iPhone SE 2 - Should You Buy in 2021? By iDeviceHelp

Hey guys, I know myself here welcome back to the channel, and today I wanted to revisit the iPhone SE 2020 or iPhone SE second generation. This one was launched at the beginning of the year 2020, and it's easily one of the most underrated devices of the year, but it is one of my favorite iPhones for 2020 and there are many reasons why so in this video we're going to revisit this device and show you why this device is such a great deal even in 2021, so let's just get right to it now. The first thing I want to talk about is build quality, this one. Of course the frame is made of aluminum. You also have the glass in front and back it feels premium. This device does not feel cheap.

Although the price point for this one as a brand-new device is 3.99 and in 2021 you can find this one for 300 as well, so 300 to 400 bucks, a used one can actually be found for less than that, which is an incredible bargain in terms of build quality. As I mentioned, it is absolutely amazing. Now this one rocks the same body as iPhone 8, but there's some key differences here in the back. You notice that the white color on the SE second gen is whiter shade than that one of the iPhone 8, which I truly love about this device and in the front of course the bezels are black which make the display blend in a lot better than the one on the iPhone 8, and this is a 4.7 inch display with over 600 nits of brightness, which is plenty for a budget iPhone. Now, as I mentioned, this is one of the most underrated devices for 2020, but one of my favorite because touch I'd second generation is on board.

Here, you don't have to worry. If you're wearing a mask authentication with touch ID, it is quick, snappy and easy to go so a pandemic hits touch ID, in my opinion, a lot better than face ID, so that's definitely an advantage there and, as I mentioned, such a budget device with such a great quality build the android devices. Just can't really match the quality of apple. At this price point now, when it comes to camera, camera quality is very well. You have all the bells and whistles here as well.

You have portrait mode built into this one in terms of the actual camera as well. Although it is a single camera, you can shoot portrait mode with this one as well in terms of performance, internal performance chip. This one shares the Apple A13 bionic chip, the same one found on iPhone 11. So in terms of performance, this device is an incredible performance iPhone, and it's just such a classic iPhone. This just screams iPhone.

When you look at it, you see it you're like yeah, that's definitely an Apple iPhone with the Apple A13 bionic. It just catches you off guard the performance of the device is truly amazing and not to mention software support again. This one was launched in 2020, so you still have about four. Maybe five additional years of software support, so iOS 15 will be coming to this device.16 17, 18, iOS 19, even maybe hitting this device, so a ton of software support for the future. So this one is future-proof as well.

Now, as I mentioned, this is a 4.7 inch display. You also get the true tone technology built into this one as well, and this device is also water resistant. So this LCD panel will stay nice and crisp throughout its life cycle, so very, very nice 4.7 inch display with true tone and some of the latest bells and whistles that you will find on a high-end iPhone. That's why I say this device has been overlooked and underrated for a very, very long time when it comes to battery performance. There's just no complaints here whatsoever.

The battery capacity is still maintained at a hundred percent a year and a month later, as of the feeling of this video, it is a truly understated device. Now this one comes in three different: colors apple launched this one in the color white. They also offer the red and the color black, which is available right now on Apple's website, and you can go ahead and grab one. As I mentioned for 3.99, you can also find some deals online for 300 bucks and a used. One can also be found for anywhere of 250 to 300 bucks.

As well so incredible bargain incredible build quality, very reliable device. Software support is here the display at this price point. It is amazing, as I mentioned over 600 nits of brightness and the display, it is really, really worth it for this price point now, when it comes to audio quality on the speakers on this device, this one also offers stereo speaker. You have the speaker on the top here for the earpiece and the bottom, so when you're watching video you'll actually get that stereo sound as well, so that goes along with the build quality. Of course, lightning is on board for this one, and I'm just surprised on how much build quality and actual software is built into this device in terms of everything put together.

The package with performance display quality cameras and everything put together for only 3.99. This is definitely a bargain. This is definitely a deal. So if you're looking for a very affordable, iPhone a reliable iPhone for years to come, you will not go wrong with iPhone SE 2020 or iPhone SE. Second in generation- and that's been my full review of iPhone SE a year later or year and a month later after, it's launched definitely very, very reliable, with touch id software and build quality cameras and everything put together.
