iPad Pro | Top 5 GAMING Recommendations

I've been using the iPad Pro a lot more for gaming recently, and I've slowly been working through a number of titles and I wanted to make this video to share with you the ones that I've really been enjoying and that I genuinely think are worth checking out. It is worth me mentioning before we get started that I, obviously haven't tried out every game out there, so this list is going to be subjective. So if I don't mention your favorite game, it doesn't mean that I, don't like that game. It means I, probably just haven't, got around to trying it out. Yet this list is in no particular order. So let's get started with my first recommendation, which is sayonara wild hearts.

You have to play this game, I've experienced very few like it, and it feels truly unique at its core sayonara. Wild hearts is a rhythm action game akin to the audio surf series, but comparing it to that is really a bit of a disservice. The game is a combination of QuickTime events, arcade style, shooting and just beautiful animation. It feels like you're taking part in an extreme psychedelic music video and the story intertwine with it. All is interestingly told if you're not blown away by the visual style, the music should hook you in it's an electronic blend of dance and pop with some genuinely great hooks.

I love this game. Some levels are so extreme and crazy to watch I found myself replying them again and again, just because they're so much fun. This is part of the Apple Arcade, but I would say it's worth getting a 30-day trial just for this game alone. This next title is the only game. That's free to play on this list with microtransactions built in, but trust me I, wouldn't put it in here.

If I didn't think it was worth it skies. Children of the light is from the same people that brought us the indie delight that was journey, and it's a gem of a game using a cape that grants you the gift of flight. The sky takes you to seven different, beautiful worlds, tasking you of helping spirits, solving puzzles and upgrading your abilities along the way. The game thrives off its stunning art direction and the very simple but joyous actions of flying sliding and running around the gorgeous environments and there's a neat little story wrapped up in here to boot. What sets it apart, though, is the big focus on social interaction, and it's tastefully done.

Other live players will show as ghosts in your world, and you can either see them exploring new areas, completing similar tasks as you or even just hanging out with each other. You can't simply chat like you're used to them. You'll have to use a combination of emotes candle offerings and even hand-holding to make new single-serving friends to unlock new areas and discover new things when it pays off. It's a great feeling to solve some of the world's mysteries with your new fleeting friends, and these moments quickly become the very best sky has to offer. Sometimes it's quite difficult to explain why you should play this game, because the experience is kind of surreal, but the second you give it a go and fly around some beautiful vistas.

It all becomes clear if you have any iOS device that can run it, not just the iPad I really recommend giving this title go. It might be easy to see the graphical style and write this off as just another indie game, but seriously hyper light. Drifter is so worth a look. I played through this game on my PC first, and I really loved it. I spoke about it on my iPad Pro gaming setup video, but it really does deserve more of a mention in this video hyper light.

Drifter is an action RPG style game set. Amongst a beautiful backdrop, there is little dialogue or exposition here story. Details are fleshed out through the environment, small cutscenes or by cute animated panels spoken by the people you meet along the way the combat is where it really shines, though you have to react quickly and ferociously against your enemies to avoid death, it doesn't pull any punches either. Mistakes are met with Swift punishment, which often leads to restarting an area. The game keeps you on your toes too, forcing you to adapt to each new enemy type and to constantly evolve your play style to meet new challenges.

The upgrade system is fun to dive into as well adding a layer of strategy and thought to how you play and what style of combat and traversal is most important to you. I'm really enjoying playing through this game again and I. Think it's well worth picking up on the iPad you've seen me play this game in previous videos. I've made on the iPad Pro and for good reason. Dead cells is a fantastic game, and it's totally worth playing on the iPad Pro.

If you like me, and you have fond memories of playing through Castlemaine and mega man style games, then dead cells is a really easy recommendation. It combines all the combat intensity of those games and rolls it into a new roguelike formula, but simply dead cells is an action focused 2d platformer that asks you to beat each level while upgrading yourself along the way. But should you die is back to the very start of the game that might sound scary and frankly, kind of annoying to begin with, but each time you die, you come back wiser, better equipped and more ready to face the procedurally generated gambit of levels which in turn pushes you ahead ever further with each addictive attempt. I haven't managed to complete this game yet, but every time I feel like I'm starting to understand the gameplay and challenge on offer dead cells, throw something new, my way, which makes every replay feel exciting and fresh if you like, amazing, sprite, animations and fast-paced, brutal, combat, you're, going to love dead cells. The last game I wanted to mention for this list is Pascal's wager.

If you're looking for some souls born on the go, then this game is most likely going to be the one to scratch that itch. There's heavy inspiration from the soul series here from the look down to the gameplay and for the most part it holds up pretty well. I haven't dived too far into it. Yet so my apologies, if I'm missing out on meaningful content, but most things you'd want from those styles of games- are here: maze-like levels, high difficulty and wonderfully brutal boss fights there's. Also, some nice features that separate it apart.

? as the adventure progresses, you get access to new characters with different play. Styles, there's a sanity meter which affects gameplay and most of all, I, really appreciate being able to keep track of side quests within the menu. It's not going to blow you off your feet, but if you're looking for ourselves like on the iPad, this is as close as you're going to get so. There's a list of games which I really think are worth your attention. If you're sitting there wondering where fortnight or Minecraft or Call of Duty mobile are well, you don't need me to recommend those games because you already know about them.

What I can say is I have played all of them, and they all run particularly well on the iPad Pro I'm also aware that grid Autosport supposed to be a really, really good racing game and a lot of people in the comments have said. I should try that one out, but to be honest, I, don't really like racing games that much, and I didn't want to spend money on it, knowing that I, probably wouldn't like it from the outset, but if you do like racing games, I'm sure that one's really worth checking out as ever I'm always on the hunt for the next game, I should try out. So if you guys have got any recommendations, then please, let me know in the comments below, and I'll try and get round to giving those games ago anyway. That kind of rounds this video up. So if you liked it, then pop a like, if you loved it, hit to subscribe on the way out that helps me out loads and I will see you all in the next one.
