iPhone X vs Galaxy S8+ vs iPhone 8 Plus vs iPhone 7 Plus - FAST CHARGING SPEED TEST!

Okay so I have a bunch of smartphones here, two iPhones hens and silver and Space Gray, an iPhone 8 plus an iPhone 7, plus a Samsung Galaxy, S, 8 plus and a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge, and all of these phones actually support fast charging. Yes, even the iPhone 7 plus does do some extent now in a previous video, actually did a battery drain test just to see which one would actually last you the longest out of all these phones on a regular daily, so definitely check out this video. If you want to know more about how long these phones would actually last you on a typical day of use, but what about fast charging, which one of these phones has the fastest fast charging? Well, there's only one way to find out so grab some popcorn and enjoy the ultimate battery charging with speakers. Okay, now I have two disclaimers that I want to make. So the first one is the fact that the iPhone 10, the iPhone 8 plus an iPhone 8, actually need a separate part adapter, so a 27 watt power adapter or higher such as this MacBook charger. If you want to get quick charging, because the one that comes inside a box now on doesn't actually support fast charging, so you have to buy it separately, so you can either buy this MacBook charger or you can also use this cheap, fast charger that you can find on Amazon.

So this is this: one supports USB, C port delivery, both of them work really well, and you also need a USB-C to lightning cable. This is also something that you will need. No I love the link in description box for all of these. If you want to get fast charging on your iPhone, 8, 8 plus and get from 10, you need these, then. Second, all of these phones actually have a different battery size and obviously the larger the battery, the slower the phone will actually charge.

So the iPhone 10 it spaces grade. This one comes with a 20 716 non-porous battery same goes for day from 10 and silver, so same capacity, the iPhone 8 plus this one actually has a smaller battery size than the iPhone 10, and so 26 91 million powers. iPhone 7 plus has twenty-nine hundred million powers. The S II Plus has 30 500 millibars and then yes, f-18 is actually the king at thirty-six hundred million bars so essentially to make this test consistent. Here's what I'm going to do so on a space career, I phone 10, I'm, going to use a MacBook charger, I'm going to use the 87 watt USB MacBook charger, essentially to get the fastest best charging possible on an iPhone then, with a silver iPhone.10 are going to use the standard five, what poor adapter they wanted to get inside a box. So that way you will be able to you'll be able to compare the fastest charging on an iPhone 10 versus the slowest charging on an iPhone 10 man with a funny plus I'm going to use this 10 watt iPad charger, which is still faster than the regular 5 watt.

One that you get inside a box, but not as fast as the USB chargers and then with the iPhone 7 plus, since it actually has a really similar battery size, to get on a plus I'm going to use a standard charger again. Just the one that's include inside a box. They see the difference between a iPhone, 7 plus and yet Phone 8 plus when it comes to charging and then finally, with the SE plus and yes of an edge, you know I'm going to use their own fast chargers because they actually came bundled inside a box. You don't have to buy them separately, Tim. So what results should you expect to see from this video so based on the battery capacity alone and the charger used? The iPhone 10 in space great should actually charge first, whereas the iPhone 7 plus, should actually charge the slowest.

But let's see- and this is actually the case- okay, so I've drained all phones to 0% battery capacity, and I've left them for about almost 12 hours. On this you know on 0% battery capacity and I have all the charges connected to the exact same power outlet for obviously consistency purposes. Ok, so, let's start a test, so I'm going to turn on the power source and 3 2 1 go. I should probably mention that all the phones have been put on airplane mode, and I've, also disabled seller and Bluetooth. Before starting this test by the way, and now I'm going to leave the timer on and let's see how fast they go in the first 15 minutes.

Ok, so it seems to have the Space Gray iPhone 10, with the fastest charger, actually put it up first, followed by the iPhone 8 plus with the iPad charger, followed by the rest. Now at about the 11 minute, mark I decided to change the S of an edge charging cable because it wasn't really charging, so I mean it was plugged in definitely because, if did get the icon, but it wasn't, you know it wasn't. Charging I couldn't pour it on, which was a bit weird now, I just think enough. The seen cable did actually work because I tried it right before doing my battery discharging test so the previous video and in that video, if remembered, the S of an edge actually died at about 17% battery capacity, which was a bit weird. I have changed a cable and with this one does seem to charge so yeah.

In this case the phone wasn't the problem, but it was actually the Cape case of 15 minutes later and our results. So a phantom in spades grade 28% died, fountain and silver 9%, a telephone H+ 21% gave on someone plus 10% the SI plus 22% and yes of an edge 5%. Obviously the s7 edge essentially needs a 10-minute lead. There was the end of video. Now in case you wondering why I was taking the phones off camera.

