This video is sponsored by Skill share Hey guys, Adam Logo here from Adam Logo TV So. Since my comparison, video of the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro against the Redmi Note 10 Pro. A lot of you all have requested for me to compare the Mi 10T Pro against the POLO F3 While I was reluctant to do it at first because of its price difference of the POLO F3 being retailed at RM1,699 for the 8+256?GB variant and the Mi 10T Pro is priced at RM300 more at RM1,999 for the same RAM and the storage variant But. Since you have asked for it...... here, it is Starting from the phone's hardware, in terms of the chip set. The POLO comes with the Snapdragon 870 processor and the Mi 10T Pro comes with a Snapdragon 865 processor Then.
When it comes to the phone's build quality, both phones were the same size, but the POLO F3 was just thinner And because of that, It did feel better in my hands, especially if you are not a fan of a heavier device like the Mi 10T Pro, compared to the POLO F3 as well. Both phones have the same glass back with a really nice and classy matte finish at the back as well with the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, not only for the back, but also for the front as well. And there was this HUGE debate about whether the POLO F3 is made out of aluminum or plastic for the frame and once again, I will confirm that it is made of plastic, thus making the Mi 10T Pro a heavier device, since it has an aluminum frame, In terms of the camera bump, Due to the larger camera sensor on the Mi 10T Pro, you will find a significantly larger camera bump compared to the POLO F3. But what's interesting is that both phones still wobble a bit when you are typing it on a surface In terms of the ports and buttons, looking down below it was very similar and yes, There are no micro SD card slots for both phones Then. While you will find both phones having the side power button as the fingerprint sensor, but like the Redmi Note 10 Pro, the POLO F3, has a more button-like tactile feel compared to the concave style of the Mi 10T Pro, but I prefer how the button felt on the POLO F3 Unlocking was pretty fast, but because the Mi 10T Pro had a sort of animation when it was unlocked.
So it does look a bit slower, but, as you guys can see, it looks pretty much the same Looking on top, while both phones have stereo speakers. Instead of typically having the additional stereo speaker on the earpiece like how it was on the Mi 10T Pro, the POLO F3 has the additional speaker right on top together with the IR Blaster, which kind of blended in terms of the overall design. But yes, the Mi 10T Pro has the IR Blaster as well. And. Finally, worth mentioning is the fact that both phones do not have an official IP rating.
So keep that in mind So overall, if I really had to choose between both phones in terms of design, build and just using the phone daily I'd go with the POLO F3 Now, Let's look at the display As mentioned, since both phones are the same size. It has a 6.67-inch display with the same resolution at 1080 x, 2400, pixels But, the POLO F3 has an AMOLED screen at 120-hertz refresh rate, then the Mi 10T Pro comes with an IPS LCD and a higher 144-hertz refresh rate The hole. Punch camera on the POLO F3 is significantly smaller compared to the Mi 10T Pro, although it is in the middle compared to the left on the Mi 10T Pro And, the screen-to-body ratio was almost identical, and I can guarantee that if you don't really put both phones side to side, you will surely love both displays on the phone BUT. If you were to compare both phones side to side like what I have done, you will find that the quality on the display for the POLO F3 is way better, not only for the viewing angles, but also when it comes to the automatic brightness mode, which was better optimized on the POLO F3 as well. Whether we are looking at a higher peak brightness of 1,300 nits on the POLO F3, compared to only 650 nits on the Mi 10T Pro While, the Mi 10T Pro has a higher refresh rate as mentioned earlier, but to be honest, That is something which you really can't tell.
Even if you put both phones side by side So, once again, I will have to give it to the POLO F3 when it comes to the overall display performance when using the phone every single day, Next, on to the phone's cameras, The POLO, F3's, rear cameras comes with a 48-megapixel, f, 1.8 aperture lens, an 8-megapixel f, 2.2 ultrawide-angle lens and a 5-megapixel f 2.4 macro lens Then. As for the Mi 10T Pro, it has a massive 108-megapixel, f, 1.7, aperture camera, a bigger 13-megapixel, f, 2.4, ultrawide-angle lens and the same 5-megapixel f, 2.4 macro lens So are the bigger camera sensors on the Mi 10T Pro, making the phone a better camera? Well, just before I proceed forward, just so. You all know that I did not turn on the watermark on the photos on the Mi, 10T Pro, but rest assured that they are pictures from the Mi 10T Pro First, looking at the high megapixel mode. If it's not zoomed in, it looked very similar. But of course you will get more details on the Mi 10T Pro, due to the higher megapixel count, if you zoom in close Then.
