How to Transfer Files in TCL 10 SE – Relocate Data By HardReset.Info

Welcome, let me say: TCL 10 s e and today I'll show you how to transfer files from the phone to a SD card and vice versa, so to get started. We will need to open up the file manager, application which is over here, allow and once you open it up, as you can see at the bottom, you'll have two different storage, so we have the internal storage, which is the start of the device and then SD card, obviously well SD card. So, let's start by going to the internal storage, and then here you'll see a bunch of folders. Now most of them probably will be empty or well not containing anything that you'll be interested in, but the folders that might be of interest to you will be things like the DCIM folder, which will contain any kind of pictures. Video screenshots that have captured with the device. Then downloads folder will contain anything that you have downloaded through either web browser or email.

Anything downloaded will be saved right here. That also includes images, then below that we have pictures which in certain phones just contain screenshots and if it doesn't have screenshots, and here that means that the phone just saves it to DCIM and the rest of the folders, like, I said, probably, will be empty. Assuming you haven't placed anything there yourself, so yeah. Now, let's find our files, so I'm going to be using a couple of photos that I have as an example for this. So once you find your files, all you need to do is select them, and you do it the same way with every kind of file, so you hold it, it gets selected and then, as you can see, you can tap on additional ones to select multiple like so you don't have to hold them again and then, once the files are selected, you have two options.

You can either copy or cut it. And now it looks like we have a copy option over here and this kind of like a square within a square, almost option uh, and we also have it right here: copy or move so choose whatever you want. I'm going to go with move. Obviously this will remove the files from where they are right now and move them to a new location, unlike copy which will just make additional set of it. So once you select um select one of the two options, it will show you the phone and SD card, so you can go to whichever section you want.

I'm going to move it to a SD card and from here you can either drop it over here or go into a certain folder. If you want to like pictures, for instance and tap on the button and there we go file pasted and, as you can see there, they are, and if we go back to internal DCIM camera, as you can see, there is only one file left and if I go back to SD card and pictures, there's the three other ones that I moved, and the same process will work for any kind of other files.
