iPhone XR vs iPhone X SPEED TEST!

Once, a guy's about bat in this video. Today we are doing another speed test this time with the brand-new iPhone intent on my left versus the iPhone 10 on my right. As you guys can see, I picked up the iPhone this morning, the beautiful product red there you go, and here on my right we do have the iPhone 10, as you guys can see there as well, so I've been to settings quickly just to verify everything. So you guys can see that now both devices are 64 gigs, as you guys can see. One video on each device and 9 applications exactly the same on both devices, so we're going to do a brute beyond test as usual. So let's turn these devices off.

Ok, so both devices are powered off now and on the count of three I'm going to flick, the switch from the power strip which both devices are connected to, as you guys can see, and we'll see which one turns on first. So, on the count of three one, two, three all right, so I flick, the switch and I want to see which one comes on first, okay, so the iPhone 10a is actually shown. First Apple logo has come up, first should I, say, but I think in their iPhone tennis max video, the front, 10 actually did beat the iPhone tennis max, as you guys can see. Their iPhone 10 did win just followed behind the iPhone 10. Alright, lets log in to these devices our guys to start the speed test.

Whisker start opening some general applications, such as photos, camera the maps, whether some Safari web browsing the app store, and then we're going to move on to some more heavy intensive apps. That will give us a more true, a true measurement of the actual speed of these two devices. So, first, just there with some general application opening. So we'll start off with the photos apps on the count of three, and I pump, the exact same time. So one two three exactly the same camera, one two, three pretty much exactly the same again maps one two three might have been a just a tad faster on this, but nothing too crazy, again, weather one two, three again it just a bit fast from the 10.

Ah App Store, one two, three pretty much exactly the same again. Now we're going to get to Safari one two, three, so pretty much exactly the same on Safari, so we're going to clear this we're going to go into the speed test, folder and start opening the verge on the count of three open, the verge one, two three. So this is pretty much whatever grabs the Wi-Fi first and the iPhone 10 as fast the Wi-Fi chips in, and it did actually win there, but nothing too crazy. Nothing are you gonna really notice that day open this extension here, one two three I find 10 see iPhone 10, just one there, so guys, not much of a difference at all see net one, two, three: okay, pretty much exactly the same right now, nothing to the iPhone, 10, I! Think just one there as well, so guys in terms of just speed on the just opening general application speed, there's not much of a difference. I think I found more of a difference with the 10s max than I did with this, but we'll find out keep going on the Apple website.

One two: three exactly the same and we'll move on to New York Times bit more intensive one, two three! So we'll try that again, I think I clicked at the wrong time. One two three so they're pretty much exactly the same right now as you guys can see, I think the offer antennas just a bit behind, but it actually did get a head there so that one just maybe less than half a second. So that's web browsing we're gonna, move on to more of intensive apps. Now, okay! So now we're gonna, move on to gait bench and see what results we get from that and once it is done, I will come back to you guys all right. So the results are in, as you guys can see.

The iPhone tennis max and the iPhone 10 I have the same processor, and they are very, very similar in scores. The multi score on the iPhone 10 hours, just a slightly higher than the multi-core on the iPhone 10s, but the single score, the single core scores higher on the 10s than it is in the 10 hour, so they're pretty much neck and neck opposed to the iPhone 10, which is 4260 for single core score and a 4000 782 4826. So it is much of it's not much of a difference there. What's that's 600 points if that multi-core scores a bit higher on the iPhone antenna and the 10s max with the multi-core score being 10646 on the 10 verse, eleven thousand 467 on the 10. So again, we've seen their scores before when we did the three test, comparison between the iPhone 10s Max and the iPhone 10, but there's not much of a difference either.

I thought that would've been maybe a high up score on this, because this is running an LCD screen and not a toilet. It doesn't have to push as many pixels out, but it's not so. There are the results for that all right guys. So now we're going to move on to speed, test and see what results we can get from the Wi-Fi and from 4G as well. So I opened this up, cancel that or all right, so we're in being to change our server to exactly the same on both which is good.

