iPhone 12 Pro Max Official Apple Silicone Case Review (Deep Navy), I was WRONG! By TechnicallyTee

Yo yo yo. What is going on YouTube? It's your boy, technically t hit you with another video today, first case video for the iPhone 12 Pro max all right. If you follow me on Twitter, you guys know, I am usually not a fan of the apple official cases for one they're too expensive for two right now. I feel like there are a lot of other case manufacturers making cases that's just as good for a fraction of the cost, but I know a lot of you in the comment. Section always want to know how the silicone case is, and you also want to know how the leather case is so. Ah, you baby glad I rock with you all man cause.

I went out to best, buy and picked up the apple silicone case now, I'm pretty sure, like t hold on now, you're starting a video with the case out of the actual packaging yeah, and that's because I absolutely like almost love this silicone case right now from apple now in the past. I always liked them, and the thing I didn't like about them was the bottom was actually exposed. Furthermore, I hate when bottom of cases are exposed, but this year they closed it up. So I was like you got me, but anyway, let's go ahead and get it to the standard thing man. So you already know this is the box when you're going to get it now.

I did get this in. What's the color, it's basically like a deep navy, uh yeah deep navy. So this isn't a deep navy, color iPhone 12 Pro max silicone case, and you already know it has that mag safe. So let's go ahead and put that to the side, let's go ahead and take a look at the actual case itself. Now, if you see any smudges or anything like that, that's because I've been using this case as the case that I'm using on my 12 pro max.

Hence, why I got the navy blue color. So let's go ahead and take a look around it starting off with that inside you do see, it does have that MagSafe, so bringing mag safe over you already know what time it is well if I can get it to boom, so it does work with that mag safe. So you know, that's legit, that's going to be official, you know we'll get to that. While it's charging in a few on the inside, it does say iPhone, and it has a very nice felt inside and that's of course it's going to protect. So you don't scratch any of your iPhones up or anything like that, because you guys already know those stainless steel, shiny, bezels.

You know I'm not a fan of it, and they will accumulate scratches over time, and it's also a very nice touch that they put the felt along the inside of it as well. So that's going to be on the inside. On the left side you have the cut-out for your new toggle, raise volume up and down, and they're actually like black and navy. I think that looks very good flipping over on the bottom. You do have accurate speaker cutouts, which means one is smaller than the other, as actually in the number of ports, lightning, port adapter.

On the right side, you do get that black power button there flipping it over. On the back, you get that nice little camera protection right here. You get a nice raised lip, and it's going to be a black raised. Lip that's also very uh sweet as well when it comes time just to look at the case looks very good, and you get that black Apple logo, so very nice case very nice looking case man. So let's go ahead and slap pacific blue, iPhone, 12 pro max.

If you guys didn't see my little vlog where I unbox it man, I will be sure to link it above had a fun time making that video so popping it in and let's see if it gives you a little supposed to give you a little notification. So, let's, let's, let's try that again. It's supposed to give you the notification, let you know that you do have an official mag safe accessory up there, so let's try one more time boom. So it gives you that mag, safe kind of animation, that's going to pop up navy, blue and that's actually dope, because whatever color that you have when it comes to this the leather case or whatever it may be, it's going to give you that color notification. So I think that is a very nice touch, so let's go ahead and go around the case itself.

Let's go ahead and start off with the power button volume in the volume up and down very nice and tactile no issues when it comes to that. I would like for them probably to stick out just a little further, but it's not terrible, and they're actually pretty good. It doesn't feel mushy or anything and then, when you're pressing the buttons. The case doesn't like flex in when you're pressing the buttons. Also, so that's a nice little touch.

Let's go to that power. Button works just as good as well. Like I said I probably would like for the power button just to stick up raise just a little more and those buttons will be perfect when you flip it over on the bottom. All of your cutouts do seem pretty accurate, it's kind of hard to look in there to see if they're actually cut out accurate enough, but I'm pretty sure it's good. I can kind of assume that it's going to be pretty good flipping over on the back and then one thing you can see this case will get a bunch of smudges and different things like that flipping it over on the back.

You can see that it that raised logo, and it's going to raise camera hump, and it's going to protect those cameras, because if you don't know about the iPhone 12 Pro max cameras, they do stick up a good bit, so they do stick up a lot compared to the 11 pro max and also compared to the 12 pro so something to kind of take note of, but with that large hump, it is still going to protect your iPhone and if you're, one of those people who like to rock your iPhones on the table, it will have a little of rock just because of how that camera hump is actually raised up, but overall definitely pretty good. Now, let's take a look at that late on the table protection. I do have a tempered glass screen protector up here. It is from cosmology. That's one of my favorite tempered glass screen protectors for the 12 series.

I will be sure to link the link down below and the video of the screen, protectors that I did down below above your deal, but it does have a timber glass screen protector, and it has a little lip that goes all the way around it now. Is this going to be something with heavy-duty drop protection? No, I don't think so, and you should know that buying the silicone case, but it still has enough lip to actually set it down and actually be sitting on the actual case itself and not the display. So take that as a made man, it has a little lip, but it's not going to be ready for any heavy-duty drop protection now next, how does it fit on the phone? And you know for this price? It has to fit great. You see what I'm saying and for me the fit is absolutely amazing. Now it takes it once you get it boom once that thing pops in then, let's see how the bottom pops in it has a little more of a thud.

But I'm going to tell you what they're not coming off d. You have to purposely kind of pull it off, but once this is snapped on it's not coming off, it is up there, and it's absolutely good. Now, let's go ahead and do the pull test, and this is what I'm most actually impressed by so when you're doing a pull test along the sides. Nothing gives on this case now. Not only does nothing give on the case, even by the volume rockers, it gives a little, but that is like heart very, very stiff right there and when it comes to the power button, that's going to be very stiff as well, but the main part that I was concerned about and the reason why I didn't really want to get this case.

I was assuming that this was a weak part of it was down here. This is very, very stiff down here by the actual power adapter. So that's going to be clutch right there that absolutely feels pretty good. So the feel of this is absolutely amazing. Apple did a wonderful job when it comes to the fit of it.

Now. How does it feel in your hand? It feels great, I feel, like it's drippy. A lot of people may seem as slippery. I know I gave it to my girlfriend. She thought it was a slippery feeling, but for me, I feel like it grips pretty good.

It keeps the phone fairly thin and uh. It just has that squared off design, and I can really appreciate this case overall. I think it definitely does feel pretty good in your hands now bringing all the wireless charging over here. Once again, let's pop that mag safe on you already know it works. Of course, it's going to work fine on MagSafe charging, it's a MagSafe case and dropping it on regular wireless charging.

Let's get it lined up all right. Regular wireless charging boom works just fine with regular wireless charging as well. So here it is man. This is going to be the apple silicone case for the iPhone 12 Pro max. Now I put it in my pocket.

It gets a little of lint, but I do think it's not as lint heavy as previous silicone cases. So, if you're concerned about that, that could be an issue. But, honestly, I don't personally care about lint when you have a case, that's kind of disrefined in this nice feeling you can just brush Lynn off it's not that big of a deal. So I will definitely leave the link down here below. I'm going to tell you what man I have to kind of swallow.

My words because I was always a person who just thought these cases were overpriced and really didn't deliver the craftsmanship to warrant the price. But when it comes to the silicone case, I am not mad at this at all and right now. This is the case. That's on my 12 pro max man.
