iPhone X vs Galaxy S20 Speed Test!

Galaxy s 20 speed test. Let's begin with a boot up test in three two one and see how fast they do turn on now. This is a great upgrade if you're coming to Samsung for the first time, I think you're in for a real treat here, but if you're deciding to just watch this, because you want to see how your older iPhone 10 keeps up with the newer Samsung, that's fine too, but you see the iPhone 10 beats Samsung Galaxy S 20 on the boot up. That's a little different from some newer iPhones. This one turn time very fast, as you see in right there, okay, so the iPhone 10 does unlock via face ID, as you can see right there, it's very fast, but you do have to do two steps, look and swipe, whereas the Galaxy S 25g has an in display fingerprint sensor. However, I think I personally prefer face ID, but still this is a very fast unlocking method.

I just would have liked to seeing something more secure in the face unlock for Samsung up inside the camera or just put another sensor somewhere. If they could figure it out to get, you know something similar to what face ID offers. But still this is a very good method, and you don't actually have to look at the phone to go ahead and unlock. You can actually unlock it with the screen off, so really they're, both very great but I. Do think that the iPhone 10 is a little slower to go ahead and unlock the phone and so checking out the software information.

Io's 13 point three point: one is on board here for iPhone 10 and that hasn't been updated. Yet to thirteen point four official, so I'm beta, we do have the one UI two point, one and Android ten over here for the Samsung Galaxy S 20, so both on their current official software, okay, so everything is closed out for the Samsung Galaxy S 20 and everything is closed off for iPhone 10, let's head into calendar and calendar seems quicker there for Galaxy as 20. Let's go into clock, you could see again faster for the galaxy has 20 gestures are also very quick for us 20. Let's go into calculator and very fast now, I didn't tweak any animations everything's offered on default for the Galaxy S 20 as well. Let's go into weather, and you could see that iPhone wins it there.

I'm B's ad seem to slow it down. I tried to turn them off in security and privacy they're still appearing. So if you know how to fully get those off, let me know down below, let's go into Instagram and you could see a little faster there for the galaxy and then when scrolling through these photos, I noticed that the galaxy can load the content faster than the iPhone, but overall, very good performance, I think for a 20-17 phone there on the left, but very fast here for the galaxy, let's go into Twitter and if you're always like you know what that was faster in the galaxy. If you're always were like, you know what I want. You know the galaxy to be as smooth as my iPhone, or I'm, not upgrading.

Then this is the year to finally upgrade. You can see very good on both let's go in a Snapchat, a little faster there for Samsung YouTube, we'll go to the Explorer tab here, and you can see both of them do perform have a similar rate, although the 60 Hertz refresh rate on the iPhone is not quite as smooth as the 120 Hertz here on the right, let's go into speed test. You could see that was faster for the iPhone, the fine server, let's go into Amazon you could see. Amazon is first there on the right, we're already shopping, and that looks good. Let's go into eBay, you can see that is the Samsung, so eight marginal, but definitely a good upgrade here, I think in terms of just everyday performance, I think you'll notice it here for the galaxy actually have to skip that left to do that.

One again, as its ad keeps popping up from my Pandora app, let's go to Pandora and you could see that that was the iPhone right there. So the iPhone can take some wins. You can see Geek bench five, that was the iPhone and here's. What I want to see? How do they do? These games, which one is gonna, load these up: first, okay, so, let's head into pub G mobile, let's go in, did you really just say mobile Nick, its mobile? It's not mobile! I! Don't want to hear that again man, we're just having fun. You could see that the iPhone in the lead here over the galaxy but Galaxy catching up quite well Wow.

This iPhone is still fast when it comes to loading these games, but the Galaxy was right there. There wasn't a big deal of different set to start and see which one could get into the match first and looks like we'll wait both of them look like they're, just taking their sweet time today, pretty similar so yeah. If you enjoyed gaming on the iPhone, you'll probably enjoy gaming on here as well. Although the titles there might be more titles on the App Store, so be aware of that, let's go into the dead, trigger 2 three two one and see what happens here, and you can see that looks like the iPhone 10 was a little ahead. Let's hit play and see which one could get into the game first, and it looks like it was the iPhone 10, so when I actually in the game, I find them both to be very smooth.

You know colors, on the display, look a little different, but they're both very smooth when it comes to gaming. You're not going to have a problem with either. Let's go into Mortal Kombat 2 cap, this off and graphically this one uses a lot of graphics, so like kind of load up here. So let's see which one can do better job at this really quickly, and it looks like we have a winner, not yet Motel combat, take some time to load up. You can see the galaxy in the lead.