As for the main lens, the results were pretty much the same where you will see a slightly more saturation on the image for the POLO F3 as seen at the blue sky area. So this is totally based on a personal preference Then. The same can be said for the ultra wide-angle lens, where, although the Mi 10T Pro comes with a higher megapixel count, the quality remains the same. But just a slight difference in the saturation, as mentioned earlier Then. As for the portrait mode, the edge detection was pretty flawless on both phones and once again it was pretty identical, maybe just a tiny difference in the skin tone, but extremely hard to tell apart Then, Speaking of the macro lens, I didn't even bother doing macro mode shots to compare both phones.
Because...... who really uses this mode? If, you do, Let me know at the comment section below Next, looking at the dedicated night mode, shots for the ultrawide-angle lens, and what's interesting is that while it looks the same on the first look, but the image processing on the POLO F3 seems to be a bit cleaner, especially towards the left, right above the Paradigm logo, where it seems to be less noisy than the Mi 10T Pro. So I believe this is surely based on a better software processing on the POLO F3 But. When it comes to the main lens. It does look similar if you don't really pixel peep, but if you zoom in closer, right at the middle, where the lighted signage says, "Old Town, White Coffee", it's more apparent and clear on the Mi 10T Pro compared to the POLO F3, but yes, you will need to REALLY zoom in...... REALLY close for that Then.
As for the front camera specs, the POLO F3 has a 20-megapixel f, 2.5 lens and the Mi 10T Pro has the same 20-megapixel sensor, but a slightly better aperture value of f 2.2 instead Now, To be honest, I have never been a fan of Xiaomi's front cameras because you really need to angle towards the light to make sure that you get the best image possible. Otherwise, it will turn out Hideous, like this So looking at the regular selfies. Once you get a great lighting. Of course, the images look the same once again. And the same could be said for the portrait selfie, where there was a tad bit softness on the skin tones on my forehead area on the POLO F3.
Even when both phones have the beauty mode turned off Then. As for video recording the POLO F3 maximizes at 4K, 30 frames per second, where the Mi 10T Pro goes up to a massive 8K recording at 30 frames per second, where there is also an option to use 24 frames per second as well, So, based on my comparison. Only on the 4K video, the main lens performed equally good with a really nice dynamic range and a great detail on the video footage. Image stabilization for the main lens was also very great as well And. What holds the POLO F3 back is the fact that the video on the ultrawide-angle lens only caps at 1080p instead of 4K on the Mi 10T Pro, and this is surely a huge bummer, because I just don't understand why that Xiaomi did not give that option for the POLO F3.
So you will surely lose more out of the video quality compared to the Mi 10T Pro when it comes to the video quality on the ultrawide-angle lens Then. Finally, when it comes to the front video recording...... like, how ALL Xiaomi phones until now and yes, flagship phones, too, it records up to 1080p up to 30 frames per second (fps), but the POLO F3 can record up to 60 fps, instead of only 30 fps on the Mi 10T Pro While, the image stabilization on both was great, but as usual, there were some exposure issues where Xiaomi phones usually have this issue where it was pretty inconsistent with the POLO F3. But there were times that it was OK, and then it goes overexposed on the background, but it was totally overexposed on the Mi 10T Pro So. With these guys, do, let me know which phone performed the best? And.
Do you think that the Mi 10T Pro performed better in every aspect of the cameras?, especially with this kind of price range? Let me know at the comments section below Now, just so you all know that doing this kind of comparison, videos are not the easiest as it takes a lot of hard work to do, and I am glad that, as of late, that I have been getting great comments on the video production and also the overall quality that you see here on Adam Logo, TV First, Thank you so much for all the kind words, and, second of all, the reason why I have managed to do so is also thanks to this video's sponsor ? Thank you Skill share for sponsoring this video Now, Let's look at the audio performance In terms of both phone's speakers. Both have stereo speakers, where the only difference is that POLO has the other speaker right on top, As mentioned earlier When.
