M1 iPad Pro (2021) VS iPad Air 4 - Comparison - Everything You NEED To Know Before You Buy!

M1 iPad Pro is almost available for us to buy, and maybe some of you are wondering whether you should wait for it or pre-order it or maybe buy it since it's so hyped and so great and everything just shows that this iPad is fantastic, but maybe just maybe you want to save some money and stick with good old iPad Air 4 and enjoy it. While you spend your money or save it on something else. Well, this is exactly the video for you, since I'm going to give you proper comparison between these two tablets and even though m1 iPad Pro is still not available like for me to review. Its apple gave us so much information and so many details and based on the previous experience with previous iPad Pro models, I can give you accurate image, which iPad is gonna, be the best for you, depending on what you value and on the things that you want your iPad to have and if you're wondering why I'm wearing this hat. It's because I neglected my haircut and yeah and the story goes on so yeah without wasting any of your time and talking more crap. Let's get to the video and, if you're going to enjoy, maybe if this video is going to be helpful for you, which I hope it's going to be since that's why I'm making this comparison make sure to drop the like button.

Uh subscribe for content like that and much more and now without me talking any extra unnecessary crap, let's get to it. So the first thing you're, probably gonna care about when choosing between these two tablets is the design, and in that case the differences are tiny. Both iPads have pretty much identical design with iPad Pro having a larger camera bump on the back iPad Air has more colors. So if you are into colors and stuff like that, this is going to be the product for you, since you have more variety of colors and options to choose from and iPad Air has slightly thicker bezels. Is it bad? Probably no.

The difference is almost no difference at all, and some people actually prefer thicker bezels. So if you are the type of person that likes to hold your iPad in a grip, you know firm way. Definitely iPad Air is gonna, be pretty decent but, as I'm saying, both iPads have very modern design by apple standards, with iPad Pro having slightly slimmer, bezels and maybe because of that camera. Looking a little more professional. But, as I'm saying, both iPads are pretty much indistinguishable when it comes to like comparing them side to side and the bezel difference is determined by the displays and when we are speaking about the displays iPad Air has 10.9 inch. Retina display very good display, very sharp, with p3 color gamut, with a solid LCD.

Full lamination 60hz display pretty bright 500 needs of brightness. So if a good display is just good enough for you that iPad Air is going to be the way to go, it has everything. But if you want a little more of that, if you want your display, your iPad to feel smoother and a little brighter, then iPad Pro is going to be the way to go, since it has promotion technology, meaning it generally runs smoother and more efficient. When you are watching videos, since the refresh rate of the display, is able to adjust itself and the display is slightly brighter, which may be useful in some scenarios and if you want the best of the best displays like or the largest the 12.9 iPad Pro is the way to go with mini LED display. This is the new technology that apple introduced just recently with that model uh.

But this is a big price difference already, so I'm not really focusing on 12.9-inch iPad Pro, but just saying that if you are into the biggest or the best display 12.9-inch iPad Pro is gonna, be better than either air or 11 inch pro bear yeah. That's that's the funny word because, like for some people, also better, maybe touch ID that iPad Air has. So if you touch ID is convenient for you, and you find this biometric security really reliable and solid to use then iPad Air is your choice, but if you prefer face id iPad, pro is gonna, be better in that case, just like it's going to be better when it comes to processing power, multitasking and overall power and longevity iPad Pro has the new m1 processor, with 8 or 16 gigabytes of ram. So if you care about your iPad lasting as long as possible as more than five years, then iPad Pro is the way to go. If you care about heavy workloads, or maybe some multitasking heavy multitasking or some hardcore gaming with 420 fps, then again, iPad Pro is gonna, be your way to go, but if blazing speed and four gigabytes of ram are just enough for you, then iPad Air is gonna, get the job perfectly fine, since it's a beast of its own, and it's definitely going to satisfy when it comes to performance and longevity as well.

It's just that iPad Pro is gonna, be slightly better in that category. Just like iPad Pro is going to be slightly better when it comes to ports, since it has thunderbolt 4 port, which apple also brag during the event and yeah. If it's going to make a difference for you, then iPad Pro is definitely the way to go, but if regular, USB c- or maybe you just don't care about ports and use the port only for charging, then iPad Air is gonna. Get the job done totally fine and same goes for camera for that mirror. iPad air has one single lens of the camera and decent front facing camera, and it's a great camera for an eye, but it has smart HDR free thanks to that a14 processor, and it produces really nice photographs.

It's just. They are not on the level of iPad Pro in the way that iPad Pro has improved through their front-facing camera, as well as it has flash LIDAR and ultrawide and other features that apple added to improve the overall camera system on their pro. So if you care a lot about cameras, iPod pro is your obvious choice, but if camera being good enough is really more than good enough for you, then iPad Air is gonna, get the job done perfectly fine and again, the pattern continues here. If great speakers, great stereo speakers and solid microphones, are good enough for you. If you don't care about the best possible sound, you can get out of your iPad and great sound.

Being great is great for you, then iPad Air is the way to go. But if you care about four stereo speakers, the best possible quality studio, microphones, you can get on your iPad, then the iPad Pro is gonna, be better in that department as well and again same story goes for storage. iPad r4 has two storage configurations, which is 64 gigabytes or 256 gigabytes, compared to iPad Pro, starting with 128 gigabytes of storage, up to 2, terabytes and 16 gigabytes of ram. So, if storage is your main concern- or maybe if you want to get the best option, when it comes to storage in base model, then iPad Pro is going to be the way to go. So if you plan to store on your iPad a lot of files nodes- or maybe just maybe you wanna as much base storage as possible, then pro is gonna, be your choice.

But if 64 gigabytes of base storage or maybe going up to 256 gigabytes is totally fine by you, then iPad Air 4 is gonna, be your choice, and it's going to be totally fine when it comes to storage and what was the last point I wanted to make and last but not least, are accessories and in that department, whichever iPad you choose, you're going to be totally okay, since both iPads support Apple Pencil, second generation and magic keyboard. So if you just want an iPad that you can use with magic keyboard or maybe treat it as small laptop replacement in somewhere, then both iPads are gonna, do terrific job, since they work almost identically with the accessories, and there is really no differentiation when it comes to that department, and these are the main points that you have to look at. If you choose between iPad r4 and iPad, pro depends on what you want and what you like, which category is important for you, which is not. You will choose the best iPad for yourself. If you go for the most power and longevity and the most feature packed iPad, then pro is your choice, but if almost pro experience and compatibility with the same pro accessories is good enough for you, then iPad Air is gonna, be a terrific choice, and it will allow you to save some money.

So that is the overall conclusion, and if you have any questions, you may drop them down in the comments. Ah, this is for comments. This is for likes and yeah. If you liked what you saw make sure to subscribe. So, together we can build this channel and make it great and until next time.
