Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro vs Watch GT 2 46mm - What's the Difference? By Shaan Haider

What's up guys this is Sean heather and in this video we are going to do a quick comparison of Huawei watt, gt2 46?mm and the Huawei watch gt2 pro, but before we start, if you have not subscribed to this channel till now, then hit the subscribe button and the bell icon as well. So, first, let's talk about the design. Huawei's watch, gt2 gt246mm comes with a stainless steel body, the plastic back case and a regular glass on the screen. The screen is curved at the edges that visually looks very beautiful and while using it, it provides edge to it glass wheel. That is quite a nice experience for sure. Another thing is that gt2 46?mm comes with lots of options when it comes to a strap and wristband, as Huawei itself officially provides a huge set of different, strap leather belts that we can use with watch gt2 now talking about the watch gt2 pro it comes with way: better build quality and premium material.

The screen comes with the sapphire gloss, so it is very scratch, resistant and durable compared to what we got on watch gt2, the body the case of what gt2 pro is made of titanium compared to the stainless steel we got on gt2 and when it comes to back, we got the ceramic back case on gt2 pro, while we caught a plastic bag on gt2 46?mm, so in terms of both screen body and the back gt2 pro is way more premium compared to what we got on gt2 46?mm now talking about the design. The very first thing is that, instead of this hinge on gt2 46?mm gt2 pro comes with a solid body and slot to connect the strap or the belt to it. That again looks more premium compared to gt2 46?mm. Unlike the curved edges of gt2 46?mm gt2 pro comes with chambered edges, so compared to gt2 pro here, gt246mm looks more premium just because of the way the screen touches the body. Another thing is that officially Huawei provides just two different kinds of strap for Huawei watch gt2 pro, but since the strap are detachable on both gt2 pro and gt246 mm, it's not much of a detail in terms of dimension.

Gt2 pro is bigger compared to gt2 46 mm in all length width, height dimensions. It is also heavier as it weighs 52 grams compared to 41 grams of gt246mm because of the ceramic back and slightly more surface area. Another difference is that 4gt246mm comes with numbers all around the dial, while on gt2 pro we got markings talking about the screen. Both of them got 1.39 inches screen with 454 cross 454 pixels resolution, so the PPI is exactly same and there is no difference when it comes to display quality or the sharpness. They are both gorgeous beautiful, looking smartwatch screens.

Both of them also got many, always on display that you can use on these smartwatches, depending on your preference. But while we got just four different, always on display on gt2 46?mm, we got six different, always on display on gt2 pro and talking about the watch faces. Gt2 pro comes with some special watch faces which are not available on gt2 46?mm. We got lots of watch faces based on lunar calendar zodiacs that you won't find on gt2 46?mm, and that's why gt2 pro comes with the tag of moon phase collection as it comes with a special watch faces, providing information regarding the mo onset moonrise time, lunar cycles, lunar phase, etc. When it comes to battery life and performance, both of them are pretty much same, but one major difference is that, while gt246mm comes with this special charger, this special charger and the connecting points to charge the gt2 pro comes with a wireless charger.

That means you can charge your Huawei volt gt2 pro using the wireless reverse charging technology with your smartphone. While this feature is not available on gt246mm now talking about the features whatever we got on Huawei watch, gt2 46?mm are also available on gt2 pro and gt2. Pro comes with few additional features compared to gt246mm, for example, under the barometer gt2 pro comes with an additional setting that lets. You receive warning on your smartwatch if the air pressure drops suddenly, that is usually a sign of severe weather change. While this feature is not available on gt2 46?mm gt2 pro comes with NFC.

That is not available on watch gt2 46?mm, and that's why gt2 pro comes with the Huawei share and one hop using which you can transfer images from your smartphone gallery to your smartwatch. Another massive difference between gt246mm and gt2 pro is that gt2 pro can install third-party applications which are not available for gt2 46?mm. Maybe this feature will be available on gt2 46?mm as well, but right now, gt2 pro is the only Huawei smartwatch that can install third-party applications on it. Talking about the workouts, both of them got exact, same exercises and workouts, but what gt2 pro comes with few additional ones? For example, golf skiing and the snowboarding are not available on Huawei watch gt2 and the route back feature that gives you the direction to come back to the beginning. Point is also not available on gt246mm.

Another difference is that you can select multiple workouts and exercises to add them in the list of primary workouts. While on gt246mm you will have to add them individually. Also, you can customize the sequence of all the workouts in the primary list, but this option is not available on gt2 46?mm for health and fitness. We got the exact same features like SP, auto monitoring, heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, stress, tracking, etc. , on both gt2 pro and gt2 46?mm.

There is no difference, except in the heart rate. Gt246Mm comes with Huawei's true scene, 3.5, heart rate monitoring, while gt2 pro comes with true scene, 4.0, plus heart rate monitoring, so the algorithm and all is a bit more advanced on gt2 pro, so we can expect more accuracy in the heart rate, monitoring on gt2 pro compared to gt2 46?mm.