So again, performance is pretty much on par in most games, if not better. On the galaxy here so I mean it's a 20-17 iPhone, so you should be seeing better performance if you're going to upgrade at these years. You know at this much of a difference in years, so I would say that overall, the galaxy is a faster feeling phone than iPhone 10 in the day-to-day performance. Now, let's go ahead and run through multitasking we do have or RAM management excuse me. We do have the 12 gigabytes of RAM here vs.4. Actually it's three here on the iPhone 10, let's go into the next game.

You can see both do well right there, and we do have a little of a hang there when we do in it. If I could turn on the auto rotate off it still. Does that so don't tell me, oh, you need to turn the auto rotate off. That's why it's doing that now! That's not! Why he's doing it? Let's go to pub G mobile and let's come back home here. You can see it.

Does it pretty much every time it defaults to a landscape game, let's go into Geek bench 5! You can see. What's going to Pandora re, listen there for the Samsung, let's go into eBay! You can see doing quite well on both Amazon quite well on both. Let's go into speed test quite well: I'm, both YouTube, let's go into Snapchat, let's go into Twitter and the iPhone I'm doing very well for three gigs of RAM, but there goes a reload there on the iPhone. Let's go into whether pretty good on both. What's going to calculator, pretty good on both clock and calendar.

Now, as many more apps get open, the iPhone has a hard time holding them in the background. So when you are like going through your apps day-to-day, like this kind of, and then you're over here on the iPhone, and you're switching between a lot of times, this phone will just close apps. Now you didn't see it in this video, but it happens from time to time I've seen where, as a galaxy, you can be popping multiple different apps open at the same time, and it will not close anything with all this RAM. So it is an advantage to the galaxy, although the iPhone would appear to be pretty darn good here in this video, it is, but I can't stay. In my experience, I've seen the iPhone close more apps than this galaxy s.20. Ok guys so here we have arrived at the video rendering portion 1 minute clip here and can master 4k at 30 40 megabit nitrate.

Let's go ahead and export these in three two ones. It's going to tell me to skip as well, so we'll do this again, three two one, and you can see which one does export faster. Now the galaxy should win by a substantial margin, as it even beat the newer 11 Series. So you know this is a very fast video rendering phone, but I will state one thing: the applications are just better for video rendering on iPhone you got iMovie got Lima fusion, so I still wouldn't pick the galaxy for video rendering, but it's probably one of the fastest ever exporting phones on the market. Right now, if you are going to render out stuff on your phone itself, the galaxy is gonna, be very quick and sometimes in some cases, even faster than some of the latest iPhones, but clearly beating this iPhone 10 right here.

So this shows a great deal of power for the galaxy as well. Ok guys! So here we go. Let's go into how about we go to target comm here on both because I definitely don't want to go to target calm right now, it's pretty pandemonium in there right now, lets going to go, and you could see very fast right, there I'm, both I'm, very surprised, I, think the iPhone won that one let's go do another. Why me I shouldn't be surprised. Apple does make some really why optimized devices, let's go to Walmart over here, calm, also a place that wouldn't go right.

Now, let's hit go, and you could see, looks like it was pretty similar. It might have been the iPhone I. It's really hard to see these are both snapping ease, these browsers open, very quick. Now let me show you one thing: that's different, though, when zooming not a big deal difference, but when scrolling, as you start to go down, you start to see that the iPhones a little choppy err, then the galaxy. So yes, when it comes to scrolling every day, the iPhone is a choppier experience.

It just doesn't have the same, smooth refresh this. This feel are about as smooth as like an iPad Pro with the pro motion. That's how smooth the galaxy has 20 feels, so yeah Samsung does have a lead on Apple right now when it comes to their phones, feeling, smooth, and I'm not talking about the overall software, though the software I think in iOS is still better optimized, but you know Samsung getting perfect with the 1ui coupling with Android 10 the gestures, it's just really on another level and I think it's a lot better than what you might think. You really got to try it out for yourself. So let me go ahead and come back when these Geek bench v scores are done, and here we are with the final Geek bench score and look at that seagull score.

There's only two points better on the galaxy. All I could think is wow Apple. With these ridiculous Geek bench scores. They really don't mean anything in the day-to-day, but somehow Apple is able to pull off some incredible scores here in these synthetic benchmarks. But I will say one thing: the iPhone is very well optimized, and you could kind of see why it can keep lasting and lasting and lasting because.

The scores are usually way ahead of the competition, but in the day-to-day I'm very pleased with how much Samsung, how far Samsung has come with a level of smooth I've been waiting for this for a long time, and so, if you were like always wanted to try the Samsung and you were always like no, my iPhone is smoother. This is a year to jump from your iPhone 10, the AIR, the galaxy s 20, and you can get a pretty good trade-in value on this phone, or you could just sell it on the street and get some good money for it as well. But if you're really a fan of the iOS experience- and you just don't like Android, it doesn't matter how smooth this phone is. You're, not going to like the subgrade anyway. If you guys found this video helpful entertaining and forming.
