Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus Poetic Revolution Case Unboxing

And here with the digital digest- and today I wanted to share a quick, unboxing and first look at the poetic revolution case for the Samsung Galaxy tab, s7 plus now. I think this retails for roughly 30 us dollars just received it for review purposes. Uh designed in the USA, poetic is based out of San Francisco made in China. This is all protection in terms of all body of the tab, s7 and does include as well. I believe, a slot for the pen. So let's go ahead and get it out of the box.

This will be fairly easy since it's already kind of open- and I don't even think these are in stock at the time of this unboxing at least the last time I checked their website. I did not see any available inventory so keep that in mind, but I'm sure that they will be bulking up for the holiday season. It makes sense. There are not a tremendous number of quality cases out there for the tab, seven plus. So basically, the first thing we're greeted with is a guide on how to use the kickstand, because you do have to lock in the plastic kickstand mechanism- that's on the back of the unit right here in order for it to function and then also unlock it when you want to, of course retract it back.

So the revolution was one of my favorite cases for the tab s6 last year, I'm expecting a similar experience here, I'm glad that they did away with the screen protector. I am not a fan of those plastic screen protectors. I mean we have a quality tablet here. If you really want to get a screen protector, I really think you should go ahead and do that on your own, whereas you know a lot of people do actually like to have a screen protector. This isn't going to be the case for you and I think that they do still make one with a screen protector.

Now, let's see where the point is that I'm going to be able to pop out the frame, because that is what you have to do. This frame has to pop out- and I don't think I ever quite do this right, but nonetheless it's fairly idiot-proof, and you can see just once- you get one piece work your way around, which is exactly what I'm doing, and now it should just lift out completely, should should should there it is okay, so we already can tell from the orientation how this is going to go in so the top of the tablet just to line it up. Obviously, it's going to be like that, but you're going to put this piece on first, I didn't wipe down my tablet, but you're going to want to just because you know keep it as clean as possible before inserting it, then I'm going to go this direction first, I'm not sure that it makes any difference. Quite frankly, the whole idea is just to get those corners to pop in and once you've done. That should be good to go.

So, let's see, let's see, let's see, let's see, I'm sure it's going to make me work a little right. It wouldn't be a day in the studio. If I didn't have to work a little to get a tablet case on and um, you know, I've been using almost exclusively now, as I have problems getting this in. We got almost one side in completely. I've been using the Samsung actual keyboard cover, as I have issues with this, and the Samsung keyboard cover is very nice, but it's also really expensive, and it actually doesn't afford as much protection as a dual layer system like this there we go so finally got that on, and that's one of the reasons I happen to like these cases, you can see the appropriate cutout right there for the camera, and essentially everything is where it should be.

The speakers, the quad speaker array, have cutouts to support that microphone, pinholes, where they need to be charger, cut out where it needs to be, and then, of course, last but not least, no matter how difficult I made that appear to be the slot for the pen. Now this is magnetic, and then it seems like they kind of also created a secondary level, for it, we'll see how it works right. Now I'm just going to drop it in yeah, so I guess based on feedback from last year, they decided to. Actually this is smart. They did this.

The previous generation of this case didn't have these little guides to hold in the pen. So, even though we have a magnetic connection for the pen, because the pen does self-charge on the tablet from the tablet's battery, it's nice, that poetic did actually create a secondary layer of protection, so the pen won't just fall out all the cutouts look like they need to be where they are and then of course, the kickstand. Now what they were explaining- and I went through this with their cases- is that you just have to make sure once you open it up that you slide it, and it locks into place. Now, it's completely solid, and you've got a tablet ready to go power button right here, ta-da beautiful in terms of standing it this way, I don't think you can- and you cannot so don't try to do that. This is the only orientation you're going to work with and then, of course, to retract it again with the instructions we're pointing out is that you're going to actually unlock it? So you can't just go like this and push it down.

I guess they're worried about people breaking it, and this is the way to make a sturdy hinge at least per poetic, so you're just going to slide it back, and now you're free to lock. That in looks like a nice case to me, good alternative, if you don't care about having a keyboard. If this is just a tablet for media consumption and pen use, then I don't see why this wouldn't be a good direction to go again, I'm glad that they did not include a screen protector, even though you know my fingerprints are all over the place. This is the way I prefer it. I'm not a fan of those plastic shields that they just get filthy.

You can't clean them, they get dimples impressions, you can't fix them, and then you feel like you want to cut them out. So I'm glad they did away with that, and this is a pretty nice case again. I think it's around 30 us I'll include a link in the description if it is available for Amazon. At any rate, this is again the poetic revolution case for the Samsung Galaxy tab, s7, plus any questions or comments. Please feel free to post them, hit that like button and as usual, please feel free to subscribe, and please stay safe later.
