iPhone 12 Pro Max Vs iPhone 11! (Comparison) (Review)

Welcome back everyone time to do another comparison between these two phones between the iPhone 12 Pro max the newly released iPhone versus the iPhone 11. Now Apple is still selling both these brand new, surprisingly they're, still selling the iPhone 11. I can definitely tell you, there's a lot of pros and cons for both these phones, but I will tell you if you have all the money in the world getting the iPhone 12 Pro max is probably the best way to go, but the iPhone 11 is still an amazing phone and for 599 in the brand-new market. That's perfect deal versus the 10.99 here. There's a 500 difference between these two phones, but I really don't think the iPhone 12 Pro max is like twice as good of a phone in my opinion, and I'll find the cheapest ones between both these and link them down in the description below you can get them from there and help support the channel at the same time now side by side, you can definitely see that the 12 pro max is a bigger phone in every single dimension, and when you look at them like this, there definitely is a huge difference. The 12 pro max is a massive phone.

It feels much bigger than the iPhone 11. If you think the iPhone 11 feels too big in your hand, the 12 pro max is definitely going to feel a lot bigger in my opinion. So that is an extremely important thing to note. Now, on the front of the iPhone 11, we have a 6.1 inch IPS panel, and it's not a bad panel. I don't think you know it definitely has a little more body bezel around it because of the curve design versus the flat sides on the iPhone 12 Pro max, but you still have the same notch pretty much.

You still have pretty much the same layout and there's no like a pressing reason to go from the iPhone 11 screen to the iPhone 12 Pro max screen, in my opinion, like they're, very close in the way they function and look. Obviously, the 12 pro max is a better looking panel, but the iPhone 11 screen still looks pretty good. In my opinion, for sure now the 11 pro 12 pro max, on the other hand, has a bigger 6.7 inch super red Dr OLED panel, and it's an OLED screen. I mean what more do you want from me? It's a better looking panel for sure I think than the iPhone 11, but I don't know I think lg made these panels or something I feel like the last generation 11 pro max and 11 pro had better panels than these phones. I don't know if that's just placebo, maybe I'm just dreaming it, but that is something to keep in mind, but this panel still looks really, really good.

You know it's a very strong. You know it can do anything you want it to be. I mean I don't know what else you guys want me to say it's a good panel for sure it's better than the iPhone 11, but for you know, 10.99, it's still pretty expensive. It doesn't have 120 hertz as we were, you know hoping it would bring, but I think for sure the 12 pro max is a better panel, but the 11 is still perfect for sure in terms of the thickness and thinness between both possibly the iPhone 11 is a little thinner. They both look kind of the same when I hold them like this, though I don't really think one feels way, thicker thinner.

To be honest, they feel like about the same. Maybe the iPhone 11 Pro max feels a little thicker, I'm not 100 to sure, but I don't know they're pretty close, and on the back, you can see the iPhone 11 has a dual camera set up with the glass back. The iPhone 12 Pro max has a triple camera setup with the LIDAR sensor, with a frosted glass back, and it definitely feels good. I've always liked the frosted glass back texture, but I still think the iPhone 11 class still feels pretty good, so that really pretty much covers it up in terms of the outside. Both more wireless charging mag save capability on the 12 pro x11 doesn't have it IP certification on both so pretty much the same exact thing going on for both of them being completely honest.

It's just the iPhone 11 doesn't have the flat size and there's no frosted back on the iPhone 11, so that really pretty much covers it up on the outside. In terms of software, this is extremely easy to hit on both these are running iOS. Now the iPhone 12 Pro max is a year newer than the iPhone 11. Because of that, we can expect the 12 pro max to last a year extra than the 11, but both of them are getting the same. Software updates for the most part for the next couple of years, and I wouldn't really recommend going from the iPhone 11 to the 12 pro max because of the software or anything, because there's not really anything.

The 12 pro max can do that. The iPhone 11 can't already do from being completely honest. Now, if apple ever brings like multitasking to bigger displays, this will probably be supported if upload brings an always on display. The OLED panels are going to be supported, but it's not just exclusive to the pro max. So that really pretty much covers it up in terms of software, the iPhone 12 Pro max is going to last longer than the iPhone 11, but they're both going to be lasting for an extremely long amount of time.

