iPad Pro 2020 Review - Going Beyond Perfect!

Hi everyone canopy here you already know: I love the 2018 iPad Pro. It's probably the best piece of tech I've ever bought, and even today, almost two years later it doesn't feel slow, outdated or boring. Then the 20/20 iPad Pro has released a device. I was likely supposed to drop in 2019, but didn't for some mysterious reason a regardless. This video is my review on the new iPad Pro quick. Thank you to our sponsor paper, like an accessory for all iPads.

That makes writing and drawing with the Apple Pencil feel just like paper hit the link in the description to learn more so the iPad pros design updated in 2018, still feels timeless. Today it looks gorgeous. It feels amazing and is quite nice to hold it's not too heavy. It's just right. The smart keyboard and Apple Pencil for me are definitely essential accessories.

The keyboard allows you to prop up the iPad and gives you a much better typing experience than just the on-screen touch keyboard. There isn't much key travel, but it is still totally usable and enjoyable to use, and the Apple Pencil is also wonderful for writing. Notes in class or sketching out concepts, I'm a huge fan and because the pencil is magnetically docked and always charging I use it pretty often. Now it's not really as essential as the keyboard is in my opinion, but if you do plan to do any sort of writing drawing or just navigating your iPad and want a more precise tool, definitely check out the Apple Pencil now. The only major visual change compared to the previous iPad is the new dual camera setup.

With LIDAR sensor, you have an upgraded main camera, just like the iPhone 11 and a wide-angle camera as well. So for some reason, if you're out taking pictures with your iPad, you can have the absolute best photos and videos for sure, but more useful and far more practical. The cameras are great for scanning documents and quickly signing or taking a photo of a room. You want to redecorate and draw your vision. That's what a camera on an iPad is for mostly not really for beautiful, shot and iPhone style photos and that new 3d LIDAR sensor has potential for huge future, augmented reality capabilities that are not really here today.

One example of an improvement is the Apple measure app. You don't have to pan around to map your room first just open and start measuring. Okay, that's pretty nice same with other optimized apps as well. There are definitely some speed improvements. Light are basically speeds up augment reality.

Use cases make them more accurate and does many things we haven't even thought of, yet I think we'll know a lot more. When iOS 14 drops we're going to have to wait and see. Also, the front 7 megapixel selfie camera is just alright. I'll switch. The front-facing camera was centered on this device in horizontal mode as when I'm filming videos like this are doing conference calls I always feel like I'm off-center.

Also, the camera isn't routed 4k, but what you do have here is a set of new studio-grade microphones at the 16-inch MacBook Pro you're, listening to them right now. I do also really enjoy having face ID on the iPad as soon as I open up the case. It's already unlocked I, just swipe off no fussing with fingerprint scanners or pass codes. It's so easy and very secure. Now the display is absolutely beautiful: I tend to prefer the 11-inch iPad Pro instead of the 12 point, 9 inch version because of the overall portability of the device.

Although I know, some people definitely swear by the bigger iPad, it's just not. For me the display is LCD, but it's probably one of the best LCDs I've ever used, we'll have the 600 myths of brightness 120 Hertz, refresh rates gorgeous colors, it's an absolute joy to use and feels incredibly smooth to use as well fire per game that supports 120, Hertz, gameplay, and you'll, see the difference versus 60 Hertz immediately and just using and navigating the iPad feels incredibly fast in combination with the 12 Z processor and 60 bytes of RAM, not an A, 13 processors, interesting enough. The processor isn't really that new, though it is quite similar to the previous 2018 iPad Pro processor, in terms of benchmarks and general performance, it's not a massive chip upgrade. So will this iPads processor really isn't totally new or has a huge boost in performance? The previous iPad today is still incredibly fast, with no lag, no slowness, no delays. So this iPad is also crazy fast with all this power.

What can you actually do on an iPad Pro? Well I get this question a lot. IPadOS has plenty of compatible and optimized apps I'm able to do pretty much everything I do on my laptop on my iPad, you want to add a video loom. Fusion is quite feature filled for all of your needs want to edit and tweak photos check out, Lightroom for basic edits or Apple's own Photos app and for the more intensive stuff affinity photo is king for writing. Out notes, working on presentations or essays and spreadsheets apples work suite is what I tend to use. You can also get Google's G, Suites and Microsoft Office for handwriting notes and brainstorming.

Notability is my go-to for sketching. Procreate is killer, and you, of course, have all the regular entertainment and gaming apps you expect as well. You can also pair a Bluetooth controller, Xbox and PS4 controllers both work and have more control with your gameplay and with the latest version of iPadOS Apple has added much improved and more well-developed mouse and trackpad supports the circular. Cursor adapts the user interface in various areas, its customizable and right. Click is actually a thing here, so you can right-click for more options and to save things just like a regular desktop mouse.

It's like Apple is actually finally listening to a people want with their iPad and also the new magic keyboard. Dropping in May with a trackpad is gonna. Be absolutely amazing. There's also the wonderful things like a USB seaports which lets you plug in a huge range of accessories, monitors and storage devices and combine with apples now pretty solid file and download manager. The iPad is usable for actual work and doing actual work or not doing any work.

The iPad has great battery life intensive days of school work, editing photos, sketching taking notes and multitasking or more relaxed days at home, just watching Netflix and using social media. The iPad always makes it through a full day. No stress, ok, here's the truth! If you have the 2018 iPad Pro, you definitely don't need to rush out and buy the new 20/20 iPad Pro it's just not that big of an upgrade and if you want to save some cash, look for a now on sale or furbished or used 2018 iPad Pro. If it's your first iPad, and if you want to buy that magic keyboard for your older iPad, it does work, no upgrade necessary. The 2018 one is compatible.

The biggest feature upgrades to come to the iPad will be results of software with iPadOS Apple kind of hit the peak of perfection with the 2018 iPad hardware, and there isn't that much they can do to make that even better and the 20/20 iPad is proof of that. It is not a huge upgrade and I wouldn't expect many future huge upgrades to come to the iPad either besides software. But if you've been wanting to buy an iPad Pro, and you want to buy it brand, new I can tell you this iPad is well worth it. The iPad Pro has changed the way. I work, the way I deal with school, the way I relax.

The way brainstorm changes the way that I actually see and use computers. The iPad is basically a vision of the future of computing that is somehow here today. This video was sponsored by paper like with their new paper like to a special screen protector for your iPad. That gives you more control. With your Apple Pencil, when you're, writing or drawing it adds just a slight grip and texture to display just like a real sheet of paper and gives you a much more realistic and natural feel.

Drawing and glass can kind of be slippery and slick with the Apple Pencil, while drawing and paper like just feels much better and far more natural. It is very easy to install and also reduces glare and fingerprints, on your display. It's available for all iPad models with free shipping and a hundred percent satisfaction guaranteed hit the link in the description to buy paper-like for yourself in a perfect world.
