iPhone 8 Plus vs iPhone 7 Plus | SPEED TEST Comparison! By Kevin Riazi

What's up guys Kevin here, and I just picked up the iPhone 8 plus, but not without hesitation, coming from the 7 plus. Well, honestly, it's not a major upgrade, but today we're going to be comparing these devices head to see if there actually is a significant improvement in speed. The 8 plus is rocking apple's, a11 bionic chip and the new motion 11 co-processor, which on paper should obviously equate to better overall performance. But I think where this chip actually shines is an image processing. As most of you guys already know, the 8 plus is capable of shooting 4k video at 60 frames per second, as opposed to 30 frames on the 7 plus. Now I do plan on comparing these cameras, but in this video I'm only going to focus on speed tests and determine if the difference in speed can actually justify picking up this new device keep in mind.

Both devices are running on the latest version of iOS, and I've cleared all the background tasks before starting the test. We're going to start with a quick boot up then get right into these intensive tasks, brutally honest guys, I'm not that convinced that the difference in speed between these devices warrants an upgrade, but I am, however, really excited to test out the 8 plus camera.
