POCO F2 Pro - Poco Is Back!

Well, the time has come. Paco is officially coming back after a long hiatus, a long period with no news, no smartphones, the Paco f2 pro is coming. So, as you know, the original, Paco, f1 or Paco phone at the time was an absolute blast of a smartphone. It just came at a ridiculous price at the time offering a flagship SOC that was the Snapdragon 805 when it came out at a really low price point. Even for the time at around about 400 US dollars, it really kicked off what we now know as flagship killers. So are we getting another bang for your buck champion? Another flagship killer? Well, don't hold your breath.

The market has changed. Things are more expensive, so we can't really expect to $400 flagship type of phone these days anyway. But what exactly is the Paco f2 anyway? When is it coming? What is it going to be like? What are the specs? Actually, we know pretty much everything about the phone, so we know at the start of this year, Paco in India at least actually branched away from Xiaomi and became a standalone brand in itself. So its own accounts, its own brand phones, Paco phones, and this is different to the Paco phone which, before in India anyway, was just a name of a phone within the Xiaomi company and then actually over the last few days, the global accounts of Paco phone also changed. They are now called Paco, global, and they've started posting and teasing a new smartphone Paco is awake, definitely and the Paco f2 is coming.

So what is the Paco ft Pro, and what's it going to give us actually co-developers found all the internal code names for the device, and what phones that they point to? So we pretty much know what it's going to give us. Actually, the Paco f2 Pro when it launches globally is according to DA, going to be a rebranded version of a phone already released in China called the red Nikkei 30 Pro, the K 30 Pro has been released in China for a while now I have a version that I've tested out and used for a really long time now, and it's a fantastic phone. So if that is the pocket phone or the Paco f2 Pro, then there won't be many disappointed buyers. But there are some different versions of the Que 30 Pro, and it all gets very confusing. So there is a base model of the Que 30 Pro.

That has some features taken away. For example, it doesn't have a zoom camera, and it also uses UFS 2.1 storage, which isn't terrible, but flagship phones in 2020 are using UFS, 3.0 or UFS.3.1 co-developers found that the revenue Que 30 pro that's the normal k38, not the zoom Edition will be coming as the Paco f2 globally. That means that Xiaomi will take the Rebel UK 30 Pro slap a Paco badge on there and call it the Paco f2 Pro in global markets. That's globally, not in India is a separate thing altogether and will have its own releases there as well. The rebel UK 30 pro or the Poco f2 pro as it will be probably called outside of China, is a fantastic device, and it definitely keeps alive what the appear phone is known for, which is giving us flagship internals at a lower price and cutting out those extras that do raise the price considerably.

There are compromises, of course, there are no high refresh rates on the K 30 pros screen. It's a 60 Hertz display and the cameras, although being good, definitely won't go head-to-head with those really high-end expensive flagships, but there are some amazing things to it, and some huge upgrades that Redmi have made even from the K 20, considering the last Hakka phone was a few years ago. This is going to just feel ridiculous compared to that phone. It is just improved in every single way. According to a report also published by an Android Authority, it could be coming at about 650 euros, which is about 700 US dollars.

That's for the six gigabyte variant, which is the lowest variant of the bunch. The link also said the eight gigabyte variant may be coming at around 750 euros or 800 plus dollars, but it did also say that the leaked prices were from Portugal. Apparently in phone prices are more expensive there, so we could see it coming as low as around about 6 hundred or 650 euros when it finally comes in China. The K 30 Pro comes about 3000 RMB, which is about 400 years dollars. So definitely this phone is cheaper in China, but phones always are cheaper in China, at least from Chinese brands.

So it looks like international customers will have to pay a little more yet again, not a surprise, but the industry has moved on. You might get $400 flagship killers anymore, but anyway the Poco f2 Pro against the Poco original phone is just a night and day difference. It's upgraded all over subscribe for the latest tech news and videos. That's it for now. I'll see you in the next one.
