Apollo has just wrapped up it's big. There is more in the making event in New York City, and it has officially closed the busiest mountain tech that we fondly call packed Over. People talked about a brand new MacBook Air with a Retina display and touch ID, a long-awaited new Mac Mini with much faster performance, but the biggest review was, without a doubt, the new iPad Pro the iPad Pro still comes in two sizes, but one is now an 11-inch iPad in a body the size of the previous 10 point five inch model, while the twelve point nine inch model retains the screen size but has a smaller footprint. The new iPads are also thinner. You now have waist smaller bezels and touch ID is gone completely, replaced by face ID.

This means you get the Oh new gesture navigation from the iPhone 10 here, but probably the biggest and most important new thing about this 2018 edition of the iPad Pro is that it's finally moves to a USB-C port. This is important for more than just the convenience of being able to plug a cable from either side. This is huge. It means you can now connect an external monitor to an iPad. You can plug in a musical instrument or connect your DSLR or mirrorless camera and download images directly, or you can plug in an SSD drive this one little port gives the new iPad so much versatility.

Finally, bringing it closer to the level of functionality you expect from a modern computer. This iPad Pro also doesn't come alone. It is a company buy a brand-new Apple Pencil that is now redesigned and has a flat side that snaps onto the newly flattened side of the iPad forming a magnetic connection that not only keeps it always at hand, but also charges. It wirelessly a much more comfortable and elegant charging method than what we used to have. There is a new smart keyboard, folio as well.

That will allow you to type faster and be more productive on the go. You can use it at two different angles: one that's more comfortable for use in your lap and a different one when you're using it at a desk. Of course, the new iPad Pro is also better on the inside. It's powered by the new, a 12 X Bionic chip that is built on the industry-leading, seven nanometer technology. No other company has yet mastered the seven nanometer manufacturing.

So Apple is far ahead in this regard. Put simply this new iPad Pro is faster than 92% of PCs sold in the last 12 months, including the high-end Intel Core i7 models. You also have new storage options. The base models still start at 64 gigs, but you now also have a 256 GB model, a 512 GB model and a one terabyte version available prices for these new iPads started $800 for the 11-inch model, $1000 for the 12 point, 9 inch model, and if you opted in for the most powerful 1 terabyte cellular enabled large iPad Pro get ready to pay $1,900. So this is a quick overview of everything new and exciting about the new iPad pros.