It comes to the audio quality, when listening to music and watching movies was equally good The. Poco F3 has an output volume of 90.7 dB, but the Mi 10T Pro has a higher volume of 93.1 dB And in terms of the audio quality, If I really had to choose between both phones, I really prefer the highs and the AIDS on the Mi 10T Pro, as it didn't sound like it, was piercing like how the POLO F3 was. But overall it was pretty much great, and here is a quick sound test for both phones, As for the battery compartment. The POLO F3 comes with 4,520 Williams of battery and the Mi 10T Pro comes with a larger 5,000 Williams of battery And. Here is where I was really eager to know the results, because having a smaller battery and also an AMOLED screen is not the best combination, usually Firstly on the Mi 10T Pro I still think that this phone is quite a King on the battery because it takes a REALLY long time to drain the phone's battery.
Even at 100 percent, I could get up to 17 minutes of screen on time without the percentage even moving a single bit and mind you, This is based on a 144-hertz refresh rate With this, based on my test using the phone, every single day, once again, I got a massive 7 hours and 37 minutes of screen on time when I was at 10 percent battery, with dark mode turned on and once again with that high 144-Hertz, refresh rate And, then, as for the POLO F3 I got an average close to 5 hours very similar to my previous review when I reviewed the phone after a single month Then, both phones have fast charging up to 33 watts where the chargers come inside the box and both phones do not have wireless charging Hmm.... The software... OK, here is where I feel that Xiaomi should just stop releasing phones every other day, but instead use their resources to make better and a more consistent working software and UI throughout all their smartphones, because firstly, the versions are quite confusing and does not make sense little things like the icons are also pretty inconsistent as well And.... Let me explain: So the current version that I was at during this review for the Mi 10T Pro was MINI, Version 12.1.3 and the POLO F3 is at 12.5.1. So here is where, in terms of the version of the number.
It seems like the Mi 10T Pro seems to be having an older software BUT. That was not the case! As. There are better navigation like swiping towards the right, which goes to the Control Center, and swiping towards the left, goes to your Notification Menu But, the POLO version, or the POLO Skin does not have that. Rather just the Notification Menu, when you swipe anywhere from the top of the screen. And I find this extremely weird, because Xiaomi is now telling us, There is an Android Skin on top of another Android Skin? So.
There is the POLO skin... on top of the Xiaomi MINI skin... and then, that is on top of the Android 11 And, since the Mi 10T Pro seems to come with an "older" MINI when you compare both icons, even when I reset, both phones before using it, and reviewing this once again, as you guys can see that the stock icons on the Mi 10T Pro for the Gmail and the Google Calendar app are also newer compared to the POLO F3 as well. And I also found that there were times when the YouTube Studio App might sometimes shut down by itself. And Instagram Stories also sometimes tend to do that, which was something that never had an issue during my 1-month review after when I was reviewing the POLO F3, but it does not happen every single time, So with this, if I really had to choose between both phone's software I, would totally use the Mi 10T Pro.
As my daily smartphone And dear Xiaomi, Please work on your software for the benefit of all of us. Smartphone users, OK? As for gaming, I, wanted to cut straight to the chase and try out Genshin Impact right away with the current update for both phones, Firstly, the gameplay for the Mi 10T Pro was very impressive, with a way less battery drainage compared to any other smartphones within this price range. It didn't overheat, even when playing continuously for 20 mins at medium settings with motion blur turned off Then. As for the POLO F3, the experience was exactly the same, but a slightly more battery drainage due to the AMOLED screen and speaking of the screen, The gaming experience was better due to the AMOLED screen as well So in conclusion, which should you choose? Well, based on my comparison, It doesn't seem too far off in terms of how the phone performs on a day-to-day basis between both phones, And I was quite surprised with the camera results, where I really thought that we would see a huge difference in the performance on the Mi 10T Pro, but other than the ultrawide video not being able to go up to 4K. There were no other issues at all But.
If you are really looking for a workhorse of a smartphone and is more solidly built comes with a better software experience and a really amazing battery here is where the Mi 10T Pro totally beats the POLO F3 But, then again, I would love to know what you guys think is the extra money, or RM300 for this case here in Malaysia, really worth it?