We're going to do a Wi-Fi test on the iPhone 10 our first and then a Wi-Fi on the iPhone 10 twice, and then I will swap them over to 4G and run the same test again, and I'm also going to include my four antennas max in this test as well, because I think that the 4G bands that are in the 10s max are not in the iPhone 10 R. So we're going to test that out for sure, so we're going to run, run a bunch of tests, and then I'll come back to you guys once we get all the results. Okay, so we do have the results from the Wi-Fi and 4G tests from these three phones so starting off on the Left. We do have the iPhone tennis Max and now that got a Wi-Fi speed, a quite a bit slower, but then both of the iPhone 10 are and the 10 I don't know why. But, as you guys can see for my second testicle 54.5 for download close to 70 and opposed to 80 on the iPhone, 10, R and 10, so I don't know what up in there. But when it comes to the LTE or 4G test, the iPhone tennis max does have faster antennas in or faster chips in it for the LTE.

As you guys can see, the results here, I got a 145 and 141, but downloads to 35.5 36.8 uploads and the iPhone 10 10 R and the 10 have quite similar in a way. These are about close to 100 and ears are close to 80, but these are a bit faster than the iPhone 10. The LTE bands a bit faster, the often 10, but a bit slower than the iPhone tennis max, so they're in the middle, which doesn't really matter because these, as you guys can see, the Wi-Fi test is a bit faster than this. It shouldn't because of the same, but even the iPhone 10 is a bit faster than the iPhone 10 are in some Wi-Fi tests. So if you thought, it's just whatever grabs the right signal, I, don't know, but I thought they were all pretty similar within their own way.

This was a bit faster for g'd, and that was a bit fast on the other Wi-Fi. So if you put it all together, it's pretty similar all the way. So it's pretty similar all the way anyway. We're going to move on to another test here, GFX a bench and run this again on my iPhone 10s max again and see what results we get from all three phones as well. Alright guys! So here are the results from Open GL.

These tests, the GPU of the phone and, as you guys can see, the iPhone at 10 I actually got higher than a both the 10 and the 10s max now. I think this is a lot to do with the early screen. That's in the 10s max and the 10. Obviously it's a slower processor in the 10, but more the tennis max I do have the same process as the 10r, because it's pushing more pictures on OLED screen. It is obviously processing more, so it's not getting a high as a score, as you guys can see for one of the tests were thirty.

Five hundred and twenty-seven frames in the Manhattan opposed to 3700 in this one and thirty, three, thirty, nine in the iPhone ten, so I think as we scroll down, they might be a bit similar. This is one point off again. This is pretty much. This is two or three points. This is very similar, they're, all very similar, not much of a difference at all.

To be honest with you when it comes to a lot of them. The 1080p test, the iPhone, the tennis max, got a lot of high a thousand points more than the ten and the ten got a thousand more points. The 10s are an antenna. I've got a thousand more points than the ten. So in terms of all that, there is like, if you keep scrolling, there's a lot of render qualities and if we get into here again, they are pretty similar even with the ten and the tennis Max and the ten are they're all really, really similar in a lot of these tests.

So, as you guys can see, it is pretty good, so the iPhone 10 are, and the 10 and the tennis max are all pretty similar in a lot of things here. So there isn't much of a difference at all. To be honest with you, so I, like removing out of these tests, we're gonna start opening up some games and see which, under that one of those loads fastest we've got the iPhone 10 put the tennis max away for now. We don't need that and the 10 on the count of three we're going to open rule, racing 3, so 1, 2, 3, again they're, pretty similar same results as I'm, seeing on the 10 where's, the tennis max. Obviously the same processes and I thought there might be a bit quicker because of the screen like I said before, but it's not really showing many like, as you guys saw like.

So it's a bit quicker, but that's about it. So, just to show you guys, we haven't opened any other apps up, but these are all identical, so you guys know exactly the same so next game we have asphalt 9, which is brand new. So on the count of three open that 1 2 3 again, you can see that the true black of the off of the eyelid on the iPhone 10, which is cool and lacks, are a lot blacker than the LCD. But it doesn't look that bad at all. So if you're thinking about getting an iPhone at 10 hours, I can recommend it.

It sits in the middle of both of these, and it does. He seemed like a really, really well-designed thought-out phone compared to the iPhone tennis max, which is a bit more pricey. So this was 1230 in Australia versus my iPhone tennis max, which was 1800 and I. Think fifth, or something like that. So the iPhone 10 actually did get up ahead there.

