Here I have TCL 10 ECE, and today I'm going to show you how to change language on this device. So, first of all open settings scroll down to the bottom, go to the system section. Then language and input languages add language. Here you have the whole list of languages which you can set your device in, let's select, for example, Ukrainian, and to set uh Ukrainian as the system language you just have to drag it on top and the language will be changed.