That's because control center is actually disabled. On my iPhones on the lock screen for security purposes, and that's the only way you can see the battery levels on the iPhone, 10, and I have to obviously take them off-screen -. You know it's got my face and ? a log of phones, and then I do the same thing for the rest of them, because I wanted to keep all my emails and notifications that I might have received, obviously private, so the space great I phone 10. This seemed to be in the lead, with 28 percent battery life, now I'm going to leave them charging for 15 more minutes for a total of 30 minutes just to see how far they get and let me just fast-forward all this and 30 minutes later, and these are the results: soda fountain and space great 49 percent, a fountain and silver 17 percent, the 8 + 36 percent, the 7 + 19 %, yes, 8 +, 41 % new of an edge is a 20 percent. So Wow there you go.

The iPhone 10 with the USB fast charger, actually got to 49% very, very close to apple's promised 50 percent charge in 30 minutes, while the iPhone 8 + is also doing pretty well much better than I expected, it's actually using a much lower iPad charger, but is doing quite well. It's really close to the eye content in space gray. Then the F continents over and the iPhone 7 plus have almost the same charge with that 5 watt charger that he got inside a box and then take a look at that. It seems that the SI + is catching up by a lot. So it's already at 41%, ok, so now I'm going to leave them going for 30, more minutes for a total of one hour and let's see how far they get -.

Ok. So after one hour, the iPhone 10 in Space Gray is at 79 percent. A Font an and silver is at 34% ? 8 +, 70 % icon 7 + 34 %, the s 8 + 81 percent, and then the s own edge is at 55 percent. So Wow, the IC + is actually in the lead tau, followed by the icon, 10 in space gray, followed by the iPhone 8 +, yes of an age which is also doing very, very well, considering that it was essentially ten minutes late and then the iPhone 10 and silver and the iPhone 7, plus both at 34%. So it seems like a fond surplus is actually charging faster than the iPhone 10 and the silver since it actually has a larger battery 2900 million parts versus twenty-seven hundred and sixteen million powers so uh interesting.

So who will win? Let's fast-forward this thirty more minutes and at this point we're at one hour and thirty minutes into the charging test, and these are the results so one hour and 30 minutes later, the iPhone 10 in space Grady is at 95%. The hunting and silver is at 51%. The iPhone 8 plus is at 92% Lyon son plus, is that 53%? The is plus is is plus 1 is plus is at 100% and then the s7 edge. Is that 81%? Well, essentially, if I left, if they left it for 10 more minutes, it would have been at about probably 90% Mac's, so Wow. The is plus has actually won the battery charging speed test.

Now there are a few things. I want to point out before you guys leave, so the first one is the fact that e SE plus actually comes with the second-largest battery, so three 500,000,000 powers and then keep in mind that the iPhone 10 and the iPhone 8, plus both of them used a much more powerful charger than y is plus which, by the way you have to your know, buy separately rather than the c-plus which comes with a much more a much smaller and more efficient charger, which also comes bundled inside a box. So yes, if plus, gets even more points for the larger battery and the smaller and free charger that you get bundled inside a box now. The second thing is that the iPhone 10 and Space Gray, so the one using the fastest possible fast charger. So the 87 watt 15-inch MacBook Pro.

Essentially, charger was really, really close to the charging speed test for the iPhone 8 plus, which actually used a 10 watt, iPad Mini charger, an even slower charger than the regular 12 watt, one that you get with the iPad and the iPad pros. So do you really need an expensive MacBook charger, plus a USB-C to plug in cable? Well, not really. You can just buy a cheap iPad charger, and you're good to go. I've included the link in description just for that by the way, and then finally, both the iPhone, 7, plus and yay and silver got to 53% and 51% battery using the standard five watt charger they do get inside the box, so a massive difference between the standard charger that I get inside the box and the fast charger when it comes to the iPhones charging times. So, in conclusion, if you want past charging, don't use the one.

That's bundled inside a box with the iPhones Sam sings nice enough to include a quick charger but Apple what Apple I suggest either getting this cheap, USB-C charger from Amazon, plus a USB-C to lightning cable, or you can also get an iPad Mini charger, both of which have included a link to in description box down below my way. Aluminum in comments. What you guys think about all this. What do you think about Apple, not including a fast charger in the box and making you pay for a separate one, almost $100 or 80, or 70 pounds in the UK and still being slower than the competition, but a smaller battery? What so yeah? Let me know in comments what you guys think about all this know subscribes if you want to see more in depth, tech, videos and interesting videos like this one and also don't forget to enable notifications by simply tapping on that Bell icon, so that you get notified whenever a brand-new epic video comes out, also check out my battery train test to see which phone actually has a better battery life overall, which one will last you more on a typical day of use and then also for really check out my ultimate speed test series and my ultimate camera comparisons. If you want to see the most detailed care comparisons and speed tests from you know, multiple between multiple phones, okay, this has been pretty much it so Q like I've enjoyed it too.

Let me know- and this has been pretty much it so think of watching until the end I'm, Daniel and I'll- see you guys in my next one. It's enough that.
