So, your camera is not working. Well. First thing is to check the camera settings. Those are located in settings which is here under these little three dots. You click on settings, and then you type into the search camera. Once you type that you will get to see.

If there is a camera installed, you will get to see whether the camera is being allowed. Um. That's the ask before accessing that needs to be on. You also can make sure that it's not blocked for different sites. You can also look at the microphone here because sometimes that's another problem, that's happening, make sure you have a microphone selected and that it is not blocked.

If you were just accessing the microphone, you can also write microphone into the search, and it will bring you to the same place where you can click on the microphone, and you can check to make sure that there is a microphone listed there. Usually it's going to be the internal mic. You can check your camera to see if it works by going to the little circle in the lower left hand, corner type in camera and select the camera. It should then pop up a screen, and you should be able to wave and say hi to yourself. If not, please go check the camera settings.

You can also check the video and audio settings in zoom to make sure that they are set up and working once you log into a Zoom meeting, don't forget that you will have to connect the audio, and you may have to start. The video first thing to do is to connect the audio by clicking on the join audio button in the lower left hand, corner click join audio by computer. You might need to check the audio settings. Those are in this little arrow to the right of the mute button. There.

Also, the video settings are to the little arrow to the right of the start. Video also don't forget, you do need to start your video, so you can wave high to yourself.
