iPhone 7 Plus vs iPhone 8 Plus Speedtest Comparison

I know in the last video we mentioned, we'd be doing the iPhone 8 plus was as the OnePlus 5 next, but turns out. We ran into some issues with that. So you'd get to see that video tomorrow, but right now in today's video, let's see how much of an improvement the iPhone 8 plus is over its predecessor in regard to speed and performance. Hey guys, I hear from Safari tech, and this is our speed test comparison of the iPhone 7 plus with the all-new iPhone 8, plus, let's get started so as always, let's start with the low intensity test, a few common apps and games. Both phones are connected to the same wireless network and there are no apps running in the background. Let's now start the stopwatch.

The A+ is a tad faster to open subway, surfers they're, almost similar with load times, but Temple Run 2, meaning the A+ still holds the lead, and it retains the lead throughout ending the round. In 37 seconds. The seven plus takes four seconds more with ROM management. Both phones have all outs and memory. The eight loss finishes the test in 55 seconds, with a seventh loss taking three seconds more next, let's jump to a more intensive test, one that involves more apps heavier games and even some rendering firing up premiere, clip and loading the same videos on both phones, I'm slowing it down to 25%.

Let's once again turn on the stopwatch, the iPhone 8 plus takes the lead. Once again, the seven plus is hot. On its heels, though this is a trend we see throughout this round. The cement plus is still very fast, breathing down its successors neck day plus stays on the lead, but with almost every app, the seventh class manages to open it before the A+ is done, loading. It discontinues tell premier club here's where the 8 plus manages to create some breathing space, the 11 chips.

Progress is on display here. The 8 plus finishes the round in 1 minute and 12 seconds, with the sound loss taking 4 seconds more with ROM management, both phones performed impressively retaining all apps in memory. The A+ finishes the test in 1 minute 35 seconds, while the seventh class takes 5 seconds. More should have probably been 4 seconds, but I messed up with calorie custard. A second is bad.

We left it in since it was the last stop and didn't really change the end result. Let's now do a little boot test to wrap up well, the iPhone 8 plus, as expected, did win this. The iPhone 7 plus, can still hold its head high, a dead put on quite a show neck and neck with its successor throughout. Maybe with time and optimization, the 8 plus will get even better, but for now they're quite close, so there you have it. What did you pick in the pool early on? Did you predict right?
