Lenovo Yoga 2 11 and 13 Laptop Unboxing (HD)

What's up in Jeff hands from tech bargains, and this is the video unboxing of the Lenovo yoga 2 11 and 13 inches. Convertible laptops. We've covered a lot of the Lenovo yoga systems, which are very versatile laptops that can change between one of four separate modes. It will, of course, with every single product iteration you wind up getting slight refinements to help improve on previous versions, that's very similar to what you will find with these two systems. The yoga 2 11 and 13 inch machines very similar to the yoga 2 pro that we reviewed a little earlier this year. The yoga 2, 11 and 13 are actually designed to be much more affordable for the average consumer.

Now we just got these into the office, and we thought we'd open them up and show you exactly what you can expect whenever you order one from Lenovo PUM, or you pick one up at your nearest retailer. For instance, Best Buy actually has both of these systems on sale. Currently, you can find the yoga 211 for $4.99 or the yoga 213 for $8.99, so I'll just open up the box that they will both shipped in. As you can see, we have a little of box caption right here. We have the 11 and the 13-inch yoga, so I'll just get that out of the way, and we'll get over to the unboxing.

Both systems really quickly very similar in packing, with both machines, as you can see right here, as I quickly open them up. So we've got the 11 inch and the 13 practically identical items inside right. Here we have the yoga 2 11. You also have your Quick Start Guide, your warranty information instruction manuals. Things like that.

You also in this box have a power brick and your power cable. So that's basically what happens to be inside the know the 211 now over here on the yoga 213, virtually identical other side. So right here, we've got the 13-inch system. You also have your Quick Start Guide safety, warranty information, things like that and same box same power, brick same power, cable. But let's just put this over to the side, and we'll get back to the yoga to 11 and 13-inch system now functionally.

They basically are almost identical as far as the ports and everything else. There may be the placement of one port on one side as opposed to the other, but they basically have the exact same ports so just to show everything off and demo purposes. I'll actually be using the 11-inch model right here now, we'll also get into the internal specs of both of these systems and how they differ, as well as show off some of the modes that is system can go in and some other features after take a really quick spin around the external shell of this machine. So on this side you actually happen to have your power button, your one key recovery button, so you can easily restore the system to its factory state. You have your screen orientation, lock your volume controls, headphone microphone, combo port and your USB 2.0 port. The rear of the system has nothing whatsoever, keeping in an in accord with a lot of the other previous yoga systems to allow for full flexibility when you wind up rotating through the four modes that the system can go into on this side, you have your power port, your USB 2.0, super speed, port, your memory card reader slot and your micro HDMI port, again very, very similar. On the 13-inch side, the only difference is maybe happened to be within the fact that the micro HDMI and the USB 3.0 port happened to be on this side of the laptop the other side. You have your headphone microphone, combo port and your USB 2.0 right there, but again, very, very similar in construction. The Obey 211 is powered by an Intel Pentium in 35:20 processor, when I get 2.1 gigahertz that can go up to 2.4 gigahertz via burst mode. The yoga ? 13-inch is powered by a fourth generation: Intel Core i5 4200, u processor, running at 1.6 gigahertz that can be boosted up to 2.6 gigahertz via turbo. Both systems have 4 gigabytes of RAM and are supplemented by Intel HD graphics.

Both systems also have a 500 gigabyte, hard drive. Spinning at 5400 rpm content is displayed on the yoga 211 on an 11.6 inch. Tim plank touch capacitive IPS display with native resolution of 1366 by 768. The yoga 213 has a 13.3 inch 10-point touch, capacitive IPS display with a native resolution of 1920 by 1080. Both systems also have Dolby home theater version four for their audio presentation, now very similar to the other yoga's in the product line.

These systems can go between one of four separate modes at will. So, as you can see right here, we have both of them in laptop mode, the traditional mode that you find many laptops in. Of course, you can always flip that over and put it into what would be 10th mode so that you can watch movies by yourself or with somebody. That's right. Next to you, you can also flip that over and place it into stand mode, which is a nice way to help present any Content that you might be watching or working on to other people around you, or you can fold it completely flat and place it into tablet mode which, essentially, especially for the 11-inch system, makes it very much closer to the larger 10-inch tablets that everybody has come to expect with the larger class of slates on the market.

Now there is, there are a few notable elements to this. For one thing: the yoga, 211 and yoga 213 don't have the recessive keyboard that the yoga 2 pro has. So there is still the fact that the keys, while a little shallow in the keyboard dock right here, don't actually sink into the frame of the keyboard plank on the bottom, like the yoga2pro does, that can be said for both the 11 and the 13-inch system. However, both the yoga, 2, 11 and 13 do have many of the additional features that have been added to the yoga 2 class. That includes things like the yoga pix system, which virtually gives the user suggestions on the best apps to run in any one of the 4 separate modes that the yoga 2 happens to be configured in.

You also have yoga voice, so you can actually control the computer using voice command as well, so you don't even always have to be physically touching or acting with either the touchscreen or the keyboard or trackpad to interact with your computer. So those are very quick. Looks at the yoga to 11 and 13-inch laptops be sure to come back to our website in the upcoming weeks, or I'll.
