Here you can buy it with or without another active pen.

Okay, so it totally depends on you. So this is the adapter we have and an USB cable adapter is common and uh. The USB cable we have is a type c charger. Okay, so you can charge your mobile also if you have a type c charger in your mobile, so this is a pin. We have for the charger and the other part of the USB cable we will insert under our adapter in the box.

Second part: we have active pen uh this. As I said, this is optional. So this is the shell we have, and it actually cost in market like 20 to 25 rupees per shell. So it is not very costly for you to reuse your shell, okay, you can replace it anytime.
