HTC U11--IT'S STUNNING--[Unboxing & Impressions]

What up guys is mango with one more video, and today we're unboxing my new toy. This is from HTC, and it's the U 11, so at first I wasn't really considering getting this phone, but then the review started coming out from all the privileges reviewers of the world and I started thinking to myself. Well, you know what it's not that expensive. It's super expensive, but not that expensive in the grand scheme of things when it comes to the smartphones of the world. Another sudden, you know what I haven't had an HTC phone since the things that m9 not know actually the m10. So why not go ahead and give these? U xi a shot? This I don't remember if this is to unlock model or if this is the one that automatically comes to work with T-Mobile, the amok model would be the same.

Nonetheless, I'm going to go ahead and box. This show you guys what this thing looks like give you some real brief early on impression of the hardware aspect of this phone and as well as how I intend to go about reviewing this phone for you guys. So if you haven't subscribed, please consider doing so because with all the phones and all the type of technology that I tend to review from phones to tablets, computers, I like to give people further Nan impressions, I like to give people battery reviews things to consider final review where I do likes and dislikes, and then, if there's something in between there stands out, then I go ahead and also make a video about that. Now. This is the Silver Edition model which depend on how you position the phone.

In the light it can look a little more or loom or silver, and that's kind of been HTC's thing with this type of hardware really shiny, really glossy so enough, talking I'm going in unbox this bad boy, so you guys can see for yourself and therefore you guys can decide what you think and let's go ahead and unbox it. Perhaps you're really excited about the song, so I'm not taking out the plastic just, yet we'll leave that for the end inside, just like every other phone you've got your wall outlet, nothing special. However, this is quick charge 3.0. So your job HTC on doing that, then you've got your USB to USB cable. So of course, then you've got okay, so then you've got there.

HTC included earbuds that, hey to all you, people out there that always give Apple crap for taking away the headphone jack on this phone. Keep in mind now that Motorola and HTC, and even probably others in the Android world, have already taken away the headphone jack. So don't completely bash Apple for doing that, because Android more makers out there also do the same thing. These actually come with different signs, your nibs, so that's cool because other guys don't really give you the ability to change that here. We've got I, don't know what this is for, probably casing here which on your phone or something like that, they give you the IMEI number.

One of my favorite things to seeing a hardware manufacturer company include with their phones, is a basic screen protector. You don't have to spend a lot of money to give us something super expensive, but it is a nice touch to actually give the consumer something basic to protect their phone until they go ahead and get a more expensive case. So shout out the HTC for doing that. This is just a basic, clear, snap-on case, but at least I have something to protect my phone, so I'm not completely losing my mind here. We have an adapter to USB, see that I think it's like a three-and-a-half millimeter headphone jack.

So if you have Beats or Bose or anything that uses this really happen on your headphone, you at least have an adapter so that you can continue to use your precious expensive headphones. We've got a hot cleaning cloth, so I like this, because the screen does not have a screen protector on it just yet, but this will help with smudges. So shout out HTC again for including the little things like this, because it's very much appreciated, and then the rest is just the typical literature how to put in a SIM card how to use your device warranty things like that. So there's that so pretty straightforward, unboxing experience, but now, let's actually peel the plastic off of this phone. So once you reach rapport sooner, hopefully you guys can catch this, but maybe you want okay you all see that that is got to be my worst ever peeling of the plastic on the front.

So forget the excitement of listening to a steel law because I already screwed that up, hopefully you guys, can really pick up on that gloss. Okay, so here's the front of the phone I think it'd be super. Reflective now check out the back. I, don't know if you guys can see that into the camera. Maybe you can even see the cameras' reflection, but the back of this phone is a mirror.

A complete mirror. I can see myself. I can actually see my pimples on my nose, my lovely Dallas Cowboy star, so maybe that's what HTC is going for. You know with this phone you don't have to you: don't have to carry around a little pocket mirror don't have to go to the bathroom if you feel like you're. Looking a little stank out work to pull out your phone, make sure you don't have a taste on it and check out to see what you look like, but the gloss over this phone is ridiculous.

