Hey, what's up guys hope you guys are doing well and welcome back to another video here on iPhone 8 vs. iPhone 8, + vs. iPhone 10, all right, let's see which one of these buyers are worth it for you in 2018. Alright, let's get started first. Let's talk about the design here. I got all the Space Gray editions here on the iPhone, 8, 8, plus and 10 on the sides.
Here you got the aluminum bands, which is traditional from the iPhone 6 and up and the iPhone 10 I got the stainless steel charcoal gray finish on the sides here that look very slick, keep in mind. The white version is very prone to getting scratches so far. My space gray hasn't been an issue thus far, alright guys, let's move along to better performance here. The iPhone 8 plus to me is the clear winner. This thing can literally last up to two days of nooses.
This is kind of like the high endurance. Champ next up would be the iPhone 10. This one has the biggest battery out of the bunch, but it also has the highest pixel density count for the display quality. With that being said, the iPhone 10 can last you about a day and that's what medium usage. Now, if you plan on hitting this thing hard, it will die by the end of the day and last but not least, is iPhone 8.
This one made a big turnaround compared to the iPhone 7, as f-18 gets about an hour more usage. Now, let's compare the front-facing cameras on all these iPhones here. They all have 7 megapixel sensors, with the same 2.2, aperture retina, flash and 1080p HD video recording. However, the iPhone 10 takes it up a notch with portrait mode portrait, lighting and animal jeans. For me personally, the an emoji were pretty cool at first.
However, the novelty has definitely worn off and don't even get me started on the portrait mode on the front-facing camera of the iPhone 10. That thing is a complete joke if you want the best one for this situation, go for the pixel ?, alright guys. So, let's focus on the rear cameras here on these iPhones, the iPhone 10 and iPhone 8, plus both have dual camera systems. The iPhone 10 does have image stabilization on both lenses, while the iPhone 8, plus only has it on the main lens. Meanwhile, the iPhone 8 keeps it really simple, with a single time.
Megapixel shooter with IS, keep in mind. These are all 12 megapixel cameras. Now on paper, the iPhone 10 may seem like the best camera out of this bunch, but I personally disagree there's clearly a hardware design flaw on iPhone 10 and let me show you guys why the quad, LED flash is way too close to the lens, and it causes a red and white eyes during low-light, while using the flash system. If you guys watch my video and why switch from knife 110, iPhone, 8 plus I, go into more detail. So if you guys want to check that out, plus the link right here now, you guys are probably wondering Andrews now, which iPhone would you choose as the best overall camera like for a vacation trip, etc.
? For me, I personally went with iPhone 8 plus, in fact, I just came back from Cab Mexico, which is very beautiful by the way and iPhone 8 plus served me just fine. It offers basically the same experience as the iPhone 10, but without its flaws you don't get any red or white eyes during low-light recording, while using the quad LED flash all right guys. Let's talk about the software experience on these iPhones. All of these are running iOS 11 point 2 point 5, which is much more stable compared to the launch version of iOS 11. Now I'm going to make this really quick and simple for the classic iPhone users out there, you're going to want to stick with iPhone, 8 or 8 plus it just offers a very familiar experience that many of you guys aren't used to not.
On the other hand, if you have been using iOS for a long time, and you're just looking for a new change and getting tired that user interface, then the iPhone 10 is a definitely welcome addition. It offers a completely new way how you interact with the device because of its gesture based system and no home button, but keep in mind. There are some bumps on the roads on iPhone 10, with this gesture based system like the multitasking train and Control Center, okay. So what's the best one-handed iPhone out there and to me, it's the iPhone 8. It just feels very comfortable in your hand, and the ergonomics just feels perfect.
Yes, the design of the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 plus are clearly outdated, but this is a tried-and-true design. That's clearly been perfected. If I had to give you guys an analogy, the iPhone II is kind of like a Toyota Tacoma. You know the 2005 to 2015 model were basically the same thing, but just a little fine-tunes here and there to keep it refreshed and overall, that vehicle has been pretty darn reliable. Next runner-up, here's the iPhone 10 it does have that long, 18 by 9 aspect ratio that can be a reach.