For the time being. So in terms of that, that pretty much covers it up, that's going to do with speed comparison between both these phones. The iPhone 11 has that Apple A13 bionic chip inside it with four gigabytes of ram the iPhone 12 Pro max- has that Apple A14 bionic chip inside it with six gigabytes of ram. So let's go and see which one is the faster phone between both of these okay. Now that we're back, let me go ahead and clear all the apps in the background which already cleared.

Let's do phone calls three two one and, as you can see, the pro max, I think, was fast. I'm not really to sure. Let's go and load up a website, let's go ahead and do Bing three two one random website I know iPhone 12 Pro max was faster, iPhone 11. This iPhone 11 has had weird network issues all day, so I'm not really to sure. What's going on with it app store 321, so we may just have to not even load up these specific apps I'll load them up in the background, but it's very weird that the iPhone 11 has been having these issues settings three two ones.

We can do kind of these basic ones, camera three, two one! Okay, about the same on both two, not a big difference, so let's go and start loading up these third-party apps. For the most part, let's do fruit, ninja three, two one. Hopefully I don't need any network connection for this app. You know I don't know, and I actually think the iPhone 11 may have been a little faster to boot. That panel up, but the 12 pro max was the faster one to get into the app itself, so that one was definitely much faster than the 12 pro max the iPhone 11.

If you uh another network issue, I don't know what's going on with the iPhone 11: let's do Facebook. Three two one fell for max faster iPhone 11, a little behind twitter. Three, two max one faster iPhone 11 is probably not going to load because it's a network issue, oh well, eventually loaded Instagram, three, two one. Now I am already loaded into here. So there's going to be a little of an issue and okay.

That pretty much covers that one up, Snapchat huh paper, Io, two, three, two one and the 12 pro max a little ahead. Not a ginormous difference, they both were still actually very close to one another getting into some actual gameplay. I don't think there's going to be that big of a difference and they both look kind of roughly around the same. So not a big difference there either we can do real racing three, two one now, hopefully it loads up on both. I think it should, I already tested both of these.

So if something happens, then it's totally the phone's fault, not my phone at all and the 12 pro max is fully loaded and the iPhone 11 a little behind there. Actually wasn't that big of a difference between these two, at least not that big, that I was expecting so that for sure was very, very close. Let's do temple run two three two one and the 12 pro max is definitely loading much faster than the iPhone 11, and I'm not really to sure why the iPhone 11 is being so glitchy. Today, I think, ever since I updated it's iOS 14.2, it's been glitching up a lot, as you can see, iPhone 12 was definitely faster than the iPhone 11 here. The 12 pro max, you need some, and it's gameplay going to be roughly around the same.

It's a very basic game for the most part, so we can go and hop out of here. Let's go ahead and do BFA three two one and the 12 pro max is faster, iPhone, 11, a little slower for sure that one was, you know, pretty noticeable Dropbox three two one iPhone 12 Pro max was faster. There Quizlet three, two one, twelve pro max again slightly faster Netflix, three two one again, the iPhone TORRO max is faster, but the iPhone 11 is not too far behind because of the network issues. That's why this one is glitching up like crazy. Let's do shape versus blocks three two one 12 pro max slightly ahead.

I think when there's no network issues going on the iPhone 11 is very, very close to what the iPhone 12 Pro max is, in my opinion, and even gameplay is looking to be about the same, not a ginormous difference at all. Let's do stack three two one and the 12 pro max was faster to load up in the ad. The iPhone 11 was a little behind for sure. Let's end it off with. Thank you three two one, and you can see the 12 pro max- is faster, iPhone 11 a little behind.

So I think when it comes down to both these, I think it's expected. I mean the 12 pro max is the faster one, in my opinion, as far as I can tell, but a good thing that I can tell you are that between both I mean the iPhone 12 and the iPhone 11 are very, very close to one another like I don't really think like the iPhone 12 Pro max is you know way faster or twice as fast as the iPhone 11? I think, there's a lot of you know similarities between these two too. Furthermore, I just don't think the iPhone 12 Pro max is that much like. If I had the iPhone 11, I would not go up to the iPhone 12 Pro max because of the performance. You know.