However, the way this phone actually feels in and is pretty, pretty incredible. Early reviews I noticed that they really talked about the edge of the phone, and this seems to be the new thing right, Samsung, with an infinity edge and the previous edge phone. Maybe the iPhone eight, including some sort of edge, but HTC has this edge spill over. So it's actually, when you look at it now, of course the phone isn't on. But when you look at it is does not look like there's any tab again.

The phone is off, but that's the impression you get now. You do get a pretty big chin on the top and bottom hard to tell again, because the phone is off, but I'll turn it on just a second. You do get a fingerprint sensor at the bottom. I do not know that the positive or not, but the same button that you would use as your home button is your fingerprint sensor and that's down here. This is a five and a half inch phone.

This does have the latest and greatest Qualcomm chip. This has I, think they're, 12, megapixel or ultra pixel on camera in the back. Actually, let me go ahead and read off some specs here for you just in case you don't know, but HTC has been rocking that ultra pixel for a while now and when I did use an HTC the last time it was a ultra pixel and I appreciate it. I thought that it brought in a lot more light, a lot more detail but yeah. So it's a Qualcomm snapdragon a 35, that's expected Corning Gorilla, Glass live I, don't know if that's just the front and the back or one or the other, but I'm assuming it's going to be at least up front now.

It does have support for Karroo terabyte on the micro SD card, two terabytes, that's pretty ridiculous.4 gigs of ram 16, megapixel front-facing camera. Some may call that overkill. I. Don't know but 16 more on the front and on the back, but the back is ultra pixel. So keep that in mind.

It is ip67 water-resistant about time HTC's. They do come with their little boom. Sound speakers I think that's front here and nothing has consulted to that reflection. But the front speaker grille was you would listen to a call as well as the single speaker at the bottom should produce what they've been doing for a while now, which is that boom sound they've got active noise cancellation, but it uses a NATO SIM like I mentioned earlier, comm quick charge, 3.0 NFC everything you expect in a standard, modern, Android phone nothing's, a stand-out to me off the bat is the 12 megapixel ultra pixel, the 16 megapixel front facing camera and what I'm sure every one of you have seen reviews on rid of already the squeezed ability of this phone now I'm not going to show that off in this video because I want to set it up. You can get.

You know starter with that, but essentially will be able to custom nice how this phone handles or does function based on how you squeeze your phone, so get ready for a lot of the squeeze job. Squeeze ability squeeze ridge I'm, going to try to come over something clever to use, but stay tuned. For that leave me in the comment section below where you guys think we should call it. Are we going to be using squeeze ability we're going to be using our squeezes force? You know what I mean drop it in the comment section below and let's see what kind of awesome names we've got for that, but that's pretty much it guys um. It is super sexy.

It is super reflective, this silver honestly, unless the light is hitting it at an angle that I have yet to achieve. Furthermore, it, looks more baby blue than it does silver, but it's a mirror. Furthermore, it's a complete mirror and it to me looks perfect now it is a fingerprint magnet, but we can't please everybody if it's class that people complain that it looks cheap. If its metal people complain that it's not glass, because glass people complain, that is too reflective, and it collects smudges. It is what it is screw it.

Okay, you can't satisfy. Everybody just appreciates the fact that it's at least good quality and if you don't like the smell, just put a case on it and if you don't like using a case, get another phone or I, don't know, so you go get yourself a Windows Phone, because over rock anyways, like I, said subscribe. If you have it I'm definitely to be doing those videos that I mentioned at the beginning and come back to you guys with my impressions of this and if you guys, like iPad, that's coming up soon. I've got that in the mail, and I'll be doing an unboxing of the iPad Pro 10.5 inch, and that's it like always thanks for hanging out with me guys, it's mango out with this super reflective phone can't wait to do the next video peace stay geeky.
