Google Pixel XL Review By TechGuy SmartBuy

Internet some substance, wrapping tech guys not at home, and today we're checking out the Google Pixel excel so with the pixel XL or the pixel devices, pretty much their new imagination of how they're going to roll out smartphone devices. So you know that's why the pricing is competitive and the specs are and all that good stuff. So we spent some time with it. But let you know this could be your next Android device for device in general. I know, you've seemed me by Google everywhere, and I also know you've seen the HTC you know being provided, but believe it or not. This is me by Google.

This HTC put it together. So theoretically, this is still a Google phone and top bottom. They just all sorts somebody else to put it together, despite its iPhone, like use as a huge chin, definitely another device. That looks a little weird and the press and stock images. But when you get in hand, it's like okay, I can, I could work this.

The exterior shell is aluminum unibody design, with sleek glass cut out for the camera and pixel sensor for Bridget power. Button. Vine rock, on the right hand, side sim tray on the left. You got no dual front-facing speakers this time around, but the single, the single bottom firing one is actually pretty it's pretty strong for being a single speaker, so the XL is 5.5 inch displays covered with real glass floor. It's actually really super right with a vivid display.

The colors are really bold, but doesn't necessarily pop is on the galaxy device. It definitely checks off all the boxes you want for display, brightness, amazing, color, reproduction view, angles, etc. It's kind of like the perfect mesh of Samsung's, amulet and LG's IPS panels, and you have the pixel display underneath the metal body and got a six. You know you got the 821 processor, forgives Ram. You know, of course everything moves really smoothly good enough for multitasking gaming streaming all while having tons of app opens like 10 to 12 like absolute at one time.

So as far as 820 being really, really good. This one. You know this keeps the keeps party going, no lag, no, no hiccup! Sometimes you get some hiccups when you first crack open a new device and get I didn't get any here to excise with non-removable 3450 William battery I was interesting to pull off those 24 hours with light to moderate usage when using it a little more like streaming, media and gaming and doing other things, I still get a minimum of 13 or 14 hours on. So how are you spinning if it's going to last you all day and if it doesn't, you can easily get seven hours of power, and it's 15 minute charge. So I could definitely help you out when you're in a pinch.

So it's not the battery champion of the year, but it's a good one. Now the camera we're going to camera, we talked about in another video. So if you get a chance, make sure to check that out now onto Android 7.1 the surface, it may seem like okay, they just added a few things in the launcher. It's different, but it's a lot of little big, big little things. So, of course, taking things off.

You have Google assistance so think of this at the next evolution of Google now, which will probably would replace it one day. Is here- and that was a mention of it previously and all the previous leaks that you know will come out with sort of 3d touch kind of things, so you can long press most first party Google, Apps access, launch or shortcuts so photos. You know good long, pressing, you'll get the option to free up space, or I'm feeling lucky the calendar app you can. You know, set a new reminder, a new event, the camera app you can take a video or selfie and so on and so forth. So you know it's interesting.

A subtle way of Google's take on Apple's 3d touch within the settings. You have the moves option, so that gives you the ability to bring down your notification shade by swiping down on a fingerprint sensor, that's interesting and then on a camera. It's kind of a motions is a swipe for Motorola twist your wrist twice and the camera app. While the camera app is open, and you'll go from front facing the rear facing, and vice versa. You also have smart storage, which acts like a free up space part of google photos, but it's baked in into the actual software.

You have to set to do it manually, or you could do it every 30, 60 or 90 days. And lastly, you have support. So if you have any trouble you're going to just you know you going through your settings, the support tab is on your right. You can't kind of it's there, but you can't really miss it from there. You can call Google support directly via phone 24, 7 or chat from 6am to 9pm specific time so yeah android 7.1 does have enough to cause some entity for those rock at seven point 0 at least those are you not Nexus people, so yeah, IT, Nexus and pixel is a real google phone. I honestly didn't expect to like the pixel excel as much as I did thought.

I would, you know, would be realistic, like oh of my Nexus 6p, but after using it I can probably say I could probably get rid of. It was a little less hesitation, amazing, camera marvelous, display all day battery life. That's the Google software. You can actually believe the Google marketing height, because they're really cranking it out this time around for all your Nexus fans that might be interested in, but not really beat about the price unfortunately going to have to get over it. Price is gonna, come down or if it does go to be about time for the next year, one to come out so definitely pick one up and if you don't plan on to stop by as the Verizon store, so I'm going to check them out or Google's pop-up shops that are, that will kick them off sometime this week.