So there you go you're, not gonna, start that up well next game again, a temple run: 2 1, 2 3. Again this is an old school game, Temple Run! So just a bit quick on the iPhone 10 s, 10 are should I say: let's have a look pretty much identical, so they're, all pretty yep everything's, pretty, pretty good, alright guys so going into iMovie. Now this might be more of a difference. I don't know one two three, so it actually lagged there on the iPhone 10. So we're going to do that one more time it still hasn't opened it.

What is going on there all right? Let's try that again, one two, three! Okay, that's right! Exactly the same, so create project movie, I've got one which is a 4k video from my drone, so we're going to put that into there, and then we're going to export it. Click done we're going to go here. We're going to save video, we're gonna proof put for case on the count of three one. Two three I want to see which one exports quick up, because I think for my last test that we did this I believe the iPhone 10 wasn't very far behind the iPhone tennis max like it was. Maybe I think it was maybe five seconds its something like that was something ridiculously small like that, so I'm really just to see which one actually gets that much faster.

If Kenya, iPhone 10 I get a bit faster due to the LCD screen, that's not pushing as many pixels. It might be a bit faster in this department, I'm, not sure, but we'll find out at the end of this test. Alright guys we are getting close to the end here, and I believe that the iPhone 10 actually is in the lead. Surprisingly, I, don't know how that's happened, but we supped the exact same time and, as you guys can see, the iPhone 10 has finished first and there comes the iPhone at 10 hours, so even with the new, a 12 on each chip, the tau, an 11 Monica, actually in an iMovie export test. So that is pretty surprising.

So there you go for that test now, moving on to tweet on the count of three one, two three now, as you guys can see they're both studying wonder why that took so long to open there, but I find 10 is just a bit quicker. All right, guys, we're going to do that test one more time, just because I wasn't, have Twitter logged in so on the count of three one: two, three okay, so the iPhone 10 are just a slight hair, quicker they're. Moving on to YouTube on the count of three one, two three now from my perspective, there is a bit of a screen difference in terms of color I'll, see if I can get that again, one two three, it's a bit more yellow on the Left I. Don't know why I've got the exact same settings on everything's, exactly the same I think it must be the OLED screens in it, but I don't think you've got to tell on camera, so we're just going to go to my channel as per usual I. Just want to see if there's any difference, they look pretty similar again.

The blacks are a bit more black are, but apart from that and the whites are been wider on the iPhone 10 I think that just might be due to the LCD versus the OLED screen that this is a bit warmer on here. But apart from that, there isn't much of a difference at all, like you can't tell from a normal video like this, the screen quality. This is only 720p and this is I think 2k about 1440p. But it's not too bad, like it's pretty good, as you guys can see there. Everything does look pretty similar in terms of that, so swap out of that I guess: we've done that test.

We're going to try with leaving the apps in the background. I didn't do this on my last test. They're all the apps are in the background. Instead of clearing him I'm sure, try and open just the camera the photos again and see if they've still got it pre-loaded. In the background, it's three gigs of RAM enough, so one two three again three gigs is fine.

One. Two three iPhone 10 slightly quicker there, one two three about the same one: two: three all right, we'll just try, go, maybe open a strap, not again one two three, so they've all kept the background. Apps reloaded like it hasn't reloaded the apps, which is good one, two three, sometimes when it gets a bit too heavy, it actually just reloads the apps, but it hasn't at all on this, which is good, we'll attempt one again last one, two three again to exactly the same, so guys that wraps up the speed test: iPhone 10, R vs, the iPhone 10 very, very similar results, not much of a difference at all. If you're, upgrading, if you're thinking about grading from the iPhone 10, like I, said in my last video to the iPhone 10 out or to the iPhone 10 s max I will not recommend it just for the speed, because there is not much of a difference at all very menu and the iPhone 10 actually did win a lot of the test there. Now that might be due to optimization I'm, not sure, but there are the results.

So if you guys have enjoyed make sure you smash the thumbs up button, thank you for watching and stay tuned for the camera comparison between the eye for antenna or antennas Max and the iPhone 10. So thanks again, guys and I will catch you guys in another video.
