MEIZU POP 2 Wireless Earbuds Buying & Reviewing By Nikolay Tanev

Guys, as you know, I always try to keep you informed for the latest and greatest gadgets from the Middle Kingdom. Today we will review the second generation of the Mesa pop wireless earbuds. Maze is another well-known company in China, but not so well-known in other countries. I bought these earphones for $45. Now, let's go to review them here we go as I mentioned. This is the second generation of the Mesa pop wireless earphones.

The new version comes with few improvements compared to the previous generation. Now they feature Bluetooth 5, which increases the battery life and improves the connection they come with USB type-c connector, which is pretty good. The power indicators are on the front and the charging port is on the bottom, nothing new here same design as the previous versions. The charging box supports wireless charging, the earphones work with both iOS and Android devices. They appear as maser TW, 50s and I didn't have any issues connecting them.

The design is similar to the Samsung Galaxy Buds, and currently they are available only in white color. Now, let's talk about the sound quality. Their biggest weakness is the lack of strong bass. The overall sound quality of these earphones is average. If I have to compare them to the opposed airports, I will say they have 50% of the sound quality of the air pods.

However, there are some good things too. For example, battery life is about 5 hours for playing music, also their IP x5 water and dust resistant. Another good news is that when watching videos on YouTube I don't notice any delay, the microphone quality is also good, and when you talk to someone they can hear you clearly I didn't experience any drop in the signal. The connection seems very stable. However, you have to know that if you want to use only one of the earphones individually, you won't be able.

This means you can't use only the left, while the right one is charging in the box and later to switch them in order to connect to your phone. Both earphones have to be out of the box. The earphones are touch sensitive, you can activate Siri or Google Assistant. Answering phone calls also increase and decrease the volume the menu it's only in Chinese, but there is also an international version which was on the English menu. There is no other difference between the Chinese and the international version.
