and tested sensors with f 1.8 aperture and face detection. Autofocus.

The secondary camera is an 8 megapixel ultra-wide angle, lens with f 2.2 aperture. The third camera is a 2 megapixel fixed focus macro sensor and finally, you get a 2 megapixel depth sensor. The selfie camera is a 20 megapixel Samsung ISO cell sensor, with f 2.0, aperture and fixed focus. So let's move into the camera samples and see how they perform. First step: let's have a look at the daylight captures in terms of daylight captures.

The 48 megapixel sensor does a good job in bringing details and sharpness levels. The colors are impressive and does not saturate, and it is kept more or less natural, and this has to do more. With ISP on the snapdragon 860 chipsets, we have seen Poco x3, saturated colors, but here it is near to actual colors, which is impressive. The sharpness results are quite good, and this is evident when you pixel p, but could have been a tad better. But again we are not complaining.

The dynamic range is good, and it resolves shadows very well in terms of daylight condition. There is hardly anything to complain and images came out really well and one of the better cameras in this price segment. There is also a 48 megapixel mode, which is a bit too large, but there isn't any considerable difference in quality. The 8 megapixel ultra-wide angle. Camera does a good job in maintaining colors similar to the primary sensor, and it succeeds in that as well.

The colors are pretty much natural and sharpness elements are acceptable, although not, not good as a primary sensor, which is more or less evident now. Moving on to the close-up shots, the phone comes with a pretty good imaging capabilities, and the colors are natural. Here too previously Poco devices has this tendency to saturate few colors, but here we did not see that happen. The sharpness levels are impressive and once again does a good job. The phone has a 2 megapixel macro sensor, which is a fixed focus sensor, and here the results were average colors are acceptable.

The sharpness levels are not that great and fixed focus doesn't help much in terms of macrophotography. Moving on to the portraits the Poco x3 pro gets you good portrait shots, and one of the good things about Poco devices is that they don't add unnecessary beauty mode and hence the skin tones are natural and brings in good details too. The edge detection is also very good and overall, portraits have come great on the Poco x3 pro next up the low light captures in indoor lights with adequate artificial light. The phone does a good job, and you can see it has decent sharpness levels and details too, when light drops further, you can see noise kicking in, but the processing helps in reducing it and, as a result, it becomes a bit too soft too. This is where the night mode helps in getting sharper images.

The good thing about night mode is that it does not make the images bright and blow out the details. Instead, it has good control of the highlights and also the shadows. The colors are once again impressive. Finally, the selfie camera, the 20 megapixel shooter does a good job with selfies. The skin tones are natural, and you can also turn off the beauty mode.

The sharpness levels and the dynamic range is also good. Since selfies are more of a personal choice, you can judge based on the images shown. The phone has a portrait mode for selfies, and here it does a decent job with edge detection. If not the best, you can clearly see a bit of miles in portrait selfies, so this is the front facing ammo sample taken yourself and also the audio from the front camera on the Poco x3 pro now. Moving on to the video recording, the phone can record 4k at 30 fps and the quality is good.

The sharpness elements are pretty good and details are again impressive. The phone offers stabilization and the colors are also done. Well, quite often, you see 4k sample being saturated, but that is not the case here. The photos are about 1080p at 60fps here. Once again, the video quality looks good and there is also stabilization being offered.

The phone also supports 1080p at 30fps again supports stabilization and offers good clarity as well. The stabilization is quite acceptable, and so are the colors. The sharpness is acceptable, and the overall quality is smooth with good colors too. The phone also comes with a 1080p video recording for ultra-wide angle lens and once again it has stabilization, while the quality is not as good as a primary camera. For obvious reasons, it does a decent job overall.

So this is the dual video mode on the Poco x3 pro, so you can actually record using both the front camera and the rear camera. You can actually adjust the frames uh. This is a different frame, so you can see here you can adjust the frames. However, you want. So this is the dual video mode on the Poco x3 pro, so you can check how good the quality is and also the stabilization of the video.

The phone also supports slow motion, video at 120, 240 and 960 fps, and the quality is quite good for the pricing. Additionally, the phone also supports modes like clone mode block, long exposure and pro color mode, which can be toggled from the settings, so that is a detailed camera review of the Poco x3 pro. So summing up, how good is the camera with good daylight captures ultrawide, portraits and night mode? The camera does well overall and can be called as a dependable camera, which gets you consistent images with excellent colors details and overall clarity. The selfies are also quite good. The only area of improvement is probably the macros which aren't as good as the Redmi Note 10 pro max.

If you are on the lookout for a phone with excellent performance and great cameras, then look no further. The Pogo x3 pro is the best option right now, so that is a detailed camera review.