This is not a one-hand device by any means, but I do have fairly large hands and I can't reach control center. If I stretch out a little at least comfort, why phones and use one hand, as obviously the iPhone 8 plus this thing is large, and it's kind of like a brick when you're holding up to your ear, however, I really loved the wide 16 by 9 aspect: ratio of the A+, as it offers more productivity space for multimedia and more and in terms of one-handed usage, I've gotten fairly accustomed to it, and it's no problem for me next up is biometrics. The iPhone 8 Na+ uses a second-generation touch, ID sensor, which is wicked fast, and the iPhone 10 uses face ID, which is pretty good for first-generation products, but not as good as touch ID. In my opinion, okay guys. So, let's talk about this play performance here.
The iPhone 10 uses a 5.8 inch OLED panel with HDR as a pixel density count of 458 PPI. The biggest call from you personally on the feel intense displays. Wm, which stands for pulse width. Modulation is the technical term used to describe OLED panels when the dimming process is involved. Let me show you guys: a quick sample, I captured the slow motion feature used an iPhone, a plus to the naked eye and most people.
You shouldn't be able to see this. However, people with sensitive eyes, you will get eye strain and headaches. Let's get back today, Plus this one uses a 1920 by 1080 P panel with 401 pixels per inch. This one looks perfect and the iPhone 8 has a 4.7 inch LCD panel at 326 pixels per inch, and when your zoom mode, you can't see the pixels. If I had to pick a winner, here's going to be the iPhone 8, plus I really enjoyed the large screen, and it's also PWM free.
So I can read on this thing for hours without eye strain. If you watch a lot of videos are working a lot of projects in landscape mode, and you're going to love the landscape feature on the iPhone 8, plus it kind of gives you like an iPad Mini experience, which I really love next up is call quality here. They all do pretty well here in terms of general usage, but in terms of overall ranking I would give the A+ number one. iPhone 10 is number two and iPhone eight as number three. The earpiece is bigger and louder on the A+, which is why I prefer it and the speakerphone is a bit louder as well.
The same thing can be said on the stereo speakers on a plus. It just sounds louder, deeper and crisp, and then it's followed by the iPhone 10 and then the iPhone 8 in general. All of these three sound perfect. Alright. So here a couple of key factors here between these iPhones here for the traveling warrior: I prefer the iPhone 8 plus, like I, said earlier.
I just came back from Cab Mexico, and this was my phone of choice because of his big 16 by 9 aspect, ratio and super long battery life since I'll be traveling and charging ports are pretty limited when you're out and about what a portability factors. I was going between iPhone 8 and the iPhone 10, but I eventually went with the iPhone 10 because of its larger 5.8-inch screen with almost the same footprint as the iPhone 8, and you get the dual lens camera system, the iPhone 10 sky, like a showstopper or attention grabber, or some people may even say a status symbol. This is the iPhone there. If you're gonna, say oh, is that the new $1000 iPhone? Oh, wow? Let me see it now, if you're an average consumer, but you're looking for the best iPhone you can buy, and you couldn't care less about building camera systems, high quality, PPI accounts or OLED panels. For that matter, the NICE Phone 8 is a great, solid choice.
It is the cheapest out of the bunch at $6.99, and it offers a very good Iowa's experience and the only limitation I see here is the two gigabytes of RAM. Alright guys. This was just a quick video comparison between iPhone versus iPhone, 8 plus versus the iPhone 10 I hope this video helps you guys on which iPhone you guys should buy in 2018. If I had to pick one of these, and I'll go for the iPhone 8 plus, it just gives me a better user experience now, if you're curious on. Why then check out my video on why I switched from the iPhone 10 to the iPhone 8 plus I'll post the link in the description? Ok, guys thanks so much for watching, and I'll catch you in the next one.
