Huawei Mate 10 vs Samsung Galaxy Note 8 - Speed Test! (4K)

Hey guys, so today we have a speed disc comparison between the best of Huawei versus the best of Samsung, now, most of the phones that we see out in the market that come with the Snapdragon processor. But this one comes with AWA's own carrying 970 chips that I really want to test out against Samsung's own Enos chip set inside the Galaxy Note 8. Ok, so kicking things off with it boot up comparison, so going in 3, 2 1 go and okay Galaxy Note 8 comes up first, the Enos processor is like the fastest when it comes to booting up and let's see, if the note 8 can keep that up. Of course, the fastest of them all is the iPhone 8 plus, so I'll be comparing it to the iPhone 8 plus as well. But here you can see the Huawei Mate then boots of faster and beefs. The Enos powered Galaxy Note 8.

So you can see not a huge difference, but still I mean these two phones are so powerful. You will not see a major difference throughout this test, so we got same Wi-Fi network on both phones, and also I've closed up everything in the background, as well start with the basic stuff. We have the phone dialer here, three two one go and, as you can see about the same on both phones superfast, even with sort of smooth animation, Huawei managed to keep up with the note 8 with the first app next up, we got settings and seems like we are even Stephens here again. System based stuff was equal. Let's get right into the heavy stuff, which is the game so, first off we have the subway surfer game and, let's see okay, as you can see, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is faster loading of the subway surfer, so mate 10 took some time.

Their first game goes to the note 8 moving on to the next one, which is the alter game. So, let's see, can the Huawei come back or not? Ok seems like this is a draw yeah, it's a draw that is absolutely synced together. So, let's check out Snapchat faster on the Galaxy Note 8 also have smash-hit and let's see okay, so I came really close. Maybe the qua way was just a split second faster there, but it does feel like it was a draw again you guys, as a judge here, let's check out, pin out Dan Galaxy Note 8 faster. Both phones are really quick, but the note 8 seems to be just tiny bit quicker in most of the games that we have opened so far and let's see we have the Instagram as well.

Here we go and the May 10 is not loading. The latest feed for some reason, and now it's loaded up, but you can see the Galaxy Note 8 was really quick. Let's check out my profile and that also loaded up quicker on the Galaxy Note 8. We got Spotify and May 10 faster. Next up we got Deutsche and gain seems like pretty equal, let's launch Play, Store and faster on the May 10.

Also, you will be opening up the camera on both phones. At the same time, let's go, and it seems like the Galaxy Note 8 was tiny bit quicker there. So overall, you can see that both phones are pretty fast. Again seems to me that Exodus is a little snappier, but let's see what will happen in the browsing stage, so I'm using the default internet browser on the Galaxy Note 8 versus the Google Chrome only May 10, because the main actually has the Google Chrome as there are browsers. There 's's no default browser from Huawei, so I'm using that the first website we have is going to be WB e-comm and, let's see which one will finish up quicker.

So, as you can see, the node 8 is about to finish up and okay still taking some time, and now it's done while the mate 10 is also taking some time. Of course, it's an LCD I've set the brightness all the way to the max. It may not be as visible as it is. On the Galaxy Note a, but you can see the May 10 is also completely done now. So scrolling looks smooth on both phones, same thing, with zooming in and out no difference there.

Let's launch another website which is going to be apple. com and okay. Note 8 first one and also finishes off faster, while the May 10 time there again time for the red measurement and again note 8 has a 6 GB RAM by default, while the mate 10 comes with 4gb / 6 GB. So this is the 4 gigabyte RAM variant. So, as you can see, I think the first app got refreshed on the May 10 we got setting settings also got refreshed on the May 10, but surfers that's still there and subway surfer got refresh again what is happening.

I mean normally with 4 gigabytes of RAM, while with phones that do just fine. So, let's see, although altar is still there, and it got refresh, seems like it was refreshing all the applications. Let's see, let's see, we got Snapchat I, think that was their Snapchat. On the note eighth note, 8 so far, keeping everything in the memory we got smash hit, so we're going to skip to pin out, as you can see, really poor multitasking performance. I.

Think there's no point in continuing this test, because mate end is pretty much killed every app in the memory. So again it is coming with the official Android 8.0 Oreo maybe need some optimization, we'll do another test with the iPhone 8 plus as well and see if something changes or not but yeah. This was a really quick speed test, and normally I always open. You know with big phones, I always open for games and then couple of applications. So I did the same.

I mean these are the four games that open smash-hit, pinout, subway, surfer and altar, which I recently added and removed some heavy gains from you know the Riptide GP game that I used to open was not perfectly optimized, so I removed that. But you can see that May 10 to the opening speed was concern. It was smooth, but still the note, it felt a little snappier again, not much of a huge difference in the booting up, but the mate end was faster but again, RAM management is something really important to most people and that's where the note 8 shines, because very six gigs of RAM. So thank you so much for watching this speed test. Video I hope you guys have enjoyed it.

I hope this will help you to make your decision which phone who have to get and if you guys want to see a camera test. Let me know because I'm interested in doing that the May 10 does provide a lot of good portraits. Shots I want to compare it to this one, but I want to hear your thoughts on that and, yes, you guys in the next one peace out.
