Is the Huawei Mate 20 X really a gaming phone?

Ages Joshua Verger, what's going on everybody and to round out all the Huawei coverage I'm, finally, getting to show you a couple of the other products that were announced alongside the mate 20?mm 820 Pro now the first one we're going to look at is the watch. What we have here is the Huawei watch, GT and you'll notice right off the bat. This does not run where OS now a question that I want to pose to all of you out there, which I did ask in the pocket a weekly episode that we recorded in London, while taking a look at all of Huawei's products, is the idea that maybe where OS could be in trouble. If these manufacturers are using their own proprietary software, of course, we have Ti zen and Samsung's cam. But now, while we with what is called the Lite OS like OS, is obviously bringing a more simplistic outlook to a Smartwatch OS. It's not going to have all the different applications already built into where OS you are going to get a number of different functions for fitness, tracking, some sleep, tracking and heart rate.

Monitoring as it does have a heart rate sensor installed as far as apps go and extra functions, there's going to be a lot less here than in pretty much any other big Smartwatch that you can find in the market today and depending on your usage, this watch could actually go for two weeks on a single charge, if you're, using heart rate, monitoring and not really using the exercise tracking for too much time per day, turn all of that stuff off, though, and only use this as a watch, and it could last for up to 30 days now. The watch itself actually looks pretty nice. So you have this ceramic bezel all around. That gives all of those number designations, a couple of buttons over on the side for navigation and getting to the app drawer, and then, of course, it's all swipes in and out of the different settings and different home screens and the different functionalities underneath I'm curious. What all of you think about this watch, because it's a far cry from what Huawei is done with their watches in the past? Obviously it's not quite as premium, and it doesn't have where OS, and that is the other question I want to pose.

Do you think where OS is in a little of trouble if main manufacturers like Huawei and Samsung are starting to move away from having it as their operating system on smartwatches, but from there we're going to go ahead and get into another device that I'm sure a lot of you have really wanted to hear more about and I did get a look at it when I was in London the Huawei Mate 20x for better or worse, this is the phone that Huawei is trying to market as a kind of gamers phone, and there are a number of specifications on that kind of make? That claims true. Obviously, the platform is going to still be the aspirin 980, so you still get the high performance that you get from the other. While we made 20 series phones, but it's really all about that screen that comes in at 7.2 inches. Now the resolution is still going to be full HD plus, so that's something to take into consideration, but the way that they have put the screen on to the May 20 X is much like the regular made 20, where you only have that teardrop notch at the top that houses, basically just the front facing camera. So with that you get a ton of screen and really this thing is a bit of a behemoth compared to the other models.

There's a lot more to hold here, and it's definitely not a one-handed display device. Other specifications include the six gigabytes of RAM and 128 gigabytes of on-board storage, and you also get the same cameras that you would get on the Huawei Mate 20 pro I didn't really get to play any games on the phone. We didn't have a lot of time with it, but I did watch some media on it and I have to say the screen. Experience was pretty awesome. After all, this could be considered the middle path between a large smartphone and a small tablet.

Obviously, if you want more resolution out of it, you're just not getting it here, it's still full HD, but that's more than enough for pretty much anything that I think most users would want to view on here. As far as gaming goes yes, while we did say that this could go up against the Nintendo Switch and on a spec sheet sure, maybe a smartphone does have better specifications, but obviously you get into the argument about intellectual property. Mobile gaming is getting perfect right now and if you are an Android user, there's a lot that is offered in the Play Store and you could probably enjoy all of that on a screen like this, so I can give them a 20x credit, at least in that regard, but I actually think that this phone would be better suited for people who just want to have an easier on the eyes experience. Yes, I did call it the grandpa phone on the pocket, not weekly, but I do think that anybody who just wants to have even more to look at because of the large screen would enjoy a phone like this that almost teeters into tablet territory. So with that said, I want to know what you all think about the May.20 X I went ahead and put these two devices together, because they are almost on the outskirts of what the main announcements were in London and I wanted to bring it to you now with the questions post. What do you think about this Miller phone? Is that something you would really want to use, even if that screen is really large and if you do want to use it, let us know why you want to get on to the 7.2-inch full HD plus display of the May 20x, and then, of course, remember. That I also asked about the watch.

If you think that where OS is in trouble- or maybe you just want to sound off on- why you think Huawei went in this direction when we've already had two other watches that we've kind of liked before, and now it's just a far cry from what those used to be, you might have noticed that I have other Huawei content coming out. At the same time as this one, you can see my thoughts on the Huawei Mate RS, the Porsche, Design Edition, and then I also did a vlog while out in London using the GoPro Hero 7. So if you wanted some examples as to what that camera quality is like make sure you watch that vlog as well, they are appearing right now, so you can click on them and remember to subscribe to my channel. If you haven't already check out all the rest of my content and be ready for pretty much everything that's coming up in the coming weeks. There's a lot of announcements happening so stay tuned and before the next video I would just remind you to enjoy your tea.

Everybody.
