LIFEPROOF NËXT case for the Google Pixel 3 XL Unboxing and Overview By ThisBytesForYou

Hey guys this is your friend Nikki back again, so a little while ago you may have seen I did an unboxing and an overview of the Google Pixel 3xl beautiful phone, and it is incredibly expensive, so I want to take care of it. So I asked my friends out lightproof to send me the next for the Google Pixel 3x. Oh, this pretty awesome looking case well, it survives drops. They say from up to two meters: 6.6 feet: that's a lot taller than I am, so I got to throw it up and let land or in order to make that, but it's available in black crystal, which is this guy right here and cactus rolls but anyway come over here. Real quick and let me do the unboxing, and I'll show you guys how to put it on and everything alright guys. So here she is again the lightproof next amplify the action.

So we can see up here, Google Pixel, three XL black or crystal black or black crystal. They call it dirt, proof, snow proof, drop proof, they say no and then on the front. We have a pure lightproof next and then the hangar right up here made for Google Pixel on the side. We can see IP, 5x and mil-std. Let's see that right there and then like a book, you can pull it out of there along the back next amplify the action form for a slim profile.

Direct touch, design, survives drops from two meters shields ports, the microphone speaker and then blocks dirt dust, snow and debris alright and then a bunch of other stuff right down here and along the bottom left proof name and lightproof trademark our property of the trivia tree frog developments incorporated. Then we can see the UPC over here all right. So now we're just gonna: go ahead, pull it out real, quick, all right! Well and then here we have the case. I'm going to put this aside, gorillas for right now, I'm going to get to what's inside the box first, and then we'll get back to the case. So here they have the little key.

That way, you can click open the case itself to take the phone out or put the phone in pretty nice now mind you, you can do it with a quarter or keys and everything, but this is just so that you won't actually scratch up the case. You can see that right there oops, lightproof, okay and then back here, so you can probably easier put it there with your thumb, those little ridges, and then we have the plastic, nothing fancy about that and then remove for installation instructions. I'm going to show you guys how to do it. From my experience, these instructions they're. Never that is clear, but we'll see right now, open both sides with case key, then install phone I mean it tells you what to do there, but you may be a little confused then here they have pictures.

This is actually not too bad, so open it up here, then they show you where to open it. Remove that portion slide your phone in to the base and then pop that back in but wipe it down in between some pretty cool, then outer products limited warranty, so lightproof is Letterbox under boxes. Lightproof, you may not have known that, but just letting you know and definitely good information. You need a microscope to him to see all this stuff. It's really really really tiny and that Google use of Google's made for badge means that this product has been designed by Auto, Products LLC for use with Google Pixel and has been certified by Otter Products LLC to meet Google's compatibility standards and just some more stuff in there.

And then this is one thing: I love that they include. You can see that right over here, and I'll open it up, because, of course, I will clean my phone, although it is relatively clean to begin with, you can see that right. There says lightproof right here. It's kind of hard to make out should be able to see it while I'm moving it so and then little cloth here to clean it. I like that.

They include this very nice well, and then we have the case itself. You can see there is a hole in the back for the fingerprint sensor and then for the camera and the flash right back here and then there is no glass on this now I did see that they have on their website that this includes a free alpha glass with purchase. So I am gonna, get more information with that, and then I'll put it later on in another video and in the description below, so you guys can check it out. Now again, as I mentioned it's available in black crystal and cactus rose, this particular one is black crystal now. It shields right down here.

You can see that you can open that up right over here, so you can charge the phone has a little flap and then here's where you insert that key and then the power button and the volume up and down rocker is over here. Okay, life proof over here and then along over here as well. Okay, so let's go ahead, open it up, so again we're going to grab this key and then slide it right in here and just twist opens up pretty easy and again, just twist and now that that came apart, we can just pull this off. All right comes off relatively easy now, unlike all the other lightproof cases, this is not waterproof. Why? Well because the phone itself is ip68, waterproof rated, so that's nice.

So then now so then. Well, this would kind of be a double, and you don't need to have two forms of water protection. Okay, so then, here we'll just grab the phone slide it in here and just drop it right down here, and now we grab the cloth and just wipe it down, make sure you don't get any fingerprints on it well kind of irrelevant being that they don't have a cover over there and now kind of just drop it right in place and just make sure it's nice and tight, and then with that you can access your screen and everything is oops, missed one spot and then everything just looks nice again. This is a very slim case. You know it adds a little tiny bit to the phone itself, but that's you know for if you're on the phone talking all the time- oh no, it falls, or you know even worse than that it just no.

It falls off the table without the case. I'd be panicking right now, and I am a little tiny bit scared to see what may have happened. So let me just grab it real, quick, all right and then, as you can see, with the reflection and everything, there is absolutely, and I'll just show you what that reflection, no cracks! No, nothing! Just it looks beautiful and well there are no issues whatsoever. This is compatible with the key charger or yeah key chargers, the wireless charger. You know there has been some concern regarding that: I don't have one just yet, but I should be receiving one relatively soon to review, for you guys as well, and so that you can show off your case as you can see and as you saw before, it is a transparent case.

So that is very nice. So this guy down here it's great because it blocks while it is waterproof and everything dust and all that other stuff is gonna, get in there without that protector. And then, when you need to use it again, you can just open it up, really really easy to open it up and then the buttons on the sides, work, perfect and, of course, the back to unlock the phone and because the speakers are on the top and the bottom, you can just open up I, Heart, Radio or every use for screaming music, and it's going to sound great. Just let her get it to the song a little more all right, and then I'll get out of that, so pretty cool it works beautifully. You saw me drop it, and then you saw me drop it on the floor.

That's only about from here to their maybe about five feet, but I will be doing some more testing and of course, have it on video. So you guys can check out everything, I abuse this case and my phone with as well yeah. It does scare me, but I'm here, for you guys.
