HTC U11: SOLAR RED vs Sapphire Blue || Unboxing & Outdoor Footage By Erica Griffin

Hey everybody: this is Erica the technology nerd likes to film stuff and right here is the HTC. U 11 in solar red! This just came in now in a previous video I asked you guys to vote. If you really wanted to see what the red one looked like when comparing it to the blue model and hands-down I lost, you guys said. Yes, you needed to see it. You really wanted to see it. So here we have it, so I'm going to unbox.

It shows it to you, and then I want to go out and see it in some natural lighting sources and varied lighting sources. So you can get a real idea of what this color looks like. We've also got several other different colored phones. Here, it's just so hard to see what this actually looks like. Unless you do these real-world types, things whoops there.

We are, let's go ahead and open the lid anti-climatic, it's upside-down, so you have your basic things in the box, such as your charging. Brick, you've got some ear buds, and you see it's got a USB seed porch on the bottom, because you do not have a headphone jack anymore, USB, C, charging cables and some extra little buttons and the main events, and there it is, and boy is, that red, it's almost other Robles. When you turn it to the side, you do see that it, it kind of goes to a yellowish color, some say it kind of looks gold to me. It really just looks kind of yellowish yeah. That is eye-catching if I go out with that, people will definitely miss it.

When you turn it over. You can see that it's black, so those of you who are not so happy about Apple's choice with the red product, red iPhone. There is a choice. It does look quite stunning with that blackface, but this just looks a little happier a little brighter to me, but both of these Reds are quite stunning. This one's more flat take a look at that boohoo.

Let's go ahead and grab the blue model next to it now I like this blue model, but it really reminds me of a Christmas ornament, and I've been afraid to touch it. I swear so many a ball on my tree. Just this color is fallen down and broken. This is not quite Christmas. Color red I think I'll handle a little better with this one on the bottom.

Here you can see that we have matte. That goes around the frame. It's not glossy like it is on the back. So let's go ahead and grab the Galaxy Note fan Edition, and this is in coral blue, and you can see what these guys look like side by side. Both are quite stunning when they catch the light just right, and then we also have another stunning color that I really like this is the orchid gray.

So let's just go ahead and line them all up and there you can see them they're all just sitting here in a row and actually looking at this red color compared to all these other ones. It's not as loud of a red as I thought that it would be I think it's really going to depend on what angle you're holding it into the light. So let's go ahead and take this guy outside and see what it really looks like you, okay, so there you go, and a music choice was not easy to find, but I think it worked. So I hope that this helped. You see what the color of the solar red looks like it's a stupidly, gorgeous phone, and I wasn't sure if I liked the solar red initially but Wow after going out and seeing this in many lighting environments.

This thing has personality, and it really stands out even more so than the blue. In my testing footage you can see that they call it liquid surface for a reason in the shade it looks like trees are being reflected in the water. It's a gorgeous effect. I also noticed that the red changes color depending on the environment. Sometimes it's just red like this and other times it's like a strawberry cream, a lighter red and other times it reflects yellow.

But it's interesting because it doesn't always reflect yellow. It depends on the lighting source. So this is a definite by if the color of your phone really matters to you and if you're someone who's not just going to block it with a case I just wish, the HTC was offering this in the new 128 gigabyte model that they just released the only releasing that one in the silver, oh by the way, there's the rest of the stuff. That's in the box. You've got a clear case so that you can protect your phone.

You've got an adapter here, USB-C to a standard, headphone jack, sim ejection tool, and they give you a cleaning cloth and all of your documentation. This comes in handy just for kicks, looks with this on real quick before we wrap up the video see you guys, please let me know what you think about the color of this red phone or, let me know if you prefer, the blue one. Instead, these are the only two colors of the phone that you can actually buy. Otherwise, it comes in black and also silver, so I hope this was enlightening. Let's go ahead and put this on that way, you can still observe the pretty red, it does tone it down a bit, and you can see it has a texture to it.

Just dotted textured I'd probably just want to use this without anything on it, it's just so pretty so again.
