Official Sony Xperia 1 Style Cover Touch Case Unboxing and Review By Big Unbox

What is up guys welcome to the big on box, where we do that small tech and today, I am back with another big on boxing for you and say we're back with the all-new Sony Xperia One style cover case. This can be the official case from Sony for this bad boy to unbox. Do a quick review as always I'll throw up the link in the description. If you guys want to check it out, pricing really steep, it's been around 50 bucks or so depending on where you get it from it's not really available in too many sections in the U. S. at least, so I was able to actually get this off of mobile fun.

Calm shipping was on point, so I got to give them credit for that this one. This k they usually import these in, and they do a pretty good job out getting to me and decent amount of time. So, let's check this one out together, guys and see if it's a hit or miss I've been waiting for this one for a while for the Xperia 1, you can see a little branding right there touch sensitive cover, got some Sony branding very minimalist presentation. You can see the back shows you a little more details about what you're going to get that's pretty much it. So it's really kind of like a basic presentation o expect a little more for that price point.

But I'm not going to lie I'm excited about this one for a little while now, but kind of just I've been I'm hesitant to pull the trigger because it's so expensive, and then it's been in stock at a lot of places. So I was able to finally get it a little after the launch date for the phone itself. But let's see if it's going to be hit or miss I'm here to see if this is going to be and how it's going to feel all that good stuff, especially if it's going to be worth that price point. So my first impressions, you got this soft matte finish on the back. You can see got some Sony branding.

This shouldn't have any type of fingerprints which is very nice. You got the camera cutout right there you can see. The actual sides is gonna. Give you well, let's just take this our coil here, so you got a nice like Alc?ntara, tight finish to the inside very soft, to the touch a little of Sony, Minos, gonna, say a little of branding right there, not too much, but very nice to the touch. This part here is exposed.

So keep that in mind. So you got this nice soft double like finish and then hard-plastic. This is kind of gonna, be your screen protector. So that's kind of an interesting look. It's an interesting presentation where this is going to protect your screen.

When you actually have it, you can still see it. I believe you can actually still tie do some things with it on B can actually flip it as well. So it's a very interesting design from Sony. You can see the branding up top or the actual presentation up top soft matte, finish bottom part is exposed. You do have the corners covered up.

So, overall, very nicely done: I'm really interested to see how this is going to feel on the phone itself, but first things first take the microfiber cloth. Let's give it a wipe down, wipe it down, wipe it down, make it look beautiful. This is probably I. Don't hear too many people talking about this phone. But to me this is my surprise: hit of the year phone wise I, really like this phone I, don't hear too many people talking about it.

I don't see too many reviews for it, but this may be the sleeper hit of the year just because I'm so impressed by the feel of this phone look and feel snappy as hell. You just can't go I mean the price points. Really not. It should be a little cheaper than that, but overall I'm. Actually the display is amazing.

You guys anybody, that's rocking this video or watching this video. You can probably attest it that this phone is amazing. So, overall, look at that. Oh, that looks cool yeah I like that a lot. So there you go! That's how it's gonna look with the case on, so you can see.

You still got the cutouts for the top got the camera cutout right there, speaker girl, cutout, that's how it looks when that's folded together, it's kind of got a snap, or it just holds together really nicely I, don't know if there's any type of magnet it actually just holds together quite nicely. The bottom part is exposed completely. They cut probably done a little better job. Why not close that up? In my opinion, just maybe do the cutouts for the speaker grille, because you are leaving that open for exposure. The same thing on the side right here, my pen, why? Why not you got these little ledges right here and then this part is completely exposed.

Obviously you got quite a few different. You know they probably could have done something at least give you some more protection. My worry, if you drop it, just right is probably made some impact you, your complete side, exposed right there for you, no impact, but the top part is covered up with that very nicely done. Let's check out the camera protection very nicely done, I'm, actually impressed with that camera protection. You can see the reinforcement around the edges now this has got this soft matte finish like I talked about earlier, no fingerprints at all.

It keeps it very slim I like that. A lot very nicely done this. This case may be one of those cases, I rock, and have to actually follow up with the review, because I'm not quite sure about how just you know. Overall if you can still probably type on it. Let me put the video on pause, real, quick, I, just turn the phone on I'm going to see how this really just how this feels with this on.

If we can do some, we can do some stuff on this one with the screen and being like that or if we actually need to open up the screen, because that's kind of an interesting little tip bag. This is a unique case that I've never really seen before as a whole. Thai guys be right back, and we'll wrap this bad boy up. Alright guys we're back, so I got the screen protector on and, as you can see, this is just a flipping style screen protector. Now you can still you put your fingerprint in right there.

Let's check this out there we go I think we have to actually, let's see well, install that layer. We got it. We got to update having users in a while I should have there we go, so you can see the actual home screen with all your apps. You can flip that on real, quick, let's check out my YouTube see we got going on, you can still go ahead and flop through it. Look at it works perfectly and surprisingly, because I have a screen protector on.

So this is actually working through. My screen protector really well I'm, actually impressed by that, because I have a have a screen protector on it. I think it's super shields, so it's actually still protecting it, and you get that dual air protection, plus it's actually working through the actual screen. That's right there that little screen guard, so I'm very impressed with this one. So far you can see it does turn on with when you flip it out like that, and let's try this one more time and turn it on bear with me there we go look at that beautiful.

That actually looks very nice, so it kind of meets the color down a little. So it's definitely got a nice little tinted effect to the actual screen itself. But if you do drop it, it's got that screen protector on it that built-in screen protector, and it stays shut for the most part, so I'm actually pretty impressed by this case. It's definitely unique. It's probably going to be one of the more unique cases that you see on the market today and overall I might give you got some updates on this one because often use it for a couple of days and see how I like it after a few days, use I can't give you a full hit or miss at this point, because it's so unique.