I think both these are very similar in a lot of ways. The ram should theoretically be better on the iPhone 12 Pro max than it kind of is from just that. One basic test I just did, but I think for the rest of the time being. If you have the iPhone 11, I would definitely keep it, but the 12 pro max is probably the faster and the better one of ram management. So, let's go in on the cameras.

Now the iPhone 12 has a dual camera set up: 12 megapixel wide 12 megapixel ultra-wide. The iPhone 12 Pro max has a 12 megapixel wide 12 megapixel ultra-wide and 12 megapixel telephoto lens, as well as that LIDAR sensor in terms of the UIs there's going to be a lot of similarities, there's not necessarily going to be a humongous reason for you to go from the 11 to the 12 pro max because of the features of this camera. Both can do 4k 60 on the back. Both can do 4k 60 on the front and both of them are very strong in terms of camera. Setups.

Now, with the iPhone 11, I felt like this. Camera was an perfect camera setup for the most part. You know with that ultrawide sensor, it's strong with that 4k 860. It makes it even stronger and with that 4k 60 on the front, it really does make it that much better of a camera setup. In my opinion, and I've done a ton of photo and video comparisons between this phone and many other phones that have come out within the last year, and I've seen that the iPhone 11's photo quality is still perfect yeah.

Maybe the 12 pro max is going to be better, but the iPhone 11's camera is still perfect. It's just missing that telephoto lens honestly, the LIDAR sensor. I don't know how many people are going to use that, to be honest, but as expected, the 12 pro max is the faster camera. It's the better camera, not the faster one, and it's going to get you better quality photos better quality videos. I've been having this really weird issue with my 12 pro max, where it's just not focusing in on the photo quality.

I don't know why that's happening as you can see. Furthermore, I don't know what is going on with this phone. It's just not focusing in on what I need to focus in on, so I may have to return it. I don't know, what's going on with it, as you can see, you guys can definitely tell it's not even just the camera lens, it's just being weird overall, but the 12 pro max should theoretically have the better camera setup. It's going to get you better quality photos, videos all that good stuff, but the iPhone 11 is still more than capable, in my opinion, now ending it off with the battery life, the iPhone 11 and the iPhone 12 Pro max.

You know the 12 pro max is probably going to last longer. This is you know a much bigger battery by over 600 million powers, but the iPhone 11 is still pretty decent. I think iOS 14 has had a huge effect to the battery life. It's been affecting pretty much all my phones that I've had on it. Unfortunately, it's extremely sad, but there's really nothing.

We can do about it. So, in terms of the battery life I'll do a full battery comparison, but I would assume the 12 pro max is faster so or the better one. So to kind of sum up this video and say answer the question: should you pick up the 12 pro max? Should you pick up the iPhone 11 from what I can tell and, in my opinion, starting off with the iPhone 11? There's still a really, it's still a really strong phone. It has a lot of going for it. You have a beautiful display for the most part, it's definitely not the best, but it's definitely not the worst.

You have a perfect camera setup, a great build quality. On this thing. Wireless charging software support. That's going to be lasting for an extremely long amount of time. Great performance, it's just a little behind of the 12 pro max, but it's still not even that far behind that you'll notice a day by day, and it's still perfect battery life like you're, going to be supported for a very long time.

So this phone by you know, is going to be lasting you for an extremely long amount of time for sure, but definitely when you look at the 12 pro max, if you have the money, you know it's definitely a better phone, but this one costs 5.99 this one costs 10.99, there's, definitely a huge difference. The 124 max you're, getting a bigger and better display, maybe a better build quality to some better camera setup, better performance, better ram management for the most part and longer software support, and you're getting the maxi capability. If you're into that, a lot of people aren't even going to care- and I think between these two like, if you have all the money in the world, then you know for sure get the 12 pro max. But I think the iPhone 11 is still an perfect phone and I really don't think, there's any pressing reason to go from the iPhone 11 to the 12 pro max. It really just doesn't make any sense to me.

If you have the iPhone 11, I would 100 recommend keeping it even until the iPhone 13s come out. This is not an old phone apple is still selling it. For a reason, it's still a more than capable phone and to make you feeling better apple still selling the iPhone 10 are brand new for 4.99, and that is, you know, not quite of a good phone as the iPhone 11, but even that phone's still more than capable. So when it comes down to it, the 12 pro max is the better phone. The iPhone 11 is literally just right behind it, in my opinion, so that really pretty much covers it up.
