Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra - Machined to Perfection

This is the Samsung Galaxy note 20 ultra it's bold, it's beautiful! It's sharp! It's a perfect marriage of glass and metal. Furthermore, it's got an s pen, an incredible dynamic, AMOLED, quad, HD screen. Furthermore, it's got an insane 91.7 discrete to body ratio, it's covered by the latest and greatest gorilla glass victors, it's ip68 rated, so you can go swimming with it. Literally, it's a professional camera. It's fast! It's a full-fledged wireless computer in your hands, and it's expensive this expensive, but I think it's totally worth it and let me tell you why this is Samsung's greatest and best smartphone yet, and it shows Samsung put their heart into making this device compared to the s20 series. The note 20 ultra is like a Rolls-Royce phantom, while the s20 ultra is well.

Let's just leave it there if you're looking for a good-looking phone that just sets you apart from the crowd. This is it. This is absolutely the best looking phone out there period. In my opinion, if you choose to buy this device, you're also getting some of the best specs out there in the android space, and you're pretty much covered for the next two to three years. It's solid, there's no creaking, and it just feels very good in my hands, except I'm freaking scared.

Every time I pull it out of my pockets, it's so sleek and translates to an unnerving slipperiness in my hands. You definitely need a case here which in itself is a bummer, because then you don't get to see the beauty of this gorgeousness. As for me, this thing is going to be sitting at home until I get a cover case for myself just kidding anyway. Let's talk about the cameras here, so Samsung upped its game in the camera department. In the note 20 ultra.

No, thanks to the problem leading cameras in the s20 ultra. We have just three cameras here, and they're: absolutely fantastic. There's a 108, megapixel, f, 1.8, 26, millimeter, main wide angle, camera with is there's a 12 megapixel 120, millimeter, periscope telephoto lens with is, and this lens supports 5x optical zoom and 50x hybrid zoom, and we have a final 12, megapixel, f, 2.2, 120 degree, ultra-wide angle, lens, there's also laser focus for superfast, auto, focusing something that the s20 ultra struggled with. In a word, the photos from the camera array were beautiful. I mean it just shines.

Every time I pulled out the device to take a photo. I don't know what else to say. The photos were very impressive. Here have a look for yourself. The note 20 ultra can shoot video at the following resolution: 8k at 24 frames per second 4k at 30 frames or 60 frames per second and 1080p at 30, 60 or 240 frames per second, you can also shoot 720p videos at 960 frames per second for incredible awesome.

Looking slow motion, videos also come in HDR 10 formats, and you also get stereo sound recording and what this does are it helps you manually determine where you want the sound in your video to come from. It works pretty well, but it's just one of those things that you'd probably use, maybe just once anyway. You've also got gyro, as and is, while recording video for the selfie camera. We have a 10, megapixel, f, 2.2, punchable camera it's decent and is actually much better than what we had on the s20 ultra photos from this camera were detailed portrait shots were very impressive. You can also shoot video at 4k, 30, 4k, 60 or 1080p 30.

Let's talk about the battery and performance, I must say I'm not so impressed with the battery life on the note 20 ultra it kind of runs down pretty fast. Maybe this could be due to my usage. I don't know, but it just feels like it depletes faster than that of my s20 ultra. It's a 4500mah battery. It supports fast charging at 25 watts.

Furthermore, it also serves reverse wireless charging at 9 watts. You can also recharge this battery wirelessly. As for performance, this phone just blows everything away. There is nothing I want to do that. I can't all my 3d games run flawlessly, and you should be absolutely fine with performance here in the U.

S. and South Korea, you get the snapdragon, 865 processors and arena 650 GPU variant, while the rest of the world gets the Enos 990 with Mali g77 variant. A lot of people have complained about this, but Samsung claims to have worked on the Enos cheap in the note 20 ultra to improve its performance and speed, but I really like to see a comparison between both versions to determine. If this is the case, you get an 8 plus 256 or 8, plus 512 gigabyte storage option, and this is for the 4g note 20 ultra, while the 5g option gets a 12 plus 128, a 12 plus 256, or a 12 plus 512 gigabyte option. Besides the storage option and 5g connectivity, both variants are exactly the same, except for the price we'll get to that later.

Look I can rant for days on how good this display looks. It's beautiful, and it's probably one of the best screens on any smartphone. It's a 6.9 inch for 1040 by 3088, dynamic AMOLED display it refreshes variably between 1 and 120 hertz, but you can only have the 120 heads paired with a 1080p resolution, and it boasts crazy, high peak brightness of 1500 nits you're, definitely not going to be having any problems with outdoor visibility. The 120 hertz mode just makes everything much more fluid and makes the phone a joy to use. Gestures are more enjoyable here, and the scrolling and closing or opening apps just looks absolutely brilliant image and video quality here is stellar, and it just looks brilliant 120 hertz at 1440p resolution would have been incredible, but then it will probably tell on the battery 1080p at 120hz looks absolutely good, and I'm not complaining.

So the note 20 ultra adopting a 120 hertz screen with a 240 hertz sampling rate, enhances the s pen experience. The aspen now has a latency of 9 milliseconds down from the old notes.42 milliseconds, making for an even more paper-like feel you also have anywhere actions that walk across the UI as opposed to the limited availability in certain apps in the old notes. Five new actions have now been introduced. You'll be able to launch smart, select and screen right with two of them, while the other three set for basic navigation back home and recent, the s pen also comes with improved handwriting recognition and Samsung software will allow for straightening of slanting handwritten text. There are new background colors and templates.

There's audio synced annotations in the Samsung's notes, app PDF imports and PowerPoint integration for the software. The note 20 ultra and the note 20 come with android 10 and one UI 2.5 out of the box. It's a newer version of Samsung's overlay. It's smooth and Samsung has done a lot of proper cleanups here. The note 20 phones have been promised to get three major OS updates, so we should expect to see android 13 on the note 20 in 2022.

This is a beautiful device, but there are some things. I do not really like about the note 20 ultra one, the camera bulge. It's huge, and I'm constantly cautious when placing the phone on any surface just so that glass covering the camera bump doesn't break two. The cupped edges. I've experienced a good number of palm interference.

The palm rejection here doesn't always work. I guess they can fix this with software in the future and number three, the s pens position. I honestly do not understand why we move the s pen from the right corner to the left. Furthermore, I think it's much better on the right. It just gives a much better experience.

That being said, the note 20 ultra will set you back the region of a thousand three hundred and ninety-nine dollars here in Nigeria. You'll be paying this much to own this beauty. The price is steep and maybe too much for most persons. But ultimately the Samsung note series has a loyal fan base and I think that group will be very happy with this year's update. So if you want the best from Samsung this is it or maybe the z42 pre-orders run from the 14th through to the 25th of august, and you get a free galaxy board live with your pre-order info in the video description.
