How to Assemble SM-A805F Samsung Galaxy A80 By Techno Rabin

Hello everyone with this video we will demonstrate how to assemble Samsung Galaxy a80 assemble camera on the camera module attach the hinge PCB in between hinge. Please note ensure that PCB does not damage during assembly. Tighten four screws, assemble sub PB and connect PCB connect. Camera connector, tighten four screws conduct physical inspection for slide case before assembling check. If mic rubber is attached check. If dust protecting rubber is attached on the right place check if magnet tape is attached properly check if slide case is bent, connect all connectors, assemble the slight bracket.

Tighten eight screws attach double face: slight window tape, remove protection, vinyl, attach window displaced, light tape, fix and assemble fingerprint sensor. Tighten two screws: assemble sub PBA tighten one screw fix an alien, coaxial cable connect, LCD PCB on the sub PVA connector assemble geared motor, tighten two screws connect, main PBA connect, PCB connector on sub PBA, connector, assemble main PBA, tighten five screws connect. All connectors fix an alien, coaxial cable connect, PCB connector on main PBA connector assemble the motor link, tighten two screws, assemble NFC, MSD antenna and rear cover. Tighten 14 screws attach bad glass outer tape. Remove protection, vinyl, attach back glass, top tape, remove protection, vinyl, assemble back glass, put device into the pressing pad and press the window pressing jig with force 1 newton for one minute and take out the device from window pressing jig assemble the sim or SD card tray at last do the final inspection.
